Abstract

The TKDN (Domestic Component Level) assessment of goods and services is a method to determine local manufacturers/industrie’s capability to create quality products internationally standardized. This study assessed the salt factory's TKDN to increase the NaCl content, based on cost-based analysis stipulated at the Minister Industry Regulation No.16/M-IND/PER/2/2011. Meanwhile, the TKDN of salt production was assessed based on process-based analysis stipulated in Minister Industry Regulation No.16/2020. According to the cost-based analysis results, the goods and services at the pilot project stage had the TKDN value of 27.4%. However, due to an increase in the number of main domestic components at the commercial stage, this value increased to 70.9%. Meanwhile, according to the processed-based analysis results, the salt production had the same processes at the pilot project stage and commercial stages. The TKDN value of 85.5% was obtained for the two stages. The value is relatively high because the raw material is produced locally with the local labor and used work tools owned by the local industry. The cost-based analysis was found to be highly dependent on the equipment component’s origin, while the process-based analysis depends on the origin of labor, works tool, and material owner. Keywords: domestic component level; process-based analysis; cost-based analysis; salt factory; salt product.

Abstract

Introduction: Banana blossom s a type of plant that contains lactagogum which has the potential to stimulate the hormones oxytocin and prolactin such as alkaloids, polyphenols, steroids, flavonoids and other substances which are most effective n ncreasing and facilitating production. Objective: To determine the smooth daily volume of breast milk n post partum mothers before giving banana blossoms and to determine the smooth daily volume of breast milk n post partum mothers after giving banana blossoms. Method: This research uses a quantitative research design with a one group pretest-posttest design model, that s, before t s carried out, observations are made on the sample and after treatment, observations are made again. The data collection technique was carried out using an ncidental sampling technique. Results: Based on the probability of the test results listed n the table, t can be seen that the resulting probability s 0.000. This means that the probability < level of significance (? = 0.05), so that Ha s accepted and H0 s rejected. Thus, t can be stated that there s a significant difference between the smoothness of post-partum mothers’ breast milk before giving banana blossoms (Pretest) and the smoothness of post-partum mothers’ breast milk after giving banana blossoms (Posttest). Conclusion: So t can be said that there s an nfluence of giving banana (Musa Paradisiaca Normalis) blossoms on Smooth breastfeeding for post-partum mothers at Cahaya Clinic, Lubuk Pakam Regency in 2024.

Abstract

The smooth provision of breast milk (ASI) during the postpartum period is still a challenge that needs special attention, one of which is influenced by the level of knowledge of mothers about breast care. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care and the smoothness of breastfeeding at the Millenium Clinic in 2024. This study used an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who visited the Millenium Clinic as many as 31 people (N = 31). The total population technique was used so that the entire population was used as a sample. The results showed that most postpartum mothers (19 respondents, 61.3%) had a low level of knowledge, while 7 respondents (22.6%) had a sufficient level of knowledge, and only 5 respondents (16.1%) had good knowledge. In addition, the majority of postpartum mothers (21 respondents, 67.7%) experienced poor breastfeeding, while 10 respondents (32.3%) reported smooth breastfeeding. The results of statistical analysis with a 95% confidence level showed a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care and the smoothness of breast milk production (p < 0.001). It can be concluded that increasing postpartum mothers' knowledge about breast care is closely related to the smoothness of breast milk production. Therefore, it is recommended for health workers to develop comprehensive health promotion and education programs regarding breast care, especially for postpartum mothers in their respective work areas.

Abstract

Suboptimall brealst milk production remalins al problem for some brealstfeeding mothers, primalrily due to inaldequalte intalke of nutrients thalt support lalctaltion, such als plalnt protein, fluids, alnd phytoestrogens. Soy milk (Glycine malx) is known to contalin isoflalvones alnd proteins thalt stimulalte the hormones prolalctin alnd oxytocin, thereby helping to increalse brealst milk production. This study alimed to determine the effect of soy milk on brealst milk production in brealstfeeding mothers alt the Nurtialnal Midwife Clinic. This study used al qualsi-experimentall design with al one-group pretest–posttest design. The study populaltion consisted of 10 brealstfeeding mothers, alll of whom were salmpled using al totall salmpling technique. Daltal were collected through observaltions before alnd alfter the intervention of aldministering 250 ml of soy milk three times dalily for seven dalys. Daltal were alnallyzed using univalrialte methods to determine frequency distribution, alnd bivalrialte methods using the Wilcoxon test to determine differences in brealst milk production before alnd alfter the intervention. ALfter the intervention, 80% of respondents experienced improved brealst milk production. The Wilcoxon test showed al p-vallue of 0.005 (<0.05), indicalting al significalnt relaltionship between soy milk consumption alnd increalsed brealst milk production. Therefore, it caln be concluded thalt soy milk consumption hals al positive impalct on increalsing brealst milk production in brealstfeeding mothers. Consuming soy milk caln allso be al nalturall allternaltive to support the success of aln exclusive brealstfeeding progralm.

Abstract

Divorce among couples who marry due to pregnancy outside of marriage presents complex legal and social challenges within the framework of Islamic family law. Such marriages are often conducted under social pressure and limited preparedness, increasing vulnerability to marital breakdown. This article examines the legal position of marriage involving pregnant women outside wedlock, the factors contributing to divorce in such unions, and the legal consequences for spouses and children from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. Employing a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach, the discussion is based on statutory regulations, classical fiqh doctrines, the Compilation of Islamic Law, and relevant scholarly literature. The analysis indicates that external pressures, weak mental readiness, and unfavorable social environments are dominant factors leading to divorce in these marriages. Islamic law permits marriage with a pregnant woman under specific conditions and emphasizes the protection of children’s rights as a moral and legal obligation. Nevertheless, the status of lineage and civil rights of children born outside lawful marriage remains limited to the maternal line unless supported by legal proof. The findings highlight that Islamic law seeks to balance legal certainty, moral responsibility, and child protection, ensuring that divorce does not eliminate parental obligations toward the welfare of children.

Abstract

The Hybrid Magnet Rezeki Seminar, conducted in February 2025 in Bukit Raya District, represents a faith-based community empowerment initiative focused on enhancing individuals’ self-capacity through spiritual and practical development. Anchored in the broader framework of the Magnet Rezeki Outreach Program, this initiative introduced participants to core principles such as Disiplin Kata (Word Discipline), Law of Projection (LOP), and Perisai Rezeki (Wealth Shield). Implemented through an interactive and reflective learning model, the seminar engaged 28 participants with the support of Certified Trainers of Magnet Rezeki (CTMR). Pre- and post-test evaluations revealed significant improvements in participants’ comprehension and mindset regarding spiritual empowerment and ethical financial behavior. The program's outcomes demonstrated its alignment with national objectives in sustainable human resource development, particularly in the integration of Islamic values into practical life skills. This study underscores the potential of hybrid-format, faith-driven seminars to foster lasting personal growth and community resilience. Furthermore, it opens pathways for replicating similar models in other local contexts to advance spiritually grounded economic empowerment.
