Abstract

Student engagement during the teaching and learning process is a crucial indicator of their desire or motivation to learn. Students are considered active if they exhibit behaviors such as frequently asking questions to the teacher or peers, willingly completing assignments given by the teacher, being able to answer questions, and often being assigned learning tasks. Active participation in the learning process fosters high interaction between teachers and students, as well as among the students themselves. However, in practice, student engagement has not been fully optimized. Therefore, the non-directive teaching model is one of the options to create a refreshing and conducive learning environment.   This study aims to describe the effect of implementing the non-directive teaching model on student engagement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for Grade IX students at SMP Persada Cilawu. The research employed a descriptive associative method, involving direct fieldwork to observe and record the ongoing phenomena. The results from this study indicate that both student engagement and the non-directive teaching model received favorable evaluations. The findings show that the implementation of the non-directive teaching model accounts for 7.2% of the variance in student engagement, as reflected in the model summary table with a value range between 0.00 and 0.1999, indicating a very low effect. Despite this categorization as "very low," the impact of the non-directive model cannot be dismissed, as it remains an external factor that can influence student engagement in learning. The remaining 92.8% of the influence is attributed to other factors not examined in this study.  Keywords: Teaching Model, Non-Directive, Student Engagement, Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

The Penajam area is a district located in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan with 110,240 inhabitants and a total area of 3,333.06 km² in 2002. As long as North Penajam Paser was established, there was not a single Art Center building, and many festivals were often held in Penajam such as the Nondoi Festival, Belian traditional festival, Serambi Nusantara. So this design aims to create an Arts Center that will accommodate artistic activities in North Penajam Paser. The Buen Art Center was planned using an architectural approach that designs a building using data and social habits of a place, and something that is associated with an "icon" or "Vocal Point" in the form of a building. This art center building is located on Coastal Road Km.9 Nipah-Nipah, Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. In applying the shape of this building, the concept of shape is used by applying a shape that resembles a ship when seen from the front view and the building will look like sea waves when seen from the right side view and also the left side view. From the results of this design, it is hoped that the results of the Buen Art Center design can become a place that can accommodate art activities and all activities connected to art, art activities and all art activities as well as preserving and introducing people inside and outside the region about North Penajam Paser art.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi implementasi laporan keuangan khususnya melalui studi kasus pada UMKM, kemudian disesuaikan SAK EMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi laporan keuangan pada Toko Kue & Roti Sobek Rara dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas, Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu jenis data subjek dan dokumenter dimana sumbernya yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diambil dengan melakukan wawancara (secara lisan dan tertulis), sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa laporan keuangan pada Toko Kue & Roti Sobek Rara telah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM).
