Abstract

Bored pile foundation is a pile foundation whose installation is done by drilling the soil first. This type of bored pile foundation is widely used in construction projects. The selected bore pile foundation is adjusted to the type of soil, terrain conditions, and the selected construction method. The construction method is the elaboration of procedures and works implementation techniques which are the core of all activities in the construction management system. For this reason, it is interesting to study the method of implementing the bore pile foundation at the planning stage of the implementation of the GOR Development project in Abiansemal, Badung. The implementation planning stage is an important activity in order to provide a more detailed picture of strategies and techniques for working efficiently and effectively in terms of time, quality and cost. The goal to be achieved in this research is to study the method of implementing the foundation at the planning stage of implementation. So that it can contribute to the development of knowledge about the application of the theory of the method of implementing the bore pile foundation and is information for those who are interested in further research. Based on the results of the study that the preparatory work begins with the determination of the pile center point and placement of bored pile devices. In drilling work using the wet drilling method volume 1105.00 m with a duration of 8 days. For the work of reinforcing the volume of 9309.61 kg and the duration of 13 days was preceded by the fabrication process and continued with the installation of reinforcement into the borehole. Casting is done using a pipe, volume 74.394 m³ with a duration of 11 days. Next, determine the pile cap and excavation work, followed by pile cap floor work with concrete fillings, volume 136.708 m³ for 6 days. As formwork using concrete blocks with a volume of 237.474 m² worked on for 14 days, followed by the formation of reinforcement and assembly of volume 5454.21 kg with a duration of 9 days and casting methods carried out manually with a volume of 117.632 m³ and a duration of 14 days.

Abstract

Pada umumnya dinding pengisi pada perencanaan gedung hanya dianggap sebagai beban mati yang terbagi rata (open frame) dan tidak diperhitungkan sebagai komponen struktural, akan tetapi dinding pengisi memiliki pengaruh terhadap gaya – gaya dalam dan perilaku struktur. Dalam analisis ini dilakukan perbandingan dua model struktur dengan studi kasus gedung rumah toko, untuk mengetahui perbandingan perilaku struktur beton bertulang yang memperhitungkan dinding pengisi dan yang tidak memperhitungkan dinding pengisi.Model yang pertama dibuat sebagai model open frame dan yang kedua dinding pengisi dibuat sebagai diagonal strut. Kedua model ini dianalisis menggunakan alat bantusoftware SAP 2000 versi 17.1.1, dan kinerja strukturnya dilakukan dengan Analisis Beban Dorong Statis Non linier (Non Linear Static Pushover Analysis) yang telah tersedia dalam program SAP 2000 versi 17. Analisis ini menghasilkan perbandingan gaya – gaya dalam yang terjadi dari dua model tersebut, perbandingan simpangan antar tingkat dan kinerja struktur yang berupa kurva pushover. Dari analisis tersebut memperlihatkan simpangan antar tingkat yang terjadi pada model open frame lebih besar dibanding dengan simpangan model strut sebesar 40 % pada arah X dan 63% pada arah Y. Perbandingan gaya – gaya dalam yang terjadi yaitu pada perbandingan dengan beban gravitasi maupun beban gempa keberadaan dinding pengisi memiliki kecenderungan mengurangi momen yang terjadi apalagi pengaruh beban gempa dengan perbandingan yang paling besar yaitu sebesar 69% pada kolom 3 portal D, akan tetapi untuk gaya aksial dan gaya geser yang terjadi dapat terjadi lebih besar. Dari analisis pushover, model open frame mampu menerima beban hingga 6925463,21 Newton dan perpindahan target 53,99 mm dengan level kinerja Collapse (C), sedangkan pada model strut mampu menerima beban hingga 8215111,00 Newton dan perpindahan target 55,89 mm dengan level kinerja Collapse (C). Untuk arah Y model open frame mampu menerima beban hingga 8554807,32 Newton dan perpindahan target 66,91 mm dengan level kinerja Collapse (C), sedangkan pada model strut mampu menerima beban hingga 10952469,00 Newton dan perpindahan target 66,43 mm dengan level kinerja Collapse (C). Nilai daktilitas aktual pada model open frame yaitu 3,11 untuk arah X dan 4,31 untuk arah Y, sedangkan pada model strut yaitu 2,96 untuk arah X dan 2,98 untuk arah Y. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of equipment technology were used in construction projects must be balanced with skill and high level of risk management, the most appropriate solution by using the safety and health management system so that the assets and labor that is an investment for the entrepreneur can be saved. The issues of occupational safety and health can’t be separated from industry problems, because safety and health are closely related to productivity. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in industry are associated with environmental issues. The Ritz Carlton Bali project in Sawangan Nusa Dua is one of the projects undertaken by PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah and has ISO certified. The implementation of OSH standards on this project is contained in the OSH plan and is always carried out monitoring and evaluation activities by the safety team in the field. To give more understanding on the implementation of OSH to all project workers was scheduled OSH simulation for 1 (one) hour adjust to schedule of project and informed by safety team, including effort of control that must be done. Based on this, it becomes interesting to do an assessment on OSH Control on Construction Project at The Ritz Carlton Bali Project in Sawangan Nusa Dua. The purpose of this study is to understand the control of OSH on construction projects. The result is a preliminary study was conducted to identify the potential OSH risks of The Ritz Carlton Bali Project. The procedures for reviewing these OSH risks and their system of controls are routinely applied to update hazard and risk records. All important risks are always controlled and monitored. Documented procedures must be available to avoid the delivery of policies and targets. Keyword: planning, labor costs, construction projects

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus pandemic that hit Indonesia, especially Bali, had a huge impact on people's lives. This has an impact on several sectors, ranging from the health sector, the economy, education, tourism, including the development sector. The Corona outbreak has forced all countries to revise the development plans that have been proclaimed. Targets were realistically adjusted, assumptions were changed according to current circumstances, and short-term program priorities were shifted largely to address the Covid-19 pandemic. In the context of accelerating development to restore economic conditions, several small-scale construction service actors are still able to carry out development even though they have to experience several obstacles. During the implementation of development during a pandemic, of course, some costs undergo significant changes that can even cause cost overruns. The swelling of construction project costs is highly dependent on several factors, both internal and external factors of the project. Several factors were very influential in cost overruns during the implementation of projects carried out by small-scale construction service actors during the Covid-19 pandemic, including inaccurate cost estimates (9.33%), errors in choosing work methods (8.84%) ), low labor productivity (8.15%), dimensional error/measurement of work in progress (8.14%), frequent work delays (8.04%), schedule delays due to weather effects (8.00%), an increase in material prices (7.94%), high equipment prices/rents (7.67%), delays/lack of materials and materials (7.31%), material damage (6.81%), material specifications required unsuitable (6.52%), and untimely payment methods (6.26%).
