Abstract

Herpes shingles (HZ) is an infectious disease caused by the reactivation of the varicella shingles virus (VVZ). Are localized, mainly attacking adults with a characteristic of radicular pain, unilateral, and a horde of vesicles that are dispersed according to dermatoms that are ineralized by a single sensory nerve ganglion. Factors that potentially lead to reactivation are: previous exposure to VVZ (chickenpox, vaccination), age more than 50 years, Immunocompromais state, immunosuppressive drugs, HIV/AIDS, bone marrow transplantation or organ, violence, therapy Long-term steroids, psychological stress, trauma and the act of Distinction. Incidence of HZ in children 0.74 from 1000 person per year. This incidence increased to 2.5 from 1000 people at age 20-50 (adult age), 7, from 1000 people aged more than 60 years (older adult age) and reached 10 from 1000 person per year at the age of 80. Case: reported case of Mrs. P, 55 yo with a diagnosis of herpes shingles with TB MDR with based on anamnesis and physical examination administered therapy acyclovir tab 5x800 mg PO/day for 7 days, Paracetamol tab 3x500 mg PO/day if necessary, powder salicyl 2% applied on the lesions 3x/day and given the drug TB MDR namely Cycloserin, etionamides and moxifloxacin. Conculsion: The patient showed good therapeutic results.

Abstract

Hair serves to protect the skin from bad influences, such as eyebrows that protect and prevent sweat that will flow to the eyes. While the nose hair functions as filtering the dust on the nose. Hair also has a role in protection against; adverse environment, including cold or hot temperatures, and ultraviolet light. Hair is not uncommon as confidence. Hair loss to cause baldness is a problem that is enough to worry about high self when they interact. Hair loss can be caused by many factors that are organized into endogenous: due to systemic disease, hormonal, nutritional status, intoxication, or a genetic disorder and exogenous factor in the form of stimulus from the environment and hair cosmetics. Today there are many studies of natural plants or herbal ingredients that can be used to treat hair loss. One of the plants that can grow hair is apple. Apples contain procyanin B-2 naturally found in apples. Apple extract is then made for hair tonic or cream proven to accelerate hair growth.

Abstract

Environmental education plays an important role in shaping the character and knowledge of students. Amidst increasing environmental issues, environmental-based education is a significant factor influencing learning outcomes and individual behavior. This study explores the role of environmental-based education in building awareness and promoting sustainable health among early childhood. The method used is a qualitative approach with case study analysis in PAUD institutions that implement environmental-based curriculum. The results show that the integration of environmental education in the curriculum can improve children's knowledge, attitudes, and behavior towards the environment, contributing to the development of more effective educational programs for future environmental challenges.
