Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the cooperation strategy for improving the quality of extracurricular services at MI Mambaul Ulum Bondowoso. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. School leaders, teachers, and parents are informants who participated in this study. Data collection methods involve in-depth interviews, observations of educational activities, and document analysis. Source triangulation and data triangulation techniques are used to ensure the validity of the data. Research findings reveal some findings. First, extracurriculars can support each other and create holistic education. Second, integrated extracurricular service quality implementation also involves coordinated teacher resources, being a benchmark in reaching students with diverse motivations, and contributing to future development policy formulation.

Abstract

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important to note for all workers and company owners. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a system created for workers and business owners to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases (PAK). This type of research is an observational descriptive which aims to determine the relationship between tenure and level of knowledge regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The research design used was cross-sectional. Based on data analysis, the relationship between knowledge and years of service with adherence to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in PT. X workers is very influential. many respondents from PT.X workers are reluctant to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) because there are several factors, namely lack of knowledge, lack of years of service and other factors. For PT.X workers who have not used personal protective equipment (PPE) it is expected to be more raise awareness about the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE) so as to avoid work accidents or occupational diseases (PAK).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pendidikan di Indonesia yang mengalami berbagai perubahan dan pembaruan, salah satunya melalui penerapan kurikulum merdeka yang diimplementasikan mulai dai tahun 2022. Istilah kurikulum merdeka hadir saat pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2021 sebagai Solusi learning loss yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai permasalahan implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran matematika berdasarkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Kota Magelang dan SMP Negeri 11 Kota Magelang tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat keluhan dari guru kedua sekolah mengenai kualitas bahan ajar yang kurang sistematis dan tidak mengikuti urutan pembelajaran yang logis, 2) Guru kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan masing-masing siswa, 3) Guru tidak melaksanakan asesmen awal karena kekhawatiran bahwa asesmen awal akan memakan waktu yang berharga dalam proses pembelajaran.
