Abstract

AbstractThis study is to determine the effect of product knowledge of zakat and perceptions of the quality of zakat on the interest in zakat. The population in this study were entrepreneurs who were members of FORKOM UMKM Tulungagung. There is also a sample measurement guideline using a saturated sample technique with a sample of 42 people. The research instrument for data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale with data analysis techniques in this study, including descriptive statistical techniques, inferential statistical analysis with classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with the SPSS 23 application. The t test in this study shows that product knowledge has no effect on respondents' interest in giving zakat. Perceptions of the quality of zakat are also proven to have no effect on respondents' interest in paying zakat. The results of the F test in this study also prove that simultaneously there is no effect of product knowledge on zakat and perceived quality on respondents' interest in zakat.Keywords: zakat, product knowledge, perceived quality, interest in zakat Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan produk (product knowledge) zakat dan persepsi kualitas zakat terhadap minat berzakat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha yang tergabung dalam FORKOM UMKM Tulungagung. Ada pun pedoman pengukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan sampel sejumlah 42 orang. Instrumen penelitian untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dengn teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini antara lain dengan teknik statistik deskiptif, analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t dengan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil uji t pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa product knowledge tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat responden dalam berzakat. Persepsi tentang kualitas zakat juga terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat responden dalam membayar zakat. Hasil uji F pada penelitian ini juga membuktian bahwa secara simultan tidak ada pengaruh product knowledge zakat dan persepsi kualitas terhadap minat berzakat responden. Abstract

The pilgrimage to Mecca, known as Hajj, is a significant religious obligation for Muslims around the world. Indonesia, with its large Muslim population, annually sends a substantial number of pilgrims to perform Hajj. This study conducts an evaluation of the policy regarding the organization of Hajj and assesses its implications on the government expenditure of Indonesia for the year 2023. The evaluation focuses on the efficiency, effectiveness, and financial sustainability of the current policy, considering factors such as Hajj quota management, transportation, accommodation, and associated services. The study aims to provide insights into how the Hajj policy impacts the Indonesian government's fiscal allocation and overall budgeting, shedding light on potential areas for improvement and optimization of resources in the future. The findings of this research contribute to better policy formulation and decision-making processes, ultimately aiming to enhance the overall management of Hajj and optimize government expenditure.

Abstract

Digital technology has become an important factor in increasing people's income, especially in rural areas that still face challenges in digital literacy. This research aims to optimize the use of digital technology to improve the economic welfare of the people of Mlaras Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency. The method is a participatory approach involving observation, socialization, training, and intensive mentoring. This program uses marketplaces, social media, and digital transaction systems to increase people's income.The study results showed a significant increase in digital literacy, which was 90%. People who previously relied on conventional methods are now more confident using digital technology to market products and conduct financial transactions. Some participants managed to increase revenue through online sales and the efficiency of digital transactions. With the increase in digital skills, the people of Mlaras Village are expected to continue to develop technology-based businesses and sustainably improve economic welfare. This program has a real positive impact and can be a model in developing a digital-based village economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di MI Bustanul Ulum Mlaras, Sumobito, Jombang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang aman dan sehat bagi Generasi Alpha serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental di era digital. Edukasi ini melibatkan 70 peserta dari siswa-siswi MI Bustanul Ulum Mlaras yang rentang usianya masuk dalam kategori Generasi Alpha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu metode Service Learning. Hasil  evaluasi  menunjukkan  peningkatan  signifikan  dalam  pengetahuan tentang kesehatan mental, penggunaan gadget yang benar. Di mana sebagian besar peserta merasa lebih mampu menggunakan gadget sesuai kebutuhan serta memanfaatkan waktu dengan kegiatan yang lebih positif. Umpan balik dari peserta sangat positif, dengan sebagian besar menyatakan kepuasan terhadap   materi   dan   metode   pengajaran   yang   diterapkan. Dengan pengetahuan baru yang diperoleh, diharapkan Generasi Alpha di Mi Bustanul Ulum lebih bijak dalam menggunakan teknologi serta lebih sadar terhadap masalah kesehatan mental. Kegiatan  ini  tidak  hanya  memberikan  manfaat  langsung  bagi  peserta  tetapi  juga  berpotensi memberikan dampak jangka panjang bagi kualitas pendidikan di lingkungan peserta.

Abstract

Study This aims to determine the effect of population, education level and economic growth on the unemployment rate in Jombang Regency in 2018-2020, based on the type of relationship between variables, this research is included in the causal relationship of the variables that cause unemployment, while seen from the unit of analysis used . carried out, this research uses a group analysis unit with multiple regression analysis. This research aims to determine the effect of the resulting population, the level of education and economic growth have a simultaneous influence on unemployment in Jombang Regency. This means that the higher or lower the population, level of education and economic growth in Jombang Regency will simultaneously influence unemployment in Jombang Regency in 2018-2020.

Abstract

The aim of this activity for the community was to provide training on how to make PSB Fertilizer or Photo Synthetic Bacteria, known as liquid organic fertilizer which helped the photosynthetic process in plants. This activity was attended by service partners, namely the GAPOKTAN in Jarak Kulon Village, totaling 24 people.  PSB making training activities were carried out in Jarak Kulon Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The implementation methods used included demonstration methods, namely practicing how to make PSBs, discussion and question and answer methods. Based on the activities that had been carried out, we as the KKM group hope that training participants had an understanding of how to make PSB fertilizer and understood how to use PSB for plants, livestock and fish. Apart from having a lot of benefits, PSB fertilizer is also easy to make and cheap, but you can get a lot of results.

dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di institusi pemerintah. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka (literature review), artikel ini menyajikan hasil analisis terhadap berbagai studi dan teori terkait manajemen SDM, kualitas layanan publik, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja institusi pemerintah. Temuan utama dari artikel ini menyoroti bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik. Hal ini terwujud melalui strategi pengembangan karyawan, peningkatan motivasi, dan penerapan praktik manajemen yang baik di lingkungan institusi pemerintah. Artikel ini juga menyoroti implikasi penting dari hasil penelitian, yaitu perlunya peran manajemen SDM yang komprehensif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi institusi pemerintah dalam memberikan layanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik melalui pengelolaan SDM yang efektif di institusi pemerintah. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat fokus pada pengembangan strategi konkret yang dapat memberikan dampak positif yang lebih besar dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik.

Abstract

In order to improve consumer purchase decisions, this study attempts to investigate if brand awareness can moderate promotional activities, product quality, and product innovation. The study was carried out at PT Dharma Satya Nusantara, a new wood product craftsman company. Causal associative method in quantitative research. Purposive sampling was used in the questionnaire-based data gathering process, which had 142 respondents. analysis of data with the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The study's findings demonstrate that while brand awareness is a moderating variable, there is insufficient data to support its ability to regulate marketing campaigns, product innovation, and quality in order to influence customer purchase decisions. Nonetheless, it has been demonstrated that brand awareness can predict consumer purchasing decisions more accurately than other factors. By strengthening brand recognition as a predictor, boosting promotional activities, and enhancing product quality, the study's findings aid in efforts to enhance purchasing decisions
