Abstract

The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is important for nurses when providing services to patients to avoid infectious diseases including COVID-19. However, continuous use of PPE can cause physiological problems such as headache, facial dermatitis, difficulty breathing, irritation, and discomfort. This study aims to determine various physiological disorders due to the use of PPE on nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic based on the results of a critical review of scientific articles. The search for scientific articles was carried out through the search engines Google Scholar, Pubmed, and EBSCO with the keywords personal protective equipment, physiological disorders, nurses, and the COVID-19 pandemic. The search is limited to 2020-2021, which is accessible in full text for free. The results of the literature study found 13 suitable articles. It is known that the use of PPE has effects such as headache, dermatitis, itching, rash, difficulty breathing, irritation, reactions to body skin tissue, acne and discomfort when used continuously for an indefinite period of time. It can be concluded that the use of PPE has a negative impact on the physiological condition of nurses if PPE is used continuously without regard to safety management in the use of PPE. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dalam perspektif marketing syariah di The Kaliwood Bungah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh The Kaliwood dalam meningkatkan omset penjualan dari perspektif marketing syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di The Kaliwood Bungah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital marketing di The Kaliwood dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti media sosial (Instagram, Whatsapp) dan platform e-commerce (Shopee Food, Grab, dan Gojek). Proses pemasaran ini dilakukan dengan transparansi, kejujuran, dan tanpa paksaan, sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip marketing syariah. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi strategi ini meliputi ketersediaan teknologi, modal, dan kemudahan interaksi dengan konsumen. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya meliputi persaingan yang ketat, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap digital marketing. Dalam proses pemasarannya, The Kaliwood menerapkan prinsip-prinsip marketing syariah seperti kejujuran dan menghindari kecurangan, dengan tujuan tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit, tetapi juga mengedepankan nilai-nilai syariah dalam berbisnis. Evaluasi terhadap faktor pendukung dan penghambat ini digunakan untuk pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.

This study presents a comparative analysis of the selection of Sharia General Savings and Qurban Savings at KOPSYAH MUI East Java, Sekapuk Branch, with a case study on members of Bolo Village, Ujungpangkah. The objective is to identify the factors influencing members' preferences for both products. The research employed a qualitative comparative approach with descriptive-analytical methods, and data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the factors influencing product selection include: (1) internal factors such as family, motivation, involvement, and age groups that shape social influence; (2) external factors such as product quality, profit-sharing system, location, and service, including a door-to-door service that facilitates transactions.
