Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze phonological errors by children in the Arabic vocabulary reading. This study involved five children at the age of ten years old as the subjects. The content-analysis method was used to analyze the vocabularies fromprepared recording. Futhermore, the data were analyzed by using the triangulation theory from Miles and Huberman. The results informed that the phonological errors generally occur on several hijaiyah pronunciation such as ث، ح، خ، ذ، ز، ص، ض، ط، ظ، ع، غ، ق.

Abstract

e-Filing is a tax reporting novelty that can be accessed more quickly with the internet network. But in reality e-Filing itself is still not widely spread. This is due to the lack of widespread socialization from the KPP Pratama. This study aims to find out and understand the novelty of tax reporting through e-Filing at the Pratama Tax Service Office of South Sidoarjo. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the novelty of Tax Reporting Services through e-Filing at KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan in terms of innovation characteristics, namely having features and elements of novelty where with e-filing taxpayers can save time and costs, because e-filing can be accessed anytime and anywhere with internet facilities. The novelty of tax reporting through e-filing does not only benefit one party, but both parties, namely the taxpayer and also the South Sidoarjo KPP Pratama which can save storage space and paper.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of language terms in relation to the use of Bahasa Indonesia in the communication of students in the Digital Business program at Universitas Negeri Medan. A total of 20 students from the Digital Business program at Universitas Negeri Medan were selected as the sample after a screening process. The analysis results found that the use of Bahasa Indonesia among Generation Z students in the Digital Business program at Universitas Negeri Medan is proven to be very high, with a score of 5 on almost all items in the questionnaire. The implications of this study may provide input for language planning initiatives and communication strategies that can effectively interact and align with the preferences of Generation Z.

Abstract

Hydrolyzed collagen (HC) is an enzymolyzed collagen or gelatin product and has a small molecular weight (0.3-8 kDa). HC can be produced enzymatically with protease enzymes. The methods used in HC production include isolation of gelatinase-producing bacteria from BSF maggots, gelatin extraction from tuna fish waste, gelatinase activity screening, gelatinase enzyme production, HC production, and confirmation analysis. Bacterial isolation resulted in 22 bacterial colonies, 3 of which had gelatinase activity as observed from the activity screening results. The yield of gelatin extract obtained was 9.36%. HC production was obtained as much as 10 mL with the addition of 5% crude gelatinase enzyme. The SDS-PAGE results can be determined that there is a band with a size of 31-42 kDa, it shows that the gelatinase can be isolated. HC dapat diproduksi secara enzimatik dengan enzim protease. Metode yang digunakan dalam produksi HC antara lain adalah isolasi bakteri penghasil gelatinase dari maggot BSF, ekstraksi gelatin dari limbah ikan tuna, skrining aktivitas gelatinase, produksi enzim gelatinase, produksi hydrolyzed collagen, dan analisis konfirmasi. Isolasi bakteri didapatkan koloni bakteri sebanyak 22 koloni, 3 diantaranya memiliki aktivitas gelatinase yang diamati dari hasil skrining aktivitas, Rendemen ekstrak gelatin yang didapatkan adalah 9,36%. Produksi HC didapatkan sebanyak 10 mL dengan penambahan 5% crude gelatinase enzyme. Hasil SDS-PAGE dapat ditentukan bahwa terdapat pita pada ukuran 31-42 kDa, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa gelatinase dapat terisolasi.
