Abstract

This research seeks to uncover the role of women in building positive interpersonal communication in multicultural families. One of the roles of women in the family is to build positive interpersonal communication within the family. Where in interpersonal communication patterns there is a dependency of each individual to face each other face to face. But ignorance is a major problem of communication in multicultural families. The qualitative descriptive method of phenomenology in this study was used to uncover the social psychological aspects experienced by women when she had a role as a builder of active interpersonal communication in her family. This research was conducted on working women speakers who have large families from various races. In addition, researchers also conducted a literature study on interpersonal communication theory that could be applied in multicultural families and women's psychological theories. In this study it was found that the role of women in building active communication in their families is very important.

Abstract

In the current digital era brings many changes to the community, this is also very influential on traditional markets, therefore traditional markets should be one of the economic sectors that require attention and also efforts in community economic empowerment so that da'wah community economic empowerment for traditional market traders is essential in the digital era like today because it affects the continuation of their business. Traditional markets are where direct buying and selling occur between sellers and buyers. Traditional markets have existed since ancient times and are symbols of local people's lives. However, traditional markets have faced significant challenges, and traders must adapt to increasingly sophisticated digital media to compete with modern markets. From this study, the author concludes that da'wah community economic empowerment for traditional market traders is essential in the digital era like today because for the sustainability of their business, by utilizing digital media traders can develop their business and also increase competitiveness and also expand the range of buying and selling, strengthening partnerships between traders and buyers is also a priority in encouraging community economic growth.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran dakwah lingkungan sebagai sarana edukasi yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai Islam dan kesadaran ekologis di SMP Negeri 2 Kedungwuni, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, studi ini berfokus pada pemahaman bagaimana dakwah lingkungan dapat efektif dalam menanamkan ajaran agama sekaligus meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan di kalangan siswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dakwah lingkungan mampu memperdalam pengetahuan siswa mengenai Islam serta membentuk sikap dan perilaku yang ramah lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Melalui integrasi pendidikan agama dan ekologi, dakwah lingkungan di SMP N 2 Kedungwuni berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa yang religius dan bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. Kegiatan ini memberikan wawasan praktis untuk pengembangan model dakwah yang seimbang antara aspek spiritual dan lingkungan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.
