Abstract

Abstract Sago has an important meaning for the people of Indragiri Hilir Regency, both as a source of food in times of difficulty in getting rice and now and in the future that can be managed and developed as an alternative food source. Besides being able to be processed into food sources, sago can also be used as industrial raw materials. Indragiri Hilir Regency is very suitable for sago plants because its lowland area is peaty and drained by several rivers. However, until now there is no industry that processes it into finished goods. The purpose of this study is to develop a strategy for the Regional Government in developing a sago-based community economy, which is expected to be able to build downstream industries that produce finished goods. The method used in this study is a System Literature Review, to identify, evaluate, and interpret all journal articles and strategies for sago-based economic development. The results of the study found sago management strategies and development patterns through development programs through related OPDs and establishing cooperation with companies both local and outside the region in the short term and exports for the long term.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of business strategy and entrepreneurial motivation on the performance of small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 95 motorcycle repair business owners in the city of Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Partially, business strategy has a significant effect on the performance of small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. And also entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on the performance of small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the results of multiple regression, it can be concluded that the business strategy and entrepreneurial motivation variables together have a significant influence on the small business performance variables in the city of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of work life balance and burnout on the performance of employees who are sales target-oriented in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 100 sales force employees of the Automotive unit in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Based on the value of t_count work life balance of 4.392 while for the value of t_table of 1.984 it can be concluded that work life balance has a significant effect on the performance of employees who are sales target-oriented in Pekanbaru city. Based on the t_count burnout value of 2.220 while the t_table value of 1.984 it can be concluded that the burnout variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees who are sales target-oriented in the city of Pekanbaru. Also the results of multiple regression can be concluded that the variables of Work life balance and Burnout together have a significant influence on employee performance variables in the city of Pekanbaru. The direction of the work life balance relationship on employee performance shows a positive relationship direction, the direction of the relationship between burnout and employee performance shows a negative relationship.

Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Harap Panjang Pekanbaru. Dan 35 karyawannya diambil sampelnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian didapatkan hasil uji variabel budaya organisasi (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (2,564> 1,693) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,01. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Dan variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (2.707> 1.693) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,01. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukkan Y = a + bX1 + bX2 yaitu: Y = 4,042 + 0,438X + 0,433X Dari persamaan regresi disimpulkan bahwa koefisien regresi bx adalah positif. Hal ini menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja jika disempurnakan persamaanya akan mengakibatkan pula peningkatan kinerja pegawai PT. Harap Panjang Pekanbaru. Hasil R Square sebesar 0,596 (59,6%) menjelaskan bahwa kinerja karyawan PT Harap Panjang pekanbaru dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja sebesar 59,6%Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. YWN MOTOR KAMPAR Oleh: LAMIN, SE.MM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau (STIER) Jln. HR. Subrantas 57 Panam Pekanbaru 28293 Telp. (0761) 63237 E-mail: akbar_stier@yahoo.com Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. YWN Motor Kampar yaitu 32 karyawannya diambil sampelnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian didapatkan hasil uji 1 yaitu nilai t hitung dibandingkan dengan t tabel hasilnya adalah 2,207 > 2,042 dan nilai siginifikansi sebesar 0,03 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial kompensasi financial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji 2 t hitung dibandingkan dengan t tabel hasilnya adalah 5,536 > 2,024 dan nilai siginifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 artinya secara parsial pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari tabel ANOVA diperoleh nilai F sebesar 22,465 dengan nilai probabilitas (Sig.) = 0,000, karena nilai sig < 0,05 maka hasilnya adalah kompensasi financial dan pengawasan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Based on the results of research analysis obtained test results 1 that the value of t arithmetic compared with t table result is 2.207> 2.042 and the significance of 0.03 <0.05 means partially financial compensation significantly affect employee performance. Result of test 2 t arithmetic compared with t table result is 5,536> 2,024 and significance value equal to 0,00 <0,05 meaning partially supervision have significant effect to employee performance. From ANOVA table, the value of F equal to 22,465 with probability value (Sig.) = 0,000, because sig value <0,05 then the result is financial compensation and supervision together have a significant effect on employee performance CV. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keselamatan dan kesehatan terhadap Produktifitas kerja karyawan CV. Rangga Beton Pekanbaru. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 45 orang .Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda,yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil pengujian 1 yaitu pengaruh keselamatan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan adalah Keselamatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan dilihat dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,918>2,018). Hasil pengujian 2 yaitu pengaruh kesehatan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan adalah kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan dilihat dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (4,448>2,018). Hasil pengujian 3 yaitu pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan adalah Keselamatan dan kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan dilihat dari tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Dan hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan Y= a + bX1+bX2 yaitu: Y=-1,088+0,602X1+0,411X2. Dari persamaan regresi tersebut disimpulkan bahwa koefisien regresi dari bx bernilai Positif. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel bebas apabila ditingkatkan persamaanya akan menimbulkan kenaikan pada variabel terikatnya. hasil R Square sebesar 0,455 (45,5%) menerangkan bahwa produktifitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan dan kesehatan sebesar 45,5% .

Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 orang .Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda,yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan nilai t_hitung kualitas produk sebesar 3,272 sedangkan untuk nilai t_tabel sebesar 1,984. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pemakai Accu Sepeda Motor Merk GTZ di Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan nilai t_hitung harga sebesar 2,283 sedangkan untuk nilai t_tabel sebesar 1,984. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pemakai Accu Sepeda Motor Merk GTZ di Pekanbaru. Hasil R Square sebesar 0,263 (26,30%) menerangkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pemakai Accu Sepeda Motor Merk GTZ di Pekanbaru sebesar 26,30% . Based on the product quality t_calculation value of 3,272 while for the ttable value of 1,984. it can be concluded that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of GTZ Brand Motorcycle Accu users in Pekanbaru. Based on the value of t_calculate the price of 2.283 while for the ttable value of 1.984. it can be concluded that the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of GTZ Brand Motorcycle Accu users in Pekanbaru. R Square results of 0.263 (26.30%) explained that product quality and price affect consumer satisfaction of GTZ Brand Motorcycle Accu users in Pekanbaru by 26.30%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lkepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tunas Antar Nusa Muda ( TAM ) Cargo Cabang Pekanbaru. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 40 orang .Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda,yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Uji hepotesis 1 diperoleh nilai t_hitung variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 2.702 sedangkan untuk nilai t_tabel sebesar 2,024. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tunas Antar Nusa Muda ( TAM ) Cargo Cabang Pekanbaru. Uji hepotesis 2 diperoleh nilai t_hitung variabel kepemimpinan sebesar 3.043 sedangkan untuk nilai t_tabel sebesar 2,024. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tunas Antar Nusa Muda ( TAM ) Cargo Cabang Pekanbaru. Hasil Adjuster R Square sebesar 0,524 (52,40%) menerangkan bahwa kinerja karyawan PT Tunas Antar Nusa Muda ( TAM ) Cargo Cabang Pekanbaru dipengaruhi budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan sebesar 57,10% .

Abstract

The title of this study is the effect of job satisfaction on the discipline of honorary employee CV Kampar Motor. Populasi in this study is all employees honorer who amounted to 38 employees sampled research. Results of SPSS Examination in this study found the test results on Job Satisfaction variable (X) on Work Discipline (Y) can be seen that t-count is greater than t-table (7,929> 2.028) with significant level 0,00. It can be concluded that job satisfaction variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline (Y) The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX namely: Y = 7.026 + 0.870X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive.  This indicates that the independent variable if the enhanced equation will give rise also to the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.636 (63.6%) explained that the discipline of of the respondent is influenced by job satisfaction of 63.6%

Abstract

In this study data were collected through a questionnaire of 62 respondents who became consumers of PRIMAX brand tires in Pekanbaru. Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis found that the test results on the variable Price (X) on Purchase Decision (Y) can be seen that the t-count is greater than t-table (5.049> 2,000) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. It can be concluded that Price variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX namely: Y = 25,144 + 0,607X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This shows the price variables if the increased equation will lead to an increase also in the variable of purchase management. R Square results of 0.389 (38.9%) explained that the purchase decision influenced the price by 38.9%
