Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemahaman isi puisi melalui pendekatan keterampilan proses pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 46 Gresik yang terdiri dari 30 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes pemahaman isi puisi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman isi puisi siswa meningkat setelah diberikan pembelajaran melalui pendekatan keterampilan proses. Terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada aspek pemahaman makna kata, pemahaman makna kalimat, pemahaman makna paragraf, serta pemahaman makna keseluruhan puisi. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan keterampilan proses dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman isi puisi pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The compliance in tax reporting of an individual taxpayer who is running business or having freelance job is one of the ways to maximize the tax revenue in Indonesia. This research aims to examine the factors that affect the tax reporting compliance of an individual taxpayer who is running business or having freelance work. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The regression model used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS. The sampling method was random sampling which involved 47 individual taxpayers who were already registered at Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Pontianak with an error rate of 5%. The result showed that level of awareness had positive and significant influence on tax reporting compliance of the individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Pontianak who are running business and doing freelance work. Meanwhile, tax knowledge and tax sanction had no effect toward tax reporting compliance of the individual taxpayers running business and doing freelance work.

Abstract

The impact of divorce must be very significant for a child, especially if the child is still underage. A child needs the affection, attention and supervision of both parents. This research aims to explore the custody of children to fathers according to the Islamic Law Compilation and the Shariah Maqashid perspective. In this study the author uses a qualitative method of normative jurisprudence. According to the results of research that has been carried out in the Compilation of Islamic Law, the custody of a child who has not been fully mumayyized is the right of the mother. But when the child is self-sufficient and can distinguish between good and bad, then the child can be categorized as already mumayyiz. Then the child has the right to decide to whom he will be raised.
