Abstract

Introduction : Bustanul ulum Islamic Boarding School is religious education provider that manages the provision of food. A good food organization system consists of varied menu, can meet nutritional needs, and fulfill santri satisfaction. This can determine the value of the nutritional status of students. This study aims to determine the description of menu patterns and the relationship between the level of macronutrient intake and the level of satisfaction food service with the nutritional status of female students at Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Ulum. Method: This type of research is an observational analytic quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. The sampling method used simple random sampling with 57 samples. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman rank test. The results of observations of the food menu showed that the menu pattern of Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School needed to be more varied. Result: The statistical test results showed the level of protein intake (p = 0,127), fat intake (p = 0,299), and carbohydrate intake (p = 0,275), and the level of satisfaction food service (p = 0.784) with nutritional status. Conclusion: The test results conclude that there is no relationship between the level of macronutrient intake and the level of satisfaction food service with the nutritional status.

Abstract

The changing of business environment raises the question about the priority skills that are needed by the labour market in Indonesia. This study focuses on technical competencies in accounting education by exploring the company's point of view. This study aims to determine the technical competencies needed by accountants through analysis of accounting job advertisements. This study uses content analysis on 612 online job vacancies. The data was then tested differently using the non-parametric Kruskal Wallis test. The findings of this study indicated that information technology and financial reporting skills are the most needed technical competencies by companies. Specifically, the skills that should be mastered by accountants are the skills to use Microsoft office packages and prepare company financial reports. In addition, this study found that there are differences in the need for accounting technical competencies in each job position. The results of this study are expected to provide insight and self-reflection to accounting graduates regarding the technical competencies needed to enter the world of work, so that accounting graduates can fit themselves with the required skills so that they can easily be accepted in the desired job.

Abstract

Kebakaran adalah sebuah kejadian yang tentunya tidak diharapkan bagi perusahaan karena dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kebakaran dapat menimbulkan suatu kerugian, seperti kerusakan, hingga menyebabkan korban jiwa. kebakaran dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja maka dari itu diperlukannya suatu upaya penanggulangan kebakaran. PT. X adalah perusahaan Pelaksanaan layanan bangunan jasa industri untuk berbagai pengerjaam khsusus logam dan barang dari logam, dengan potensi bahaya yang ada pada PT. X adalah kebakaran yang diakibatkan oleh konsleting listrik, jenis penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasional/survey yaitu menggambarkan tentang penyediaan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) di perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian Alat  Pemadam  Api  Ringan  (APAR)  di PT. X yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku Berdasarkan PERMEN 04/MEN/1980 agar mengantisipasi potensi kebakaran yang ada di PT. X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa di PT. X APAR masih belum sesuai dengan peraturan PERMEN 04/MEN/1980 dikarenakan pada PT. X pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan APAR hanya dilakukan ketika APAR  sudah mengalami cacat atau rusak, Jarak antar APAR melebihi 15 cm, Penempatan APAR belum sesuai dan sulit dari jangkauan pekerja ketika memungkinkan terjadinya  suatu kebakaran., kondisi APAR juga masih belum sesuai karena adanya karat, tidak adanya surat inspeksi Alat Pemadam Api Ringan, Peletakan APAR belum sesuai dengan standar peraturan yang berlaku, sebab kedua jenis APAR tidak dilengkapi dengan tanda letak APAR, maka dari itu dilakukannya evaluasi untuk mengetahui serta mengantisipasi potensi kebakaran dan kerugian yang harus ditanggung akibat bahaya kebakaran di PT. X. sebaiknya segera ditindaklanjuti untuk mengoptimalkan kesiapan penanggulangan kebakaran.

Abstract

Potential hazards in the workplace can result in work accidents and occupational diseases. One of the controls against work accidents is the availability of first aid kits in the workplace. The type of research used is descriptive observational research using cross sectional study research. This research was conducted at PT X in June 2023. The population of this study were 24 workers at PT. X. Data collection using observation sheets (Checklist Sheets) guided by the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia No. 15 of 2008 concerning first aid in accidents in the workplace. The requirements for first aid officers at PT X are still not implemented, there should be 1 first aid officer at PT X because it has more than 24 workers and has a mild risk of work accidents in accordance with the regulations set by the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 15 of 2008. Completeness of t h e first aid facility, such as the first aid room at PT X is not available, the contents of the first aid box do not meet the standards, the placement of the first aid box is not clearly visible, the red first aid symbol should be green. There is no means of transportation (ambulance) and shower in additional facilities. The implementation of First Aid at PT X is not appropriate. Therefore, it is recommended for the company to conduct socialization to workers, increase maintenance and create a logbook to monitor first aid kits and their contents, add a map to the first aid kit and the contents of the first aid kit. find out the location of the first aid kit at PT X.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important to note for all workers and company owners. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a system created for workers and business owners to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases (PAK). This type of research is an observational descriptive which aims to determine the relationship between tenure and level of knowledge regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The research design used was cross-sectional. Based on data analysis, the relationship between knowledge and years of service with adherence to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in PT. X workers is very influential. many respondents from PT.X workers are reluctant to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) because there are several factors, namely lack of knowledge, lack of years of service and other factors. For PT.X workers who have not used personal protective equipment (PPE) it is expected to be more raise awareness about the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE) so as to avoid work accidents or occupational diseases (PAK).
