Abstract

Penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan perubahan dalam segala bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Pembelajaran yang semula secara keseluruhan dapat dilakukan tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di suatu lembaga pendidikan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola jalannya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan atau wakil kepala sekolah SMK dari semua provinsi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMK menggunakan berbagai macam media digital. Kendala yang paling tinggi yaitu pada sinyal internet. Tempat pelaksanaan untuk pembelajaran praktik yaitu di sekolah dengan prosedur yang paling sering digunakan yaitu fasilitas cuci tangan. Proporsi pembelajaran yang paling sesuai yaitu 20% PJJ vs 80% PTM. Waktu kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka mulai dilaksanakan mayoritas dalam waktu dekat. Efektivitas sekolah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh yaitu lebih banyak yang menyatakan tidak efektif. Pembelajaran jarak jauh tidak lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka, tidak membuat nilai akademik siswa lebih meningkat, dan tidak cocok diterapkan sebagai pembelajaran masa depan di Indonesia. Sebagian besar kepala sekolah tidak setuju bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh mudah untuk diikuti, membuat siswa lebih paham terhadap pelajaran, dan informasi yang diberikan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh mudah diterima. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran jarak jauh sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman dan dapat diandalkan dalam masa pandemi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze regional GRDP (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary), level of security, level of health and level of education on corporate income tax revenue for large taxpayers in southern Central Java. The independent variables used in this study are the GRDP of the Primary sector, the GRDP of the Secondary sector, the GRDP of the Tertiary sector, the level of security, the level of health and the human development index, while the dependent variable is Income Tax. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is Regency and City in Central Java Province. This study uses Cluster Sampling so that the samples in this study are 17 Regencies and Cities in the southern part of Central Java Province. The data collection method used in this study is the secondary data documentation method. This study uses panel data analysis as a data processing tool using the Eviews 9 program. The results of the hypothesis test show that the GRDP of the primary sector, GRDP of the secondary sector, level of security, level of health and level of human development index have a significant effect on income tax for large corporate taxpayers in southern Central Java, while GRDP for the tertiary sector has no significant effect on corporate income tax for large taxpayers in south central java

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of business process digitalization, work flexibility, and family support on employee performance, with work-life balance as an intervening variable at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) in Riau, West Sumatra, and the Riau Islands. The research employs a quantitative causal method and descriptive statistical analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 177 respondents, who are civil servants within the DJKN Regional Office in the specified regions. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that business process digitalization has a positive and significant direct effect on performance and work-life balance, but it does not significantly influence performance through work-life balance as an intervening variable. Work flexibility positively and significantly affects performance directly, as well as work-life balance, and also has a significant positive impact on performance through work-life balance. Family support has a positive and significant direct effect on performance and work-life balance, but it does not significantly influence performance through work-life balance as an intervening variable. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, manajemen talenta dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kepuasan pegawai melalui keterlibatan kerja. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 126 pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Barat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, manajemen talenta dan perilaku inovatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, manajemen talenta yang bagus dan perilaku inovatif yang tinggi benar secara signifikan dapat mendukung tingginya kepuasan pegawai, namun dengan dimediasi oleh keterlibatan kerja, total kontribusi ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pegawai semakin tinggi, lingkungan kerja, manajemen talenta dan perilaku inovatif yang menunjang keterlibatan kerja pegawai dapat membentuk kepuasan kerja pegawai yang tinggi.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted to assist BUMDes Makmur Anugerah Lestari, Ciomas, Bogor in product diversification. BUMDes Makmur Anugerah Lestari operates several business units, including Reverse Osmosis (RO) refillable water and village PAM (Public Water Supply) systems. Recognizing the availability of several exploitable water sources and the significant community demand for drinking water, a product diversification initiative was undertaken. The objective of this program was to diversify into packaged drinking water products. The methodology employed in this community service (PkM) program involved training and water potability testing. The training focused on labelling and packaging. The results of the water potability tests indicated that the microbiological parameters for E. coli were 0 and the total coliform bacteria were 0, signifying good water quality suitable for consumption. Two packaging sizes were developed for bottling. This activity significantly impacted the diversification of drinking water products through the conducted potability tests, confirming that the water sourced for the packaged drinking water products is of good quality and safe for consumption. The PkM team diversified into 600 ML and 300 ML bottled drinking water. Based on the training outcomes, Mitra (partner) is now capable of creating appealing labels and packaging for bottled water products. Through this PkM activity, the community is empowered to be more creative and independent, contributing to the advancement of the village.

Abstract

Problems that occur at PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan where there are allegations of problems that cause the company's revenue targets to not be achieved from year to year, which has an impact on the company's revenue achievement, which is caused by employee performance always decreasing every year. In theory, many factors can influence employee performance, including transformational leadership, motivation and work environment and work discipline. Performance is various forms of results achieved by each individual in their field of work. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance as mediated by work discipline at PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan with a population of 110. The sample used was 110 respondents. Variable measurement was carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS. From the results, there is a significant positive direct effect of transformational leadership, motivation and environment on work discipline. There is a significant positive direct effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance, while transformational leadership and the work environment have no effect on employee performance. Work discipline is able to mediate transformational leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan. It can be concluded that both directly and indirectly there is an influence of transformational leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance which is mediated by work discipline at PT. Pupuk Indonesia Pangan.
