This study aims to assist the Faculty of Science and Technology, Labuhanbatu University in making decisions to determine student eligibility to receive scholarships to increase academic achievement. Determining the acceptance of this scholarship is done by building a decision support system that helps make it easier to determine which students are eligible for the scholarship. A decision support system built using the Electre method. The criteria used in the SPK Electre Method consist of student achievement index, parents' income, number of dependents of parents, number of achievement certificates. Each criterion is given a weight with a ratio of 5, 2, 2, 1. The final result of the SPK Electre method is a recommendation through ranking data determined based on the highest number of numbers 1. The results of the case study in this research show that the alternative with the most value of 1 is obtained by the Mhs_007 alternative, and the alternative with the least value of 1 can be eliminated.

Abstract: Geographical information system (GIS) is a tool with computer and android systems used to map conditions and events that occur on earth. With the current mapping system's capabilities, it can be used by the community. There are still few people who know the hospitals around them, especially with people outside the district. They have to ask the local community to find out the location of the hospital. With a system designed to provide convenience through determining the hospital location points that are available on the system. The data collection process and methods using the waterfall method. Testing this geographic information system with BlackBox. Someone searches Al-Aziz hospital data by selecting the al-Aziz hospital symbol contained in the system. A detailed menu will appear on the symbol so that it provides information about the hospital address, the schedule for opening and closing of the clinic, the name of the doctor, receiving PBJS health patient services, and the doctor's practice schedule at Al-Aziz Hospital. Keywords: Blackbox Testing; Hospital; Location; Waterfall method; Webgis Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah alat komputer dan sistem android yang digunakan untuk memetakan kondisi dan peristiwa yang terjadi di bumi. Dengan kemampuan sistem pemetaan yang ada saat ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Masih sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui rumah sakit di sekitar mereka, terutama yang berada di luar kabupaten. Mereka harus meminta masyarakat sekitar untuk mengetahui lokasi rumah sakit tersebut. Dengan sistem yang dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan melalui penentuan titik lokasi rumah sakit yang tersedia dalam sistem. Proses dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode waterfall. Uji sistem informasi geografis ini dengan BlackBox. Seseorang mencari data rumah sakit Al-Aziz dengan memilih simbol rumah sakit al-Aziz yang terdapat dalam sistem. Pada simbol ini akan muncul menu detil sehingga memberikan informasi mengenai alamat rumah sakit, jadwal buka tutup klinik, nama dokter, penerimaan pelayanan pasien kesehatan PBJS, dan jadwal praktek dokter di RS Al-Aziz. Penyuluhan e-commerce untuk kaum milenial di LKP Intermedia Training Center yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 Juni 2021 jumlah Peserta yang mengikuti Penyuluhan yang dilakukan sebanyak 25 orang. Memahami Materi Penyuluhan yang dipaparkan pada saat pengabdian kepada masyarakaat Penyuluhan di LKP Intermedia Training Center Peserta yang memahami materi sebanyak 15 orang dengan persentase 75 % dan tidak memahami materi yang dipaparkan sebanyak 5 orang dengan persentase 25%. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan dilakukan pre-test dilakukan untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat tentang Manfaat e-commerce, Pre-Test Tentang Manfaat e-commerce pada saat pengabdian kepada masyarakaat Penyuluhan di LKP Intermedia Training Center yang mengetahui Mengetahui manfaat e-commerce sebanyak 16 orang dengan persentase 80% dan Tidak mengetahui manfaat e-commerce 20 %. Hasil yang dicapai dari Penyuluhan di LKP Intermedia Training Center Tim Pengabdian memberikan penyuluhan tentang e-commerce pada kaum milenial. Agar generasi milenial mampu produktif dan berinovasi dalam memanfaatkan e-commerce. Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan LPK Intermedia Training Center Jl. Padang Bulan No.13 C, Padang Bulan, Rantau Utara, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, Sumatera Utara 21414 sehingga memudahkan dalam pengembangan keahlian masyarakat untuk dalam penggunaan e-commerce dengan adanya penyuluhan ini diharapkan kaum milenial dapat memanfaat secara maksimal dalam mengelola usaha yang dilakukannya. Dalam penerapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan beberapa tahap diantaranya tahap pertemuan dengan masyarakat yang mempunyai peminat yang ingin mengikuti pelatihan tersebut, kemudian dari hasil data peserta dilanjutkan tahap penyuluhan dengan materi Penyuluhan E-Commerce Untuk Kaum Milenial kepada masyarakat. Tahap terakhir untuk melihat capaian terhadap hasil pelatihan dilakukan diskusi dan wawancara.

The use of Augmented Reality (AR) in education can enhance students' understanding of concepts and increase their learning motivation. This study aims to implement AR in learning at SD 03 Bilah Barat through socialization and workshops. The results show that AR makes learning more interactive, helps students grasp abstract concepts more easily, and boosts motivation. However, challenges such as limited technology and teacher readiness remain obstacles. Based on the success indicators, this activity achieved its set targets. AR has great potential to improve learning quality, but further support is needed for its sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the potential integration of local wisdom in corn cultivation practices in Sei Siarti Village to improve farmers' welfare and support environmental sustainability. The research method involved field surveys, interviews, and observations of cultivation structures and natural resource management systems. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the application of local wisdom and farmers' income enhancement. The findings reveal that traditional practices, such as selecting adaptable crop varieties, eco-friendly soil management techniques, and natural pest control methods, contribute to sustainable productivity while maintaining ecosystem balance. Integrating local knowledge with modern agricultural technology is expected to enhance food security and improve the quality of life for farmers in the future. Therefore, government support and training in the application of environmentally friendly technology is highly recommended.
