Abstract

The research was conducted at Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru. The research method is descriptive with quantitative approach, with the research population is teachers of Private Vocational High School (SMK) "X" Pekanbaru as many as 34 teachers. While the number of samples determined in this study is the entire population minus 1 principal so that a total of 33 teachers. Based on simple linear regression equation Y = 7,166 + 1,235X. hence seen constants equal to 7,166, so influace of principal leadership on teacher performance is positive proven b = 1,235 meaning that every increase of headmaster leadership one unit will increase teacher performance at Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru at 1,235. The Leadership variable with tcount 8,128 > t table 2,039 with significant level 0.000 less than 5%. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning the leadership variable of principal has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Private Vocational High School (SMK) “X” Pekanbaru. The value of R-square (coefficient of determination) is 0,681, this indicates that the principal's leadership contributes to the teacher performance in Private Vocational High School “X” Pekanbaru by 86.2%, while the rest (100% - 68,1%) = 31,9% influenced by other variable outside of variable in this research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and training on the performance of tourism object managers. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS 25 to process data. This research was conducted on tourism objects in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula where 48 respondents were selected. The results showed that from the results of the partial test (t test), there were two variables, namely work motivation and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of tourism object managers. also that 52.8% the influence of independent variables (motivation and training) on ​​the performance of managers is 52.8% and the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Using the activity "training in making liquid dishwashing soap for women from the Sakai tribe in Libo Jaya Village, Kandis Siak, Riau with the aim of being able to use it themselves or sell it to support the family economy by making the best use of their free time filled with activities that are useful and have economic value" as part of the community service (PKM) program. The ladies of the Sakai tribe were the target of Community Service Activities (PKM) on July 26, 2023, pertaining to "Dish Washing Soap Making". The purpose of organizing this PKM is to encourage Sakai tribal women, disseminate information on the production of liquid dishwashing soap, and discuss ways to raise the economic standing of the family

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu pilar kekuatan ekonomi masyarakat, baik dalam menyediakan sarana produksi, tenaga kerja maupun rantai pemasarannya. Namun demikian tidak sedikit UKM harus gagal ditengah jalan ataupun tidak mampu berkembangan, kondisi ini juga terjadi pada BUMDes Talang Sei Limau. Tujuan pelaksanaan program ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas usaha baik dari aspek produksi maupun aspek manajemen. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan dan mencapai tujuan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan secara langsung. Semua kegiatan dilakukan bersama oleh pengelola dengan dibimbing oleh tim pelaksana. Hasil kegiatan adalah : (1) Dimilikinya pemahaman dan kemampuan BUMDes dalam melakukan perencanaan usaha; (2) Dimilikinya kemampuan dalam melakukan efektifitas dan efisiensi usaha; (3) Dipahaminya pentingnya kebersihan dan sanitasi kandang; dan (4) Meningkatnya kesehatan ayam, produksi telur dan pendapatan peternak. Kesimpulan dari hasil pelaksanaan program adalah usaha ternak ayam ras petelur BUMDes Talang Sei Limau mengalami peningkatan produksi sebesar 15% dan peningkatan efisiensi usaha 12% sebagai dampak dari perbaikan aspek produksi dan manajemen usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and identify the impact of the study program and coaching conducted by STIE Riau in collaboration with the Bangun Bonai Lestari Village Cooperative Unit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This program focuses on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the coaching model that has been implemented in Kuala Lumpur. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observations as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the study program and coaching of MSMEs has succeeded in increasing the capacity of local entrepreneurs in terms of managerial and technology utilization. In addition, this cross-country collaboration also shows the importance of support from cooperatives in optimizing the potential of MSMEs. This study suggests that similar programs be expanded with an emphasis on digital marketing aspects and better financial management.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari program studi tiru dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh STIE Riau bekerja sama dengan Koperasi Unit Desa Bangun Bonai Lestari di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Program ini difokuskan pada pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan berbasis pada model pembinaan yang sudah diterapkan di Kuala Lumpur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program studi tiru dan pembinaan UMKM berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pengusaha lokal dalam hal manajerial dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu, kerjasama lintas negara ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan dari koperasi dalam mengoptimalkan potensi UMKM. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar program serupa diperluas dengan penekanan pada aspek pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on nurse motivation, the influence of organizational culture on nurse work motivation, Influence of leadership on nurse performance, the influence of organizational culture on the performance of nurse and The influence of motivation on the nurses performance on RSUD type C in the province of Riau. Type of research was selected is quantitative survey approach. The data used is primary data that collected from 79 nurses at two hospitals from two counties. Secondary data obtained from the author profile data Riau Health Service and source data from both hospitals. Data were analyzed using path analysis technique (Path Analysis). Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) Leadership is not a significant effect on the motivation of nurses working with the calculation of a score of 0.154. and sig 0,104 2) Cultural organizations have a significant effect on the motivation of nurses working at 0.665 and sig 0,000. 3) Leadership is significant effect on the performance of nurses at 0,265 and sig 0,008 4) Cultural organizations have a significant effect on the performance of Nurses at 0.329 and sig 0,009. 5) Motivation significant effect on the performance of Nurses at 0,273. 6) Indirect effect X1 on Y through X3 for ρx3x1. ρyx3 = (0.154). (0.273) = 0.042. So that the total effect of X1 on Y through X3 is equal to 0.042, and 7) Indirect effect X2 on Y through X3 for ρx3x2. ρyx3 = (0.665). (0.237) = 0.182. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership and motivation to work discipline of PT. Posmetro Mandau Duri. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Posmetro Mandau Duri with 38 employes. Thus the sample in this study taken entirely, because the population is relatively little or less than 100. The research method used is multiple linear regression test, test coefficient determination and Test F. The results of this study is simultaneously leadership and motivation have a significantinfluence on the discipline of work with signification rate is 0.003.  While the  leadership by partial has a significant effect on the discipline of work, but motivation has no significant effect on employee work discipline of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages (compensation) profit sharing system to employee loyalty by the object of research at Kotabuana Restaurant Pekanbaru. This research uses census sampling technique to 87 employees. The result of analysis by using simple linear regression obtained by regression equation: Y = 44,172 + 0,157X + ?. Obtained by value for constant of Employee Loyalty sharing is 44.172 when value of profit sharing variable declared as ZERO  and every increase in the value of profit sharing one unit it will affect the increase in employee loyalty of 0.157 units. The result of t test shows that profit sharing has no significant effect on employee loyalty with the result of calculation that t value of profit sharing (X variable) = 1,229 <t table 2,108, and value r_square (coefficient of determination) equal to 0,017, with meaning of profit sharing variable contributed influence to employee loyalty of Restaurant Kotabuana only equal to 17,% and the rest equal (100% -17%) = 83% influenced by other factors

Abstract

The Research this aims to determine the effect of work conflict and job stress on employee performance At the Department of Mines and Energy District Meranti Islands. Collecting data using a questionnaire, distributed to 32 respondents drawn using the full sample. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results showed that there is a positive significant effect on the labor conflict on employee performance. It can be seen that t value > t table (2.863>2.052) and probability 0,008< 0.05. There is a significant negative effect of work stress on employee performance. It can be seen that t count > t table (-2.512> 2.052) and probability (0.142)>0.05. Based on the calculation of F test obtained by F value>F table (4.829>3.55) and a probability value of 0.016 <0.05 means work conflict and work stress together a significant effect on the performance of employees. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.263 indicated that contributed employee performance changes of 26,3% influenced by work conflict and work stress of employee

Abstract

This research is intended to examine the level of Religiosity towards trust in Islamic banking. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, Indonesia with a sample of 400 people. The research was conducted from May to August 2018. Indications of Religiosity are associated with the dimensions of the dimensions of religious practice, the dimensions of beliefs-creeds, the dimensions of religious knowledge, and the dimensions of practice ..From the results of the study obtained the value of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.062. This means that the effect of Religiosity on trust in Islamic banks is 6.2% while the remaining 93.8% is influenced by other variables.Partial regression analysis between Religiustisa (X1) on Trust in Islamic Banks (Y) has a significant influence this can be seen from the results of data processing obtained that testing hypotheses with t test there is an t count of 5.120 means tcount> t table = 1.966 which means Religiosity significant effect on trust in Islamic banks.linear analysis From the results of the SPSS data, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 26,939 + 0,263 X1
