Abstract

Di Indonesia, pemanfaatan citra satelit dan model numerik menjadi acuan utama dalam kegiatan operasional cuaca penerbangan. Fenomena cuaca penerbangan yang masih sulit dideteksi adalah clear air turbulence (CAT). Salah satu penyebab terjadinya CAT adalah adanya gravity wave yang terbentuk di atmosfer. Pada paper ini akan ditunjukkan studi kasus fenomena gravity wave yang diidentifikasi menggunakan metode high pass filter pada water vapor band satelit Himawari dan dianalisis menggunakan model ECMWF 0.125 degree. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa metode high pass filter dapat membantu mengenali fenomena gravity wave menjadi lebih mudah dalam bentuk paralel strips.  Pada studi kasus ini, gravity wave terbentuk karena selisih angin yang besar pada lapisan 200 mb dan 250 mb sehingga membentuk vertical wind shear dan cloud billows yang terdeteksi pada Water Vapor Band dan memiliki pola tegak lurus terhadap angin.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya penagihan pajak penghasilan oleh Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung dan hambatan yang dihadapi beserta solusi mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum doktirnal, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Pada upaya penagihan pajak penghasilan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah mengikuti peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, namun selama pelaksanaannya masih terdapat hambatan yang menjadi kendala seperti Wajib Pajak yang tidak dapat ditemukan di lapangan, Wajib Pajak sudah tidak aktif, tidak melakukan pemberitahuan pindah alamat, tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk melunasi pajaknya, dan tidak memiliki harta yang dapat dijadikan sebagai jaminan untuk melunasi tunggakan pajaknya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy implemented by Limbah Botol Wawan in increasing sales in Pusakanegara Subang District, as well as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy. Methods used in study This is descriptive qualitative . The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix elements of product, price, place, and promotion play an important role in increasing sales. Diverse and high-quality products are the main attraction, while competitive pricing and discount promotions contribute significantly to purchasing interest. Although the strategic location makes it easy for consumers to access, challenges such as limited delivery fleets and tight price competition must be overcome. The use of advertising , social media, and personal selling have also proven effective in increasing product visibility. Recommendations for management include increasing the delivery fleet, adjusting prices with competitors, and improving the quality of personal selling to maintain and increase market share. This study provides important insights for the development of MSME marketing strategies in the distribution sector.

Abstract

One of the largest mining companies in the world is PT Freeport Indonesia, located in Mimika Regency, Papua. In its mining operations, PT Freeport Indonesia faces a number of environmental problems, one of which is the change of vegetated land into barren land. Environmental damage caused by mining activities can be restored through reclamation activities and monitored using remote sensing technology. In this study, the remote sensing images used were Sentinel-2 images collected from 2016 to 2023 to obtain the distribution of vegetation cover index and vegetation greenness in the Grasberg Reclamation Area. The variables used to analyze changes in vegetation cover during the revegetation process in the Grasberg Reclamation Area are Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), vegetation type, reclamation year, elevation, slope, and slope direction. This study shows that as the reclamation time increases, the area covered by vegetation with medium and high greenness levels increases. Changes in vegetation cover in the Grasberg Reclamation Area show an increasing trend covering 379.66 hectares or 98.71% of the total reclamation area and the others show a decreasing trend. Meanwhile, changes in vegetation cover in the Grasberg Reclamation Area based on the results of the correlation test are influenced by topographic conditions. The elevation of the area does not show a strong influence on vegetation cover but steep slopes will trigger a low level of vegetation cover greenness and vice versa. The vegetation on the east-facing slope has a high level of greenery because it gets enough sunlight. Monitoring changes in vegetation cover in ex-mining reclamation areas is very useful for land management policies in mining areas and reclamation planning.
