Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the level of digital economy development on the business performance of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe, with income as a mediating variable. The study sample consisted of 96 MSMEs selected using the Slovin technique. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM second-order model with an embedded two-stage approach. The results show that the digital economy has a positive and significant effect both directly (p-value=0.000, t-statistic=10.201) and indirectly through income (p-value=0.000, t-statistic=5.979) on the business performance of MSMEs. Income also has a positive and significant impact on business performance (p-value=0.000, t-statistic=4.934) and can partially mediate (VAF=41.4%) the relationship between the digital economy and business performance. In conclusion, the digital economy and income play a crucial role in enhancing the business performance of MSMEs. Digitalization is key for MSMEs to strengthen their competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth. Therefore, focusing on digital strategies that enhance income is essential for MSMEs in this digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how social media platforms can be used as a digital marketing tool to increase sales for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Paya Bili Village. With the development of digital technology, social media has become one of the most effective ways to promote products and reach a wider consumers, even in the retail sector. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study methodology, where data is collected through interviews with MSME players, silent observation, and content analysis of social media platforms used by MSME players in the area. The research findings show that the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp can increase product visibility, increase sales, and streamline transactions. However, some limitations, such as limited availability of digital devices and internet access, are still an obstacle.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam aspek pemasaran digital. UMKM Cireng di Kota Lhokseumawe mengalami keterbatasan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi, sehingga visibilitas dan penjualan produk masih rendah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi digital marketing melalui platform Instagram. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi survei awal, wawancara, sosialisasi, pelatihan digital marketing, pendampingan pembuatan konten, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada performa akun Instagram UMKM, ditandai dengan peningkatan engagement sebesar 916,9%, peningkatan kunjungan profil sebesar 87,8%, serta peningkatan jumlah audiens dari non-pengikut. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan penjualan dari rata-rata 50 porsi per hari menjadi 80 porsi per hari atau meningkat sebesar 60%. Pendampingan juga berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun kalender konten, membuat konten visual yang menarik, dan mengelola akun media sosial secara konsisten. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital, visibilitas produk, serta penjualan UMKM melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing berbasis media sosial. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pendampingan yang berkelanjutan dalam mendukung transformasi digital UMKM.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic stress is a psychological condition that arises when students face high academic demands and limited time to complete various learning tasks. This phenomenon is often experienced by students who participate in the full-day school system due to the more intensive learning activities compared to the regular school system. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with relaxation techniques in reducing academic stress among students implementing the full-day school system. This research employed a quantitative approach using a one group pre-test and post-test design involving 8 eleventh-grade students of SMAN 3 Unggul Sigli selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an academic stress questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and were analyzed using the paired sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The results showed an increase in the average score from 55.375 in the pre-test to 75.375 in the post-test with a significance value (sig. < 0.05), indicating a decrease in students’ academic stress levels after the implementation of group guidance with relaxation techniques. These findings indicate that the application of group guidance with relaxation techniques helps students manage emotional tension, improve self-control, and reduce the level of academic stress experienced during the full-day school learning system. Therefore, group guidance services with relaxation techniques can be used as an alternative intervention strategy in school counseling services to help students cope with academic stress more effectively. ABSTRAK Stres akademik merupakan kondisi psikologis yang muncul ketika peserta didik menghadapi tuntutan akademik yang tinggi serta keterbatasan waktu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas pembelajaran. Fenomena ini sering dialami oleh siswa yang mengikuti sistem pembelajaran full day karena intensitas kegiatan belajar yang lebih padat dibandingkan dengan sistem sekolah reguler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi dalam mengurangi stres akademik pada siswa yang menerapkan sistem full day. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test yang melibatkan 8 siswa kelas XI SMAN 3 Unggul Sigli yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket stres akademik yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 55,375 pada pre-test menjadi 75,375 pada post-test dengan nilai signifikansi (sig. < 0,05), yang menandakan adanya penurunan tingkat stres akademik setelah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi mampu membantu siswa mengelola ketegangan emosional, meningkatkan kemampuan mengontrol diri, serta menurunkan tingkat stres akademik yang dialami selama mengikuti sistem pembelajaran full day. Dengan demikian, layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi intervensi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah untuk membantu siswa mengatasi stres akademik secara lebih efektif.
