Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanini untukResponsiveGovernance Pemerintah Daerah melalui Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Muara Bengkal Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Metodepenelitian yang digunakanyaitupendekatankualitatifdengantipe penelitian fenomenologi denganmelakukanpengumpulanyangdiperolehmelaluiteknikobservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data meliputireduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikankesimpulan.Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwapada dimensi ko-eksistensi terjadi kesatuan arah pelaksanaan program secara terstruktur pada setiap tingkatan mulai pusat hingga kecamatan dan keterlibatan penting peran pendamping PKH Kemudian dari dimensi Tradisi atau Budaya menunjukkan permasalahan yang menjadi kendala yaitu adanya sikap acuh dari masyarakat yang tidak melaporkan kondisi yang sesungguhnya bisa jadi dia sudah tidak layak menerima bantuan namun dibiarkan saja, selain itu masyarakat yang semestinya dapat menerima bantuan cenderung mengabaikan persyaratan untuk memperoleh bantuan menunggu sepenuhnya arahan pendamping. Terlihat kurangnya totalitas pendamping dalam melakukan pekerjaanya.  Selanjutnya pada dimensi Basis Kekuasaan menunjukkan pelaksanaan program PKH melibatkan SDM dari berbagai komponen pemerintahan mulai dari tingkat pusat sampai daerah Pemerintah merespon jika ada laporan penyalahgunaan dana PKH yang masuk ke Dinas Sosial seperti ada yang tidak layak menerima/tidak masuk dalam golongan keluarga miskin ini pemerintah akan melakukan evaluasi dan jika dugaan ada dugaan penyalagunaannya yang terbukti maka akan ditindaklanjuti ke pihak berwajib. Pendamping ini dimonitoring kinerjanya dan berwajiban memberikan laporan kerja mereka.  Kemudian respon pemerintah terhadap kinerja pendamping yang tidak efektif maka akan dievaluasi dan tetap dimonitoring serta dibantu dengan peningkatan pelatihan dalam bentuk Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek). Kemudian hasil penelitian pada dimensi opini publik menunjukkan terdapat respon positif masyarakat berupa pemanfaatan program PKH bagi kehidupan mereka namun terdapat dugaan negatif masyarakat terhadap pemerataan pemberian bantuan PKH.

Abstract

This event will be based on research to find out the parent activity in helping develop social-emotional ketermpilan ages of 5-6 years in the accompanying children,  establish good communication with the child, give a chance in children, keep an eye on children in order to remain controlled, encouragement or motivation of the child, redirect the child to have and develop the basics of self discipline. This research aims to know the social-emotional skills development of children ages 5-6 years in Islamic kindergarten independent sub-district of percut sei tuan deli serdang district ta.  2018 – 2019 and to know activities performed parents in cleaner development of social skills-emotional children aged 5-6 years in Islamic kindergarten independent sub-district of percut sei tuan deli serdang district ta. 2018-2019. The methods used are qualitative research methods. The data source that is taken is the father who served as head of the household and the mother who served as housewives in a kindergarten independent Islamic as much as 5 (five) head of the family that serves as the source of the informant. The results showed that there is a difference between the children who accompanied the same parents with children who are not accompanied by her parents in helping the development of the social-emotional skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten independent Islamic with children who are not accompanied by her parents in helping the development of the social-emotional skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten independent Islamic in associating with other people by way of doing activities together with teachers and classmates, follow instructions with how to accomplish the task as instructed, to identify and manage those emotions and behavior in a manner express themselves in accordance with the emotional conditions indicated, thinking of the right solution to conflict with how to determine the right way if you're having difficulty, hang on to the task by means of the task given to the penyele saian, and engage in social conversations and cooperative play by taking the initiative to invite friends to talk.

Abstract

This study about Interfaith Figures Communication Model in Building Religious Harmony in North Labuhanbatu Regency deals with the awareness of interfaith leaders in Labura of the importance of living harmoniously between religious communities, it is important for them to disseminate their understanding of how to build harmony and harmony between religious communities at the root of the clump (community). Therefore, religious figures "berkampenye" to the community about the importance of building a harmonious and harmonious life among communities adhering to different religions in Labura. Research that researchers do is field research (Field Research) which is included in the type of qualitative descriptive research, therefore, in the data collection process, researchers will make field observations behavior in Paud Al Ummah delitua. Thus the creation of dialogue (communication) between religious leaders has rational reasons behind it, including such as the existence of religious plurality in society, the desire to communicate in an effort to understand each other, and the creation of cooperation in society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) Clarity of information in implementing the garden circle communication in improving the performance employees, (2) Situation of garden circle communication environment is carried out in improving the performance employees. (3) Communicator manners communicate with employees in improving the performance employees, and (4) Implementation of Islamic communication principles in the garden circle in improving the performance employees. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research subjects include managers, security personnel, assistants, foremen and implementing employees at Nusantara II and III Plantations on garden circle activities. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubermen model technique. The results showed that the circle of the garden provides clarity of information, creates a conducive communication environment situation and shows manners in communication, and uses the principles of Islamic communication in the implementation of the garden circle. Thus the communication around the garden is quite effective in improving the performance of employees of Nusantara II Bandar Kliffa and PTPN III Sei Putih Plantations.

Abstract

Komunikasi pembangunan pada dasarnya merupakan instrument perekat dalam pembangunan karakter bangsa, terutama pada masyarakat multikultural. Masyarakat multikultural pada dasarnya dapat menjadi potensi yang amat kuat dalam pembangunan, sebaliknya dapat menjadi penghambat apabila tidak dikelola secara baik dan benar. Oleh karenanya, komunikasi pembangunan dalam membangun karakter bangsa harus berbasis pada masyarakat multicultural.  Bangsa yang berperadaban dan bermoral adalah merupakan karakteristik  bangsa yang dituju dan dicita-citakan.  Karakter bangsa yang demikian hanya dapat dicapai apabila instrument perekat utama dapat berfungsi secara maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang romantisme peradaban Islam di Eropa masalah yang menjadi bahasan yaitu sejarah peradaban Islam dalam skripsi ini yaitu, sejarah peradan Islam di Eropa dalam novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa. Adapun rumusan masalah dari judul yang dikemukakan tersebut adalah: Bagaimana Romantisme Peradaban Islam di Eropa (Nilai SKI) dalam novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa Karangan Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra?. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengulas lebih dalam romantisme peradaban Islam di Eropa (Nilai SKI) melalui novel 99 Cahaya di Lagit Eropa, sehingga dapat menjadi tambahan wawasan bagi saya sendiri dan yang membaca karya ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka dengan mengambil subjek dan objek penelitian, subjek penelitian ini adalah novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa dan objeknya adalah romantisme peradaban Islam di Eropa (Nilai SKI). Metode untuk pengalian datanya yaitu: koleksi data, seleksi data, klasifikasi data, interpretasi data. Untuk menganalisis data mengunakan metode analisis isi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sejarah peradaban Islam di Austria yang tertampil dalam novel ini: Kekalahan Islam Turki Ottoman kalah dalam Ekspansi ke Wina, Cappucino, kopi itu bukan dari Italia. Aslinya berasal dari biji-biji kopi Turki yang tertinggal di medan perang di Kahlenberg, Roti Croissant, dijadikan sebagai simbol kekalahan Turki, Sebuah masjid, masjid Vienna Islamic Center. Sejarah Peradaban Islam di Prancis: Celestrial Sphere-by Yunus Ibn al-Husayn al-Asturbi (1145), Piring bertuliskan Arab kufic, Lukisan Bunda Maria bertuliskan “Laa Ilaaha Illallah”, Le Grande Mosquee de Paris, Pintu-pintu Notre Dame yang arsitekturnya disebut ogive atau kurva lancip pengaruh budaya Islam. Peradaban Islam di Cordoba & Granada: Mezquita, mesjid yang sekarang menjadi gereja, Sultan al Rahman yang mempunyai sifat bijaksana, Averroes atau Ibnu Rushd. Filsuf terkenal dari Cordoba, Istana Al Hambra, pengusiran  Islam dari bumi Spanyol,  pembebasan massal kepada seluruh penduduk. Sejarah peradaban Islam di Istambul Turki: Peradaban Islam di Istambul yang tertampil dalam novel ini: Hagia Sophia sebuah bangunan Gereja dan di ubah menjadi masjid dan sekarang di fungsikan sebaagai museum, Blue Mosque , Topkapi Palace adalah sebuah istana peninggal Turki Utsmani. Kata kunci: romantisme, peradaban Islam, Eropa

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin pendidikan yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk mendidik anak-anak didiknya, karena itu kepemimpinan pendidikan sesuatu hal yang mendasar untuk terus dikaji dan dipelajari. Cukup banyak teori yang membahas permasalahan ini, namun dirasa masih belum cukup baik, karena itu diperlukan kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Walaupun dalam hal ini pembahasan hanya memuat tentang sifat-sifat yang harus dimiliki pemimpin pendidikan. Kepemimpinan  pendidikan dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, secara umum bahwa pendidikan Islam dapat menerima semua unsur yang terdapat dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan umum, selama itu tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam khususnya al-Qur’an dan al-Hadits. Kata kunci: sifat kepemimpinan, pendidikan, perspektif Islam

Abstract

This study examines in depth the communication model of the Islamic Shari'a Service in implementing Islamic Shari'a policies in Langsa City, the themes that are communicated and the communication barriers faced. This research was designed with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected by in-depth interviewing 11 informants who were taken purposively. Repeated observations of the location are also part of the data collection which is then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that; First, there are two communication models commonly used by the Langsa City Islamic Shari'a Service in implementing Islamic Shari'a policies, namely the SMCRE (Source, Message, Channel, Receiver, Effect) communication model, and the chain and bitang communication model. Both of these communication models are practically applied in the form of interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication. In the end, this study argues that a communication model that is relevant to the socio-demographic situation and condition of the community can support the effectiveness of the messages conveyed so that the community can support the implementation of Islamic law in Langsa City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in early childhood independence based on the mother's employment status in MDA Kampung Durian, Medan Perjuangan District. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive qualitative data analysis, namely data collected in the form of words, pictures and not numbers. The data used in this research is primary data. Namely data obtained directly from the field. In this study, primary data was obtained by observation and interviews. The results of this study are that children whose mothers work have a high level of independence compared to children whose mothers do not work and the status of mothers who work or not can also be a factor of a child's independence.
