Abstract

This research aims to identify speech events uttered by a respondent named Helmi. The theory used to identify data is neurolinguistics theory initiated by Ingram and Sastra, while for morphological studies the author uses Johan and Susanto's theory. After this theory, the author uses methods, there are two methods, first the data collection method and the data analysis method. For the data collection method, the author uses the skillful listening and involvement method or the agih method. This method was initiated by Nadra and Renidawati. To analyze the data the author uses the method for direct elements. This technique is also supported by the loss technique, the addition technique and the replace technique, this method and technique is the Sudaryanto technique. Once these methods and techniques are involved, results are obtained. The results obtained in this analysis are three processes. These processes are the replace process, add process, and replace process. The results obtained are the morphemes /bukan/> /buka/, /komunikasi/>/komunikai/, /maukah/>/baukah/, /dada/> /tata/ and /rumah/ > /rumba/. In terms of appearance, the replacement process occurred 3 times and the process disappeared three times.

Abstract

The research aims to look for Minangkabau speech events spoken by Minangkabau residents living in Batam using a morphological approach. Then the researcher used Johan's theory which was related to his previous research which was published in the Alfabeta journal and was supported by Johan's other theories. Then, in collecting data, researchers used the contribution method using the expert listening and involvement technique which was initiated by Sudaryanto and supported by Nadra's theory in the form of the fishing rod technique. To analyze the data, researchers used a technique for direct elements, where this technique directly analyzes the words produced by respondents. After the data was analyzed, results were obtained. The results obtained were the occurrence of phoneme deletions in speech. The syllables are 4 times at the beginning of the syllable with a percentage of 36%, in the middle of the syllable 1 time with a percentage of 9%, at the end of the syllable 1 time with a percentage of 9% and utterances that do not contain syllables 5 times with a percentage of 45% . Words that do not contain punctuation consist of basic words and affixes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find disturbances in the respondents' speech in producing morphemes and phonemes. In developing the thinking of writing this study, the author used the theory of Ingram, Nida in Johan, Mubarak, Satria, Yunisa, Lawi, Yunaspi. In collecting data, the author used the method of involved observation to the conversation initiated by Sudaryanto, in addition, the author also used the fishing technique initiated by Nadra. In obtaining data, the author was actively involved in fishing for respondents to talk, then the author analyzed the data using the distribution method, and supported by the Direct Element Sharing Technique, the Lesion Technique, the Addition Technique, and the Replacement Technique. Then six data and seven problems were obtained. The problems were the problem of omission and the problem of adding or adding phonemes. After that, among the problems that arose, various meanings arose from the problem. The problems include the emergence of differences in meaning or giving rise to new meanings in the word, in addition, words that are meaningless appeared. After that, words appeared whose meanings resembled the original meanings.
