Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-resistant bacilli or an infectious disease that can attack anyone through the air is also a dangerous infectious disease besides it is also a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the ages of 15-35 years. The purpose of this study is to help prevent tuberculosis by implementing an expert system using the Bayes method. The method used in this research includes identifying problems faced in the medical world for treating tuberculosis, analyzing the problem, then formulating the problem and applying an expert system with the Bayes method to solve the problems that are obtained, the next stage is designing an application as needed, testing the application with the aim of knowing the success rate of the system. The implementation of the Bayes method in diagnosing tuberculosis is found. The result is that the calculation process using the Bayes method is based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. It can be seen that the patient is "most likely" to have pulmonary tuberculosis with a confidence value of 0.64 or 64%. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that in diagnosing Tuberculosis by using the Bayes method expert system, it can help medical parties handle cases more quickly in terms of recognizing the symptoms of Tuberculosis so that people quickly know the disease they are experiencing.

Abstract

Computer system architecture is one of the subjects that must be taken in the informatics engineering study program. In the study program the graduation of each student in the course is one of the important aspects that must be evaluated every semester. Graduation for each student / I in the course is an illustration that the learning process delivered is going well and also the material presented by the lecturer in charge of the course can be digested by students. Graduation of each student in the course can be predicted based on the habit pattern of the students. Data mining is an alternative process that can be done to find out habit patterns based on the data that has been collected. Data mining itself is an extraction process on a collection of data that produces valuable information for companies, agencies or organizations that can be used in the decision-making process. Prediction of graduation with data mining can be solved by classifying the data set. The C5.0 algorithm is an improvement algorithm from the C4.5 algorithm where the process is almost the same, only the C5.0 algorithm has advantages over the previous algorithm. The results of the C5.0 algorithm are in the form of a decision tree or a rule that is formed based on the entropy or gain value. The prediction process is carried out based on the C5.0 algorithm classification using the attributes of Attendance Value, Assignment Value, UTS Value and UAS Value. The final result of the C5.0 algorithm classification process is a decision tree with rules in it.

Abstract

Fungsi liver dalam tubuh adalah menetralisir racun, mengatur sirkulasi hormon, mengantur komposisi darah yang mengandung lemak, gula, protein, dan zat tertentu. Liver membantu fungsi ginjal untuk memecah senyawa yang ada pada tubuh yang bersifat racun. Racun yang ada pada tubuh dipecah oleh liver kemudian dikeluarkan lewat empedu serta fases. Penyakit Liver sulit dideteksi pada stadium awal namun Penanganan penyakit Liver pada stadium awal akan sangat membantu kesembuhan pasien. Maka sangat dimungkinkan untuk membangun sebuah sistem terkumputerisasi berbasis sistem pakar dalam mendiagnosa penyakit liver sehingga dapat memudahkan akses informasi masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi tentang penyakit liver. Keluaran sistem berupa hasil penelusuran penyakit yang dilengkapi nilai persentase yang diperoleh dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer, penyebab dan solusi.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Data Siswa sangatlah penting bagi sebuah organisasi sekolah dan pihak-pihak lain yang membutuhkan data siswa tersebut, dengan adanya informasi data siswa, kita bisa mengetahui tentang suatu info data siswa dengan efektif dan efesien. Adapun Bahasa Pemograman yang di gunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi yang dimaksud adalah berbasis Web. Pembuatan databasenya menggunakan MySQL dan AppServ. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode waterfall yang merupakan model pengembangan sistem informasi yang sistematik dan sekuensial. Metode penggalian data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari pembuatan program yakni ditujukan dengan Terselesaikan nya Aplikasi Sistem informasi Pengelolaan Data Siswa Berbasis Web. Semoga dengan adanya aplikasi ini, dapat meningkatkan Kinerja dalam proses informasi pengolaan data siswa dan pencarian data siswa yang dibutuhkan kapan saja di SMA NEGERI 02 BILAH HULU. Kata Kunci: Berbasis Web, Waterfall, Mysql, AppServ
