Abstract

Based on the results of the research analysis found the test results that t-count is greater than t-table (4.006> 2.042). Thus it can be concluded that the variable Non-Physical Work Environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX that is: Y = 15,016 + 0,603 X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This indicates that independent variables if increased equation will cause an increase in the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.321 (32.1%) explained that the performance of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru influenced by Non Physical work environment of 32.1% while the rest of 67.9% influenced by other independent variables not observed in this study

Abstract

 ABSTRAKPENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BENGKEL RANGKUTI MOTOR UKUI PELALAWAN Oleh: LAMIN, SE.MM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau (STIER) Jln. HR. Subrantas 57 Panam Pekanbaru 28293 Telp. (0761) 63237 E-mail: akbar_stier@yahoo.comPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keselamatan dan kesehatan  terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 32 orang .Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda,yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil pengujian 1 adalah  keselamatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (4,414>2,042). Hasil pengujian 2 adalah  kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,363>2,042). Hasil pengujian 3 keselamatan dan kesehatan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja karyawan dilihat dari tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Dan hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan Y= a + bX1+bX2 yaitu: Y=-2,340+0,623X1+0,317X2. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut disimpulkan bahwa koefisien regresi dari bx bernilai Positif. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel bebas apabila ditingkatkan persamaanya akan menimbulkan kenaikan pada variabel terikatnya. hasil R Square sebesar 0,535 (53,50%) menerangkan bahwa kinerja karyawan bengkel Rangkuti Motor Ukui dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan dan kesehatan sebesar 53,50% .Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan,  Kinerja Karyawan     ABSTRACTEFFECT OF SAFETY AND HEALTH OF WORK ON EMPLOYEE WORK PERFORMANCE OF RANGKUTI MOTORS OF UKUI PELALAWANBy: LAMIN, SE.MMRiau School of Economics (STIER)Jln. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire of 32 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis, which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The result of testing 1 is that safety has a significant effect on employee performance seen from the t-test greater than t-table (4,414> 2,042). Test result 2 is that health has a significant effect on employee performance seen from the t-test greater than t-table (2,363> 2,042). The results of testing 3 safety and health have a significant effect on employee performance seen from the significance level of 0.00 <0.05. And the results of multiple linear regression shows Y = a + bX1 + bX2, namely: Y = -2.340 + 0.623X1 + 0.317X2. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This shows that the independent variable will increase if the dependent variable increases. R Square results of 0.535 (53.50%) explained that the performance of Rangkuti Motor Ukui workshop employees was influenced by safety and health by 53.50%.Keywords: Safety and Health, Employee Performance

Hypothesis 1 test obtained t count value of the workload variable of 7.339 while for the t value of 2.048. it can be concluded that the workload variable significantly influences the performance of employees of PT Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. Hypothesis 2 test obtained t count value of the work environment variable of 1.372 while for the t value of 2.048. it can be concluded that the work environment variable does not significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of shipping company employees in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Based on the results, the t_count value of the reward variable is 3.584 while the t_table value is 1.984. it can be concluded that the reward has a significant effect on the performance of shipping company employees in the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the table above, the t_count value for the punishment variable is 2,655 while the t_table value is 1,984. it can be concluded that the punishment variable has a significant effect on the performance of shipping company employees in the city of Pekanbaru. The result of Adjuster R Square is 0.368 or 36.80%, which means that the magnitude of the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance is 36.80%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Effect of Financial Compensation on the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 34 respondents. Quantitative analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t-test and analysis of coefficient of determination (R2). The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. a. SPSS results obtained that t count 4.861 > t table 2.036. Also the significance level is 0.00 < 0.05. So the results of the hypothesis test in this study are that financial compensation has a significant effect on the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. The value of R-square (Coefficient of Determinant) is 0.425, it can be interpreted that the influence of the financial compensation variable on the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru is 42.50%. The relationship between financial compensation and employee morale at PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru is positive, as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of 0.571, which means that each increase in financial compensation of one unit will increase the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru amounted to 0.571 units.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research analysis found the test results that t- count is greater than t-table (7,478 > 2,036 ). Thus it can be concluded that the variable Non-Physical Work Environment (X) has a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX that is: Y = 13.901 + 0.532 X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This indicates that independent variables if increased equation will cause an increase in the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.363 (36,30%) explained that the work discipline of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru influenced by Non Physical work environment of 36,30%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Work Spirit at SMK Taruna “X” Pekanbaru. The population of this study consisted of 59 teacher respondents, while the sample was 58 respondents. The research method used in this study is Descriptive and Quantitative methods, followed by analysis using simple linear regression. The data processing results show that the average value of the Leadership variable is 4.03, meaning that respondents' answers for all Leadership statements are Agree (good). Based on the regression test results, it is known that the t_count > t_table (6.817 > 2.003) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), thus Ha is accepted. This means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Spirit. The R-square value obtained is 0.454 or 45.4%, meaning that the leadership variable has an influence on the Work Spirit of SMK Taruna “X” Teachers by 45.4%, and the remaining (100 - 45.4) 54.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Mikro Kecil Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir   Lamin* Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau Email: lamindal782@gmail.com   Arhipen Yapentra Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau     Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil di kabuapaten Indragiri Hilir. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 76 orang pemilik usaha bengkel sepeda motor di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Kompetensi kewirausahaan usaha kecil pada kategori tinggi dengan perolehan rata-rata 3,78 dan untuk kinerja usaha juga pada kategori tinggi dengan perolehan rata-rata 3,81. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 6,509 sedangkan untuk nilai t_tabel sebesar 1,993. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil di kota Pekanbaru. Nilai R Square 0,302 atau 30,20% yang memiliki arti bahwa besarnya kontribusi kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir sebesar 30,20%. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of supervision on employee work productivity at PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 33 respondents. The quantitative analysis encompassed validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The data analysis technique employed was simple regression analysis, which served to validate the research hypothesis. The hypothesis testing through t-test yielded a t-count of 2.689, while the t-table value was 2.036. Therefore, the research hypothesis result showed t-count 2.689 > t-table 2.036, indicating that supervision has a significant effect on employee work productivity. The relationship between supervision and productivity was positive, as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of 0.620, meaning that each unit increase in supervision would increase employee work productivity by 0.620 units. The R Square value of 0.189 indicates that the contribution of supervision to employee work productivity at PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru is 18.90%.
