Abstract

Some pesantrens have accommodated the madrasah or formal school education programs, both the curriculum and the learning methods. One of them is pesantren Attahdzib. This article aimed to describe, analyze, and interpret the ontology of Attahdzib Islamic boarding school curriculum, the process of implementing the curriculum, and the problems of its implementation. It was a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the the curriculum was implemented through some methods such as sorogan, bandongan or wetonan, and memorization. There were 2 types of education systems established in pesantren Attahdzib, namely diniyah education, and formal education. The problems faced in the implementation of curriculum were some teachers’ disciplinary problem, the learning evaluation that sometimes considered hard and burden on students, and the formal schools’ extra-activities that sometimes obstructed the pesantren’s teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Adanya pelanggaran etika bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan ataupun para karyawan yang dapat membuat kualitas kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan menjadi berkurang dan perusahaan tidak bisa mencapai tujuannya secara efektif. Dengan diterapkannya etika bisnis Islam akan membuat kualitas kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan akan meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone Campurdarat Tulungagung dan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan pada UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone Campurdarat Tulungagung. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang Etika Bisnis Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone jika didasarkan dengan 5 prinsip etika bisnis Islam sudah berjalan baik, meskipun masih ada sedikit kendala terkait tingkat religiusitas beberapa karyawan, namun pihak perusahaan sudah menyadari dan memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. 2) Efektivitas penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan pada UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone sudah dapat dikatakan efektif, hal tersebut dapat diukur dari faktor yang meliputi kemampuan menyesuaikan diri, prestasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kualitas, penilaian pihak luar, pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi yang sudah menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Kata Kunci: Penerapan; Etika Bisnis Islam; Kualitas Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract: There are violations of business ethics committed by the company or employees that can make the quality of employee performance in a company decrease and the company cannot achieve its goals effectively. The application of Islamic business ethics will improve the quality of employee performance in a company. The purpose of this research is to describe the application of Islamic business ethics at UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone Campurdarat Tulungagung and to describe the effectiveness of the application of Islamic business ethics in improving the quality of employee performance at UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone Campurdarat Tulungagung. The theory used in this research is the theory of Islamic Business Ethics. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1) The application of Islamic business ethics at UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone which is based on the 5 principles of Islamic business ethics has been running well, although there are still a few obstacles related to the level of religiosity of some employees, the company has realized and provided solutions to these problems. 2) The effectiveness of the application of Islamic business ethics in improving the quality of employee performance at UD. Gemmy Mulya Stone can be said to be effective, this can be measured from factors including adaptability, job performance, job satisfaction, quality, external assessment, goal achievement, integration, and adaptation which have shown good results. Abstract

Perekonomian suatu negara berpotensi berbasis di desa-desanya. Dengan pengelolaan potensi desa yang efektif, masyarakat juga dapat berperan aktif dalam pembangunan desa. Lembaga ekonomi desa, termasuk badan usaha milik desa, membantu mewujudkan potensi tersebut (BUMDes). Perekonomian lokal tumbuh jika didukung oleh dunia usaha atau BUMDes. Anda memerlukan rencana jika ingin ekonomi desa Anda berkembang pesat. Kajian ini mencoba melihat dari sudut pandang ekonomi Islam bagaimana model pemberdayaan BUMDes Margo Waluyo meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga Desa Betak Kecamatan Kalidawir Kabupaten Tulungagung. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran BUMDes dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat saat ini masih belum maksimal karena masyarakat sendiri belum banyak yang mengetahui bahwa masyarakat akan lebih terbantu dengan adanya BUMDes. Adapun Strategi pemberdayaan BUMDes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yaitu dengan memberikan pinjaman non anggunan dan non bunga sehingga pedagang UMKM bisa maju dan berkembang dalam meningkatkan taraf ekonomi serta masyarakat juga ikut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan BUMDes. Strategi tersebut dilakukan agar masyarakat tidak terjerumus di bank titil atau rentenir, yang pasti menjauhkan bank yang mengandung unsur riba dari masyarakat karena sangat merugikan masyarakat.

Abstract

The Daurah Tadribiyyah Native Speaker program aims to enhance the speaking (maharah kalam) and writing (maharah kitabah) skills of Arabic Education (PBA) students at STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq Tulungagung. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this program incorporates Middle Eastern native speakers and the academic community to support Arabic linguistic and cultural proficiency. The program employs practice-based learning, group discussions, and direct interaction with native speakers to create a conducive language environment (bi’ah lughawiyah). Results show that 95% of students experienced significant improvements in communication and vocabulary. About 85% endorsed the program's continuation, though 15% showed less interest, particularly students with non-Arabic backgrounds requiring more contextualized methods. Other challenges include students’ limited awareness and motivation to actively use Arabic on campus. While the program has proven effective, further optimization is needed, especially in technological support, contextual learning strategies, and sustained mentoring. With these improvements, the program is expected to have a broader impact on fostering a generation proficient in Arabic language and culture.ABSTRAKProgram Daurah Tadribiyyah Native Speaker bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara (maharah kalam) dan menulis (maharah kitabah) mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (PBA) di STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq Tulungagung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (Participatory Action Research/PAR), program ini melibatkan native speaker dari Timur Tengah dan civitas akademika dalam upaya mendukung penguasaan bahasa dan budaya Arab. Proses pelaksanaan melibatkan pembelajaran berbasis praktik, diskusi kelompok, dan interaksi langsung dengan penutur asli, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan berbahasa yang kondusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 95% mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam komunikasi dan penguasaan kosa kata. Sebanyak 85% mendukung keberlanjutan program, meskipun 15% menyatakan kurang tertarik, terutama mahasiswa dari latar belakang non-Arab yang memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih relevan. Hambatan lainnya termasuk kurangnya kesadaran dan motivasi mahasiswa terhadap pentingnya penggunaan bahasa Arab secara aktif di lingkungan kampus. Program ini terbukti efektif, namun masih memerlukan optimalisasi, terutama dalam penyediaan dukungan teknologi, strategi pembelajaran kontekstual, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Dengan peningkatan tersebut, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak lebih luas dalam menciptakan generasi yang kompeten dalam bahasa dan budaya Arab.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, Arabic language learning as part of the national education process is required to continue to update the methodology, improvement of teaching materials materials, improvement of educational facilities and infrastructure including learning media and improving the quality of human resources of teachers in order to be professional, innovative, and competitive or competitive.This research is motivated by the importance of learning Arabic rules to be studied even in the midst of this covid-19 condition. Arabic rules really need to be applied in learning Arabic because they determine the position / tarkib sentence and many levels difficulty. Since this covid-19 virus hit Indonesia, it is required to be social distancing and independent quarantine for all people in their respective places of residence at that time. This also has an impact on the process of teaching and learning activities in various institutions, both elementary, junior high, high school and university. All are lockdowns. One way to keep learning going is through online learning. Certainly has many advantages and disadvantages felt by everyone. Applications that are easy to use for this online learning process are WhatsApp and YouTube. Due to every smartphone today must have installed these two applications.

Abstract

ملخص: وقد أظهرت المدارس التي تنفذ التعليم التضمين تطوراً كبيراً وانتشاراً وواسع النطاق في إندونيسيا. المدرسة الإبتدائية هاشم اشعاري ونودادي بليتار والمدرسة الإبتدائية فنكرساري عانترو تولونج اكونج هما المدرستان اللتان طبقتا التعليم التضمين بالتأكيد لا تضع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بطريقة هامشية، لأن جميع الأطفال أصبحوا جزءًا من كل أنشطة التعليم والتعلم. من خلال التعليم التضمين، يتم تعليم الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مع أطفال آخرين (عاديين) لتحسين إمكانات هؤلاء الأطفال من خلال التعليم في المدارس. في المدرسة الإبتدائية هاشم اشعاري ونودادي بليتار والمدرسة الإبتدائية فنكرساري عانترو تولونج اكونج أيضًا درس اللغة العربية كموضوع مستقل. الهدف من تعليم اللغة العربية بالإضافة إلى الطلاب الذين يتقنون اللغة نفسها من المتوقع أيضًا أن تؤدي اللغة العربية المستفادة إلى دفع الطلاب إلى فهم الإسلام من خلال كتب القرآن الكريم والحديث الشريف والكتب العربية. ومن المتوقع أيضًا أن تكون قادرة على تشجيع وتوجيه الطلاب إلى حب اللغة العربية في سياق حب القرآن. كلمات الأساسيّة: تنفيذ التعليم التضمين وتعليم اللغة العربية. Abstrac: the schools that implement inclusive education have shown a significant developments, and widespread in Indonesia. SDI Plus Hasyim As'ari Wonodadi Biltar, and SDI Pinggirsari Ngantru Tulungagung that have implemented inclusion in education, they do not place children with special needs on a marginal basis, because all children are united, and become part of every teaching and learning activity. Through inclusive education, children with special needs are educated with other children (normal) to optimize the potential of these children through education in schools. SDI Plus Hasyim As'ari Wonodadi Biltar, and SDI Pinggirsari Ngantru Tulungagung also teach Arabic as an independent subject. The objective of learning Arabic is not only to master the language it self, but it is hoped that the Arabic language learning can lead the students to understand Islam through the Alquran, Hadith, and clasical Arabic books. It is also hoped that it can foster and guide students to love Arabic in the context of love al-Qur'an. Keywords: the schools that implement inclusive, Abstrak: sekolah yang menerapkan pendidikan inklusi telah menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup signifikan dan tersebar luas di Indonesia. SDI Plus Hasyim As’ari Wonodadi Biltar dan SDI Pinggirsari Ngantru Tulungagung merupakan sekolah yang telah menerapkan inklusi tentu tidak menempatkan anak berkebutuhan khusus secara marginal, karena semua anak menyatu dan menjadi bagian dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar. Melalui pendidikan inklusi, anak berkebutuhan khusus dididik bersama anak-anak lainnya (normal) untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki anak tersebut melalui pendidikan di sekolah. SDI Plus Hasyim As’ari Wonodadi Biltar dan SDI Pinggirsari Ngantru Tulungagung juga mengajarkan bahasa Arab sebagai mata pelajaran yang berdiri sendiri. Tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Arab selain agar siswa menguasai bahasa itu sendiri diharapkan juga bahasa Arab yang dipelajari dapat mengantarkan peserta didik agar memahami agama Islam melalui Alquran, Hadits dan kitab-kitab berbahasa Arab. Dan diharapkan juga dapat membina dan membimbing peserta didik untuk mencintai bahasa Arab dalam rangka cinta kepada Alquran. Kata Kunci: pendidikan inklusi, pembelajaran Bahasa Arab

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of the utawi iki-iku (Pegon symbols) formula method in basic syntax (nahw) courses in Islamic higher education. This study used a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological study to understand and explain the phenomenon of the research subjects. The techniques of data collection in this study used in-depth interviews with 4 respondents with certain criteria as well as tests on students’ learning outcomes in terms of giving i’rab and reading Yellow Books through three stages of tests. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the Pegon symbol formula method in basic nahw courses at Islamic higher education began by the planning stage that all students re-perceived the lessons they had learned; the process stage in nahw learning used the classical Arabic Pegon method by reading the contents of the book; and the post-teaching stage referred to the evaluation in away that the students read one by one in front of the class to find out their abilities to use Arabic Pegon. Then, the impact of the Pegon symbol formula method in basic nahw courses was shown by the increase in students’ abilities to give i’rab and read Yellow Books revealed from the test and depth interviews with the students.
