Abstract

The waste management system in Kapuas Sub-district still uses the old paradigm without prior processing. As the waste generation increases, the landfill capacity will decrease faster, so an alternative solution is needed to reduce the landfill load through a waste management mechanism. The method of measuring waste generation and composition refers to SNI 19-3964-1994. Evaluation of operational technical aspects is carried out through observation and interviews with related parties then comparing the data obtained with the comparison indicators of Permen PU No. 03/PRT/M/2013 then from the evaluation results, recommendations for waste management systems can be given. The results of the research obtained, namely the amount of waste generated in Kapuas District is 2.17 l / person / day and the most dominant waste composition is organic waste 45.22% and inorganic waste in the form of plastic 36.83% and paper 10.84%. The existing condition of the waste management system in Kapuas Sub-district shows that the aspects of containerization, collection, transfer and transportation mostly meet the criteria of Permen PU No. 03/PRT/M/2013, while the aspects of processing and final processing do not meet the criteria of Permen PU No. 03/PRT/M/2013 so that the recommendations given by building waste processing facilities and changing the method in the landfill to controlled landfill and the need to provide socialization and education to the community regarding the waste management system. Through evaluation of the technical aspects of operation.

Abstract

Abstrak — Readyset Perfumery merupakan brand parfumlokal di Indoensia yang memasarkan produknya sebagaiperfumery pada tahun 2020 dan penjualannya berkembangpesat pada tahun 2021. Dalam data penjualan pada tahun 2022hingga 2023 menunjukkan bahwa tren penjualan ReadysetPerfumery yang masih dibawah dari tren penjualan nasionalserta pangsa pasar yang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan olehbeberapa faktor seperti tingkat heart share dan diferensiasibrand yang rendah, serta penerapan program komunikasipemasaran yang belum optimal. Akar permasalahan terkaitpada faktor product, promotion, dan brand. Pendekatan yangakan digunakan dalam adalah perceptual mapping, yangbertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian konsumen terhadapatribut brand parfum serta memahami bagaimana posisi brandReadyset Perfumery dalam persepsi konsumen dibandingkandengan kompetitor sejenis. Metode yang digunakan adalahmultidimensional scaling (MDS) dan analisis SWOT yangbertujuan untuk memetakan posisi Readyset Perfumery danmerumuskan rekomendasi strategi positioning. Pengolahandata ada Tugas Akhir ini sejumlah 150 pengguna brand parfumlokal. Pada wilayah A dikuasai oleh Saff n Co. dengan atributPopularitas Brand. Wilayah B dikuasai oleh AlchemistFragrance dengan atribut Desain Kemasan. Wilayah Cditempati oleh tiga merek, yaitu De.Claires, ReadysetPerfumery, dan Mine Perfumery. Ketiga merek tersebutdipersepsikan kuat pada atribut variasi aroma dan variasiukuran. Kata kunci— Positioning, Multidimensional Scaling,Perceptual Mapping, SWOT Analysis, Readyset Perfumery.

Abstract

Behavior that often becomes a problem in children with ADHD is usually impulsive behavior. This behavior can be interpreted as actions done beyond the child's control. Consequently, this can result in children with ADHD being frequently avoided by their peers. This research aims to understand the behavior of each child with special needs, particularly those with ADHD. This study employs a qualitative research method. Data collection in the field is conducted through observation and interviews. Qualitative data analysis can be carried out through three simultaneous activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the first child has predominantly inattentive ADHD. This child has difficulty paying attention to details, such as being unable to focus while studying at school or doing homework, leading to frequent changes in schools and eventually dropping out. Meanwhile, the second child has predominantly hyperactive-impulsive ADHD. This child finds it difficult to sit still for long periods. As a result, this child is always supervised by their parents and only roams around the home environment.
