Abstract

Di dunia ini, kehidupan manusia sangat bergantung pada budaya. Budaya memiliki dampak yang sangat besar pada semua setiap aspek kehidupan manusia, seringkali sesuai dengan tuntutan dan kebutuhan. Dari bangun tidur, aktivitas manusia tidak lepas dari pengaruh budaya. Kebudayaan benar-benar bersifat permanen karena setiap peristiwa yang dialami seseorang dikaitkan dengan kebudayaan. Seperti berkomunikasi dengan orang lain yang terkait budaya, karena setiap orang memiliki pengetahuan tentang budaya mereka. Sebagai konsultan, ketika ia bertemu dengan konseli untuk memberikan bimbingan dan layanan konsultasi. Fasilitator perlumenyadari budaya ketika bekerja dengan instruktur karena mereka memiliki budaya mereka sendiri pada intinya. Dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, konselor perlu fokus pada kesadaran budaya karena dapat membantu konselor memahami kualitas psikologis seperti kecerdasan (intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual), keterampilan, sikap, motivasi, dan lain-lain. DiIndonesia, konselor masih kurang memperhatikan kesadaran budaya karena pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling membantu membentuk perilaku baru dan menentukan keberhasilan proses konseling.

Abstract

Abstract: Along with advances in science and technology, more and more women are starting to play roles in the public sector, one of which is by working. In this context, married women who work are said to have a dual role because apart from being wives and housewives, mothers also act as career women. The aim of this research is to analyze students' experiences of communicating in friendships, with a focus on effective communication. Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that there are four main keys to communicating effectively in friendship, namely regulating emotions and adjusting communication style, not forcing your will and being sensitive to the atmosphere, preparing feedback strategies and overcoming communication difficulties, and using expressions and body movements.

Abstract

Inflammation is a normal protective response to tissue damage that mediated by Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme. The enhancement incidence and impact of inflammatory diseases have encouraged the search for new pharmacological strategies to overcome the problem. Ketumbar (Coriandrumsativum L.) has been traditionally used as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, thus giving chance for anti-inflammatory studies. This study aims to determine the ethanol extract of Ketumbar (Coriandrumsativum L.) leaves anti-inflammatory activity and inhibitory effect on COX-2 enzyme. This study uses male wistar rats with 180–220 g body weights. The rats is divided into six groups by the dose of 125 mg/kg BW, 250 mg/kg BW, and 500 mg/kg BW; positive control (Carrageenan 1%); negative control (Na. CMC 0,5%); and comparative group (Celecoxib 9 mg/kg BW). Determining the anti-inflammatory activity, the oedema formation is measured using a plethysmometer and the inhibition activity is determined by ELISA methods. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Ketumbar leaves by the dose of 125 mg/kg BW, 250 mg/kg BW, and 500 mg/kg BW was significantly inhibitted COX-2 valued 65,61%, 76,83%, and 62,93%. The anti-inflammatory activity was shown by inhibiting oedema valued of 62.26%, 70.59%, and 54.90% respectively. These findings suggested that the ethanol extract of Ketumbar leaves had anti-inflammatory activity, that was possibly mediated through inhibition of COX-2 enzymes

Abstract

Siamese oranges are one of the horticultural crops that have a myriad of advantages that have business opportunities. The objectives of this study are 1. to determine the marketing channel of chayote in Poncokusumo from farmers to retailers, 2. to identify the amount of production costs, marketing margins, marketing profits, farmer share, marketing efficiency of chayote in Poncokususmo. This research was conducted in Poncokusumo Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency in July 2023. Data analysis used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of research on the marketing channel of siam oranges in Poncokusuma village there are 2 channels, namely Channel I: Farmers - Middlemen - Wholesalers - Retailers - Consumers and Channel II: Farmers - Wholesalers - Retailers - Consumers. The highest average income is Rp.653,437,074, R/C ratio 11.5 with production of 47,708 Kg/Ha. Marketing efficiency of channel II is 7% very efficient. The conclusion is that shorter marketing channels result in smaller marketing margins, more efficient marketing costs, and farmers receive higher selling prices.
