Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran wirausaha melalui etika bisnis dan ecommerce terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam perspektif Islam (studi Kota Surabaya). Perilaku tersebut yang akan menjadi dasar pertanyaan wawancara untuk menjelaskan bagaimana peran wirausaha melalui etika bisnis dan e-commerce pada perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepada kasus yang terjadi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur dan observasi langsung kepada obyek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif explanatoris dengan menjelaskan hasil-hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat mayoritas yang mengetahui peranan etika bisnis Islam untuk diterapkan dalam berwirausaha tetapi secara keseluruhan memilliki karakteristik wirausaha dan secara signifikan e-commerce yang digunakan telah sesuai dengan syariat Islam di dunia perdagangan. Peranan wirausaha dan e- commerce sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. Kata kunci : Wirausaha, E-Commerce, Etika Bisnis , UMKM

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong usaha pembuatan krupuk bawang merupakan usaha rumahan yang banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Mojosari. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Mitra yakni kondisi persaingan yang ketat menuntut usaha pembuatan krupuk bawang untuk aktif dalam melakukan terobosan dan inovasi dan branding terhadap produk, hal ini dilakukan agar produk krupuk bawang tetap diminati oleh konsumen rumah makan serta dapat dengan mudah di order kembali jika konsumen merasa cocok dengan rasa krupuk bawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada mitra yang berada di kecamatan mojosari. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan observasi pada mitra hingga pemasaran serta pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan. Luaran adalah solusi atas permasalahan yang sedang terjadi, publikasi ilmiah melalui jurnal Sinta, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas manajemen usaha dan produk, peningkatan penerapan IPTEK, serta peningkatan nilai miitra dari segi ekonomi maupun sosial. Hasil pemberdayaan menunjukkan, pendampingan tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dari usaha mereka (mulai dari proses pengelolaan produksi, pembukuan sederhana, pemasaran efektif dan inspirasi penegusaha sukses) dengan mendatangkan para pakar yang kompeten untuk mendongkrak usaha mereka. pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada mitra untuk memasarkan produk secara online mampu meningkatkan jangkauan pasar lebih luas. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan varian dan kualitas produk krupuk bawang lebih baik. Kemasan dan label produk krupuk bawang lebik baik Peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran digital secara sederhana. Pendampingan pembukuan sederhana yang diberikan kepada mitra mampu diaplikasikan dengan baik pada usaha krupuk bawang, sehingga produk yang diproduksi menjadi produk yang layak jual dan berkualitas

Abstract

An increase in the price of raw materials can cause a reduction in revenue and profits obtained by Albarokah tempe business owners. The industry also still does not carry out financial records properly so it cannot identify the exact amount of income and the amount of costs incurred. This research aims to determine the amount of income and Break Even Point value of the Albarokah tempe business in Karya Abadi Village, Taopa District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The determination of respondents was carried out purposively. The respondents in the research were 3 company leaders and workers. The data analysis used is income analysis and Break Even Point analysis. The research results show that in 2023 the amount of tempeh production will be 7,800 kg, with total costs of IDR 118,573,606 and revenues of IDR 140,400,000, resulting in tempe business income generated by the Albarokah Industry of IDR 21,826,394. The Break Even Point (BEP) unit of tempeh production produced was 2,657 kg, and the Rupiah BEP was IDR 47,826,000.

Abstract

Albarokah adalah industri yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan komoditi pertanian berupa kedelai menjadi tahu dan tempe. Industri Albarokah terletak di Dusun II Desa Karya Abadi Kecamatan Taopa Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Permasalahan yang dihadapi industri Albarokah yakni kenaikan harga bahan baku dan pembukuan keuangan yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan dan besarnya Break Even Point unit dan rupiah Industri Albarokah pada tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan tahu Rp 224.828.803 dan tempe sebesar Rp 21.826.394. Hasil Break Even Point unit dan rupiah tahu pada tahun 2023 tercapai pada saat volume penjualan 32.613 kg dengan penerimaan Rp 249.339.040, serta Break Even Point tempe 2.657 kg dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp 47.826.000.

Abstract

The business of making bread and moist cakes is a home-based endeavor that many people engage in within the Sememi Kidul-Benowo-Surabaya area. The high demand for bread and moist cakes presents a promising business opportunity. The tight competition requires the production of bread and moist cakes to actively engage in breakthroughs and innovations, so that their products remain appealing to consumers. The effort of producing bread and wet cakes as a small business also faces various challenges, including low turnover and production capacity, as well as weaknesses in marketing, particularly in the distribution channels for its products. This community service activity is carried out at a bakery and wet cake business called "Bolen Pisang" located in the Sememi Kidul-Sememi-Benowo area. The objectives of this activity are: 1) for the bakery and wet cake entrepreneurs to run their business professionally, creatively, and innovatively; 2) to expand the market for their products; and 3) to increase their production capacity. The activities in this service include improving the production time efficiency of Bolen Pisang, online marketing through social media, and implementing quality management to ensure that the production results of Bolen Pisang meet expectations, as well as providing equipment grants. Based on the implementation and evaluation of the results, it can be concluded that entrepreneurs producing bread and wet cakes can run their businesses professionally, creatively, and innovatively, there is an increase in production capacity due to rising customer demand, and an improvement in the quality of Bolen Pisang production results.

Abstract

Islamic theology offers a framework that combines economic and social aspects, encouraging more ethical and sustainable business practices. The formulation of this research problem: 1) How are the principles of Islamic theology applied in entrepreneurial practice by MSME actors in the city of Surabaya? 2) What are the obstacles and challenges faced by MSME actors in integrating the principles of Islamic theology in their entrepreneurial practices? This research uses a qualitative approach to explore the understanding of the application of Islamic theology and Islamic economic principles. The technique for determining informants uses purposive sampling, data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews and data analysis in this study using the data triangulation technique. The findings of this study can provide a strong basis for policymakers to formulate programs that support the development of MSMEs based on Islamic values. The results show that lack of understanding and awareness, difficulty balancing spiritual and material values, unsupportive regulations, limited resources and infrastructure, and lack of community support are some of the main obstacles that need to be overcome. This research explores the application of Islamic entrepreneurship theology as an accelerator for the growth of MSMEs in the city of Surabaya. Islamic theological principles such as monotheism, fairness, trust, courtesy, and social responsibility play an important role in shaping more ethical and sustainable business practices. The government needs to make fiscal incentive policies and ease of access to sharia financing.

Abstract

Translator  BUMDES Kujati Perdana with its business, Café Omah Pring is a business entity established by the Karangjati Village government which aims to increase creativity and productive economic business opportunities for the Village community. BUMDES which is located close to the Pandaan toll road exit makes this place has the potential to become a tourist destination or rest area. The lack of branding makes public less familiar with the existence of Café Omah Pring. The method used is introduce Café Omah Pring on social media by inviting influencers. Rebranding process is very important so that consumers know more about Cafe Omah Pring. The importance of recognition is one of the big reasons for people to know and understand a brand better. Abstract

Community empowerment activities were carried out in Drancang Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency through real work lectures (KKN). The aim of this service is to provide training about digital marketing to residents and assistance in packaging food products to Lento Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The method used in implementing this service is giving direct lectures to residents and providing assistance to MSMEs business locations about improving product quality by packaging food products more attractively and hygienically. The result of this service activity is that residents increasingly understand the concept of digital marketing and are starting to be inspired to become entrepreneurs by utilizing online business. For MSMEs actors, Lento’s business is expected to produce quality food products with attractive packaging and hygiene is maintained.
