Abstract

Research in the field of transportation, especially vehicle classification with various methods, is a widely developed field of study. Vehicles can be categorized by shape, dimension, logo, and  type. The vehicle dataset is also not difficult to find because it is general in nature. Based on the research that has been done, the introduction of group types based on the number of axles with CNN, the dataset is not yet available to the public. In this paper, we discuss the introduction of the types of groups using the Convolutional Neural Network method. The architecture used is the LeNet model. The trial scenario is carried out in 4 stages, namely 25 epochs, 50 epochs, 75 epochs and 100 epochs. Based on the test results, the accuracy obtained continues to increase at 50 epochs and 100 epochs iterations. Starting from an accuracy of 82%, 94% to the highest accuracy of 95%. Likewise in the prediction the data has increased from 80%, 85% to the highest accuracy that can be 86%. From 50 epochs to 75 epochs, the accuracy of both training and testing has decreased.

Abstract

Pendidikan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi dan mencerdaskan individu memerlukan tenaga pengajar untuk pendidikan formal maupun non-formal. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu dalam meningkatkan pendidikan anak-anak desa. Antusias dan semangat belajar anak-anak desa Tambakcemandi sangat tinggi namun tenaga pengajar yang ada di desa sangat terbatas sehingga menjadi kendala bagi anak-anak tersebut untuk meraih pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Asset-based community development. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga melakukan observasi lapangan untuk melihat potensi dan permasalahan yang ada di desa Tambakcemandi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan gambaran mengenai semangat dan antusias yang diberikan anak-anak serta masyarakat mengenai peran mahasiswa sebagai tenaga pengajar dalam membantu pendidikan di desa Tambakcemandi melalui kegiatan pendidikan formal dan non-formal. Education aims to develop potential and make individuals smarter, requiring teaching staff for both formal and non-formal education. The purpose of this community service is to help improve the education of village children. The enthusiasm and passion for learning of the children of Tambakcemandi village is very high, but the teaching staff in the village is very limited, making it an obstacle for these children to gain an education. The method used is Asset-based community development. This community service also conducted field observations to see the potential and problems in Tambakcemandi village. The results of community service activities provide an overview of the enthusiasm and passion shown by children and the community regarding the role of students as teachers in helping education in Tambakcemandi village through formal and non-formal education activities.

Abstract

Desa Tambakcemandi merupakan desa dengan kategori desa swasembada. Jenis-jenis wisata yang paling berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di desa ini adalah wisata bahari. Namun, dari tahun ke tahun, Desa Tambakcemandi masih terkendala dalam pengembangan wisata tersebut karena kurangnya keahlian masyarakat dalam melakukan branding, promosi, pemetaan potensial ekonomi dalam pengembangan wisata bahari. Melihat peluang tersebut, sivitas akademika UNUSIDA melakukan pengabdian dalam bentuk pendampingan terhadap kegiatan Pembuatan Plang Denah Lokasi, Ecobrik dan Spot Foto sebagai Icon wisata bahari di Desa Tambakcemandi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan atau teori ABCD (asset-based community development) dalam upaya mengembangkan potensi desa wisata di Desa Tambakcemandi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan agar Desa Tambakcemandi memiliki trademarknya sendiri sehingga mudah dikenal oleh para wisatawan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah dihasilkannya Plang Denah, Ecobrik, Spot Foto sebagai Icon sarana promosi wisata pesisir di Desa Tambakcemandi. Tambakcemandi Village is a village categorized as a self-sufficient village. The type of tourism that has the most potential to be developed in this village is marine tourism. However, from year to year, Tambakcemandi Village still needs to be constrained in developing these tours due to the lack of community expertise in branding, promotion, and mapping economic potential in marine tourism development. Seeing this opportunity, the UNUSIDA academic community carried out community service by assisting in making location plan signs, Ecobrik, and photo spots as marine tourism icons in Tambakcemandi Village. This community service uses the ABCD (asset-based community development) approach or theory to develop the potential of tourism villages in Tambakcemandi Village. This community service activity aims to give Tambakcemandi Village its trademark so that tourists can easily recognize it. The results of this service are the production of plan signs, Ecobrik, and spot photos as icons for promoting coastal tourism in Tambakcemandi Village.

Abstract

 Vehicle recognition has high complexity, and problems that arise when conducting vehicle research such as variations in vehicle type, lighting conditions, perspective, resolution, image quality, and color and texture are the main factors. This problem requires a multidisciplinary approach with a combination of image processing technology, machine learning, and pattern recognition. Innovative approaches and research are consistently important to improve system performance as well as trying out all the deep learning architecture models that have been developed.  This research aims to compare Neural Network Models for class 1 to class 5 vehicle classification based on the type of classification on toll roads. The models compared in this research are Convolutional Neural Network, ResNet50, and VGG16. The model will be tested with input images of all parts of the vehicle after which the input images are resized to 224x224 for each input image. The scenario was carried out using 75 epochs in each model with a total of 500 data for each group and each group. The percentage of training data and test data is 80% training data and 20% test data. There are 5 class groups, namely Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4, Group 5. The VGG16 model got the highest accuracy with 91% accuracy, Convolutional Neural Network 84% and ResNet50 got 74% accuracy. The results obtained show that the effectiveness of the VGG16 model is higher against CNN and ResNet50. Thus, this research can provide useful perceptions for further research to improve image capture with higher-quality cameras to improve intelligent transportation systems.

Abstract

As time goes by, technological developments are getting faster, one of which is mobile technology. In mobile technology in this era, what is often used is the use of augmented reality technology. The following study aims to provide an overview of several steps involved in making augmented reality-based Android learning media applications, gate materials, and a series of computer system lesson logic for vocational level students. In addition, to produce android learning media applications utilizing augmented reality logic circuit material for vocational level students that are practical, effective and valid. In this research, the type is application development. The process of developing this application applies the ADDIE method which is composed of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. From this study, the average score of validity of android mobile learning applications using augmented reality gates and logic circuits for vocational students is 4.54 and is included in the very valid section. The response results showed that students responded positively to mobile learning media, augmented reality-based logic circuits. From student responses, 80% of students responded in agreement to each part of the response, and 85% of students obtained scores above the minimum completeness criteria so that the use of logic circuit learning applications using augmented reality is categorized as effective.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Jamu di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi masayarakat. Jamu, sebagai produk herbal tradisional, tidak hanya memiliki nilai budaya yang tinggi tetapi juga potensi ekonomi yang signifikan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi UMKM Jamu “Jurus Sehat” melalui penguatan branding dan penanaman TOGA. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait pentingnya branding produk dan pemanfaatan lahan kosong menjadi area penanaman TOGA. Dengan demikian, diharapkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku jamu yang berkelanjutan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. The empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the herbal medicine sector in Indonesia has great potential to support the economic independence of the community. Jamu, as a traditional herbal product, not only holds high cultural value but also significant economic independence of the MSME “Jurus Sehat” through branding reinforcement and the cultivation of TOGA (Family Medicinal Plants). The methods used include socialization and mentoring. The outcome of this service is an increased understanding among MSME actors regarding the importance of product branding and the utilization of vacant land as TOGA cultivation areas. Thus, it is expected that through this community service activity, the sustainable availability of herbal medicine raw materials can be ensured, and the market reach can be expanded.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif program pembelajaran berbasis permainan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan akademis. Melalui menerapkan program ini, diharapkan anak-anak tidak hanya belajar dengan lebih baik, tetapi juga menjadi lebih percaya diri dan belajar berinteraksi dengan orang lain dengan cara yang positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan metode pembelajaran berbasis permainan dan bagaimana program tersebut berdampak pada anak-anak di tingkat dasar di Dusun Kedurus. Fun game menggabungkan elemen permainan dan pembelajaran, program pembelajaran berbasis game dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman anak-anak di tingkat dasar. This community service project aims to determine the effectiveness of a game-based learning program in improving social and academic skills. By implementing this program, it is hoped that children will not only learn better but also become more confident and learn to interact with others in a positive way. This study uses a descriptive method, aiming to explain the game-based learning method and how the program impacts elementary school children in Kedurus Hamlet. Fun games combine elements of play and learning, and game-based learning programs can increase children's participation and understanding at the elementary school level.
