Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya hidup value mindeddengan pengambilan keputusan membeli barang kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari pada mahasiswa Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata yang tinggal secara kost di Semarang. Hipotesanya adalah ada hubungan antara gaya hidup value minded dengan pengambilan keputusan membeli kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari pada mahasiswa kost. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata jenjang S1 yang tinggal secara kost (harga kost < Rp 500.000,-) di Semarang, berusia 18-22 tahun, belum menikah, dan uang bulanan yang diterima dari orang tua rata-rata ≤ Rp 2.000.000,- per bulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisa datanya menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson.Subyek penelitian berjumlah 61 orang.Alat ukur menggunakan skala Gaya Hidup Value Minded dan skala Pengambilan Keputusan Membeli Kebutuhan Hidup Sehari-hari. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Tipe Kepribadian Hardiness dengan Burnout pada Perawat Gawat Darurat di Rumah Sakit Pantiwilasa Citarum. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan negatif antara Tipe Kepribadian Hardiness dengan Burnout pada Perawat Gawat Darurat di Rumah Sakit Pantiwilasa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Program Seni Bersahabat (SEBAT) terhadap peningkatan psychological well-being pada karyawan. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 6 subyek yang terdiri dari 3 subyek pada grup kontrol dan 3 subyek pada grup eksperimen yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan yakni pretest-posttest control group design. Penghitungan secara statistika menggunakan Mann-Whitney U Test dengan menghitung nilai gain score pada hasil pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai U sama dengan 0,000 dan p sama dengan 0,05 serta selisih rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada karyawan kelompok eksperimen (6,33) lebih besar dari karyawan kelompok kontrol (0,00). Hal ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan peningkatan psychological well-being pada karyawan setelah mendapatkan program SEBAT. Karyawan yang mendapat program SEBAT mengalami perubahan psychological well-being yang lebih tinggi daripada karyawan yang tidak mendapat program SEBAT.

Abstract

Burnout is commonly measured with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), which consists of three subscales measuring emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, and cynicism. We adapted the scale and then explored and confirmed the three dimensions on the Indonesian version named The Maslach-Trisni Burnout Inventory (M-TBI) with an exploratory analysis followed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) from 822 workforces. The sensitivity for different job characteristics and demographic factors was established with analyses of variance and based on percentile scores of the subscales, three categories for burnout tendency were proposed. The scores on the three subscales were compared with those of Western countries. There are similar scores for emotional exhaustion and cynicism, but the sample score for personal accomplishment tends to be lower than the western countries. It can be concluded that the M-TBI scale is a reliable, sensitive, and efficient tool to measure the burnout tendency in the workforce in Indonesia.

Abstract

Credit Union (CU) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro yang didasarkan pada tiga prinsip, yaitu kemandirian, kebersamaan, dan pendidikan. CU adalah salah satu pilar utama perekonomian Indonesia yang membantu masyarakat mengembangkan bisnis dan memberikan literasi keuangan kepada anggotanya. Agar operasi CU dapat tetap berlanjut, CU perlu memperluas pasarnya. Salah satu target ekspansi pasar mereka adalah generasi milenial yang saat ini dan ke depannya akan mendominasi persentase penduduk Indonesia. Sayangnya, saat ini banyak kaum milenial yang belum mengetahui tentang CU dan kurang memahami dampak positif yang dimiliki CU. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk mengenalkan CU kepada para milenial agar terjadi perubahan sikap para milenial terhadap CU. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam dua hari, hari pertama adalah ceramah oleh narasumber berpengalaman yang diakhiri dengan pembuatan rencana aksi (action plan) pribadi, sedangkan hari kedua merupakan diskusi tentang rencana aksi tersebut. Peserta program ini terdiri dari 33 orang generasi milenial. Perbedaan sikap peserta antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan diuji dengan uji on-parametrik Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan sikap secara keseluruhan (untuk mengikuti CU dan berwirausaha) pada  peserta. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan minat peserta untuk mengikuti CU dan berwirausaha.

Abstract

There are still many young people who do not know Credit Union (CU) well, so they are reluctant to become CU members. This program aims to make the younger generation know CU more deeply so that the desire arises to join CU and plan their future well. This program uses an experiential learning approach in the form of a digital infographic competition. The result showed that the experiential learning method used in this program has a positive effect on participants' knowledge and attitude about CU. In addition, this program was also quite successful in attracting the interest and attention of Instagram social media users, as indicated by a large number of likes on the contestants' social media.

Abstract

Trail Making Test (TMT) has been widely used in Indonesia as an Executive Function (EF) test, however, no studies reported validity and reliability of the test. In this study, we analyzed TMT’s psychometric properties, including reliability and validity, effect of demographic variables such as education, age, and sex on the TMT, and propose norm scores for the urban population of Java Island. Four hundred ninety persons (aged 16-80 years) with varying education levels participated in the study. Four additional EF tests (Digit Span, Five Point, phonemic Verbal Fluency, and Stroop) were administered. Principal Component Analysis was used to test whether the structure of TMT supported theoretical foundations of EF. The test-retest reliability was estimated in different samples (N = 50). Results suggest that education increased and age decreased the performance, however there were no differences between high school graduates and undergraduates in the age range 16-39 years. The intraclass correlation as a reliability measure showed good results (TMTA, rs=0.76; TMT B, rs= 0.86; TMT B-A, rs=0.74). The PCA revealed that the TMT, Digit Span, and Five Point scores loaded highly on one construct, while Stroop, phonemic Verbal Fluency, and errors on Five Point test loaded highly on other. It can be concluded that TMT is a valid neuropsychological instrument measuring EF with high reliability score and has high sensitivity for education, and age effects. The study also provides TMT Norms and cut-off scores for Javanese population between 16 and 39 years old with senior high school and undergraduate level of education.

Abstract

Difficulties in executive function (EF) may be causative factors in clinical conditions, including learning disabilities, depression, and anxiety. However, defining the structure of EF is an ongoing issue, although Miyake’s three-factor structure is widely accepted. This study aims to discover the underlying factor structure of EF domains, as measured by five tests and the scores of 840 participants, to establish the domains’ validity and reliability. Five neuropsychological tests were included in the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses (EFA and CFA): the Digit Span (DS); the Stroop Color Word Test (Stroop Test); the phonemic Verbal Fluency Test (pVFT); the Five Point Test (5PT); and the Trail Making Test (TMT). EFA could be meaningfully performed (KMO = .862, Bartlett’s test: ????2 =1393.169, df 45, p < .001) and yielded three factors closely mirroring the three core domains of EF. CFA of the model in which the 5PT loaded on factor 2 showed the best goodness of fit indicators, although the difference with the other three-factor models was small. Currently, these EF tests are available in Indonesia and suitable for use, although obtaining normative scores adjusted for demographic factors is necessary.
