Abstract

Rapid antibody test is one method of screening for Covid-19 in third trimester pregnant women during the pandemic. The low participation of pregnant women in the third trimester in the implementation of Covid-19 screening can be seen from the delay in pregnant women carrying out rapid antibody tests. The purpose of the study was to find out the Perception of Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester Regarding Screening for Covid-19 Using Antibody Rapid Tests. The research design used a descriptive method. The variable is the perception of pregnant women in the third trimester regarding Covid-19 screening using a rapid antibody test. The population is 40 people and the number of samples is 29 respondents who are taken by purposive sampling. The research was carried out on April 20 - May 22, 2021 at the Kusuma Pertiwi Clinic, Kepung Village, Kepung District, Kediri Regency. The results showed that the perception of pregnant women in the third trimester about screening for Covid-19 using a rapid antibody test was mostly negative. 17 pregnant women in the third trimester (52%), the negative perception was almost entirely influenced by the education of 18 respondents (62%). The negative perception of pregnant women in the third trimester about screening for Covid-19 using rapid antibody tests is influenced by negative information for pregnant women about rapid antibody tests, causing negative perceptions about the process of implementing the Covid-19 screening, pregnant women's trust in hoax news caused by the information provided to them. less than optimal pregnant women.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada materi suhu dan kalor masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu mengembangkan suatu perangkat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran fisika pada materi suhu dan kalor yang dikembangkan menggunakan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Dissemination). Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan yaitu RPP, LKPD, dan instrumen soal. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator diketahui bahwa perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada materi suhu dan kalor.

Abstract

Adolescents according to the classification of the World Health Organization (WHO) are aged 10-19 years, but many adolescents do not go through this period optimally, even though during this early adolescence, body growth occurs very rapidly. In connection with this, one of the various problems that prevented him from passing this period properly was nutrition. Adolescents are faced with multiple nutritional problems, both excess and malnutrition (Freitag & Otaviani, 2010). A positive body image is one of the supporting factors for optimal nutrition in young women, however, nutritional problems can also be caused by various factors, either directly or indirectly. (Ambarwati, 2012). This study aims to analyze the relationship between body image and other factors with the nutritional status of female students class of I and II, in Kartika VIII-1 Senior High School, South Jakarta. This study used a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 143, with a sample of 32 female students who met the inclusion criteria taken by random sampling technique. This study used a 24-hour recall interview method and filled out questionnaires on attitudes, knowledge, body image, and physical activity as well as measuring nutritional status. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition and nutritional status with a p-value of 0.008, there was a relationship between energy intake and nutritional status with a p-value of 0.018, while the body image factor has a p-value of 1,000, the balanced nutritional attitude factor has a p-value of 0.292, and the physical activity factor has a p-value of 0.634, the results of these three factors indicate that there is no relationship between body image, balanced nutritional attitude, and physical activity with nutritional status.   Keywords: iron intake, vitamin c intake, breakfast habits, learning concentration

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in developing students’ competencies based on Islamic values while optimizing the use of technology in the digital age. Teachers have an important role in integrating technology in learning without ignoring Islamic values. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature study and interviews to explore competency development strategies and technology utilization. The literature study involved tracing various scientific sources, while interviews were conducted with teachers to understand the implementation of learning strategies and the challenges faced. The results show that to overcome the limitations of teachers' infrastructure and technology skills, solutions that can be implemented include the development of a more stable and affordable community-based internet network and the utilization of portable learning devices such as mini routers or satellite-based hotspots. In addition, online and offline-based technology training is effective in improving teachers' skills, especially in areas with limited internet access. Teachers are also encouraged to create simple digital learning media such as offline-based apps or PowerPoint-based interactive media that can be disseminated via USB devices or memory cards. Although technology has been applied in learning, challenges such as limited infrastructure, teacher readiness, and learners' digital literacy still need to be overcome. The study concludes that although technology enhances learning effectiveness, its successful integration requires adequate infrastructure, teacher training, and support to ensure Islamic values are preserved.

Abstract

Desa Labuhan Maringgai menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola limbah ampas tahu yang sering dibuang atau digunakan sebagai pakan ternak murah. Limbah ini meskipun kaya akan nutrisi, dapat mencemari lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah ampas tahu menjadi produk kerupuk yang bernilai ekonomis, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang nilai gizi dan ekonomi dari pengolahan limbah tersebut. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui dua tahap: pertama, penyuluhan tentang pemanfaatan limbah ampas tahu; kedua, pelatihan praktis pembuatan kerupuk ampas tahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis masyarakat dengan melibatkan anggota PKK Desa Labuhan Maringgai. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, dengan tingkat kehadiran mencapai 98%. Sebanyak 90% peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan dan berhasil membuat kerupuk dari ampas tahu. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga dan mengurangi dampak limbah ampas tahu di masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Limbah ampas tahu, Kerupuk ampas tahu, Pengelolaan limbah, Nilai ekonomi, Masyarakat.

Abstract

Contemporary science education aims to equip students with the competencies needed to address the complex challenges of the 21st century, particularly within the framework of Industry 4.0, where scientific literacy is recognized as a fundamental skill. However, students’ low levels of scientific literacy are often attributed to passive, text-based, and teacher-centered learning methods. This study aims to examine the effect of the Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) learning model on the scientific literacy of seventh-grade students at SMPN 5 Mandau in the topic Forms of Matter and Their Changes. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes selected through purposive sampling. Research data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the aid of Microsoft Excel. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed a significant difference in the average scores between the two classes after the implementation of the SSCS learning model. The posttest analysis showed that the calculated t-value (tcount = 2.458) was greater than the critical t-value (ttable = 2.004), indicating that the SSCS learning model had a significant positive effect on students’ scientific literacy.
