Abstract

Modern era has an impact on the manufacturing industry. Relate to technology to turn raw goods into finished goods. Look at competitive in competition between companies that are required to customer demand. PT XYZ is a textile company. The dynamic demand for fabrics has the impact of abundant inventory and uncertain raw material delivery waiting times make it difficult for the company to meet all demand. Risk identification using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, assessing the importance of the effectiveness business processes in the risk implications that occur. Then, the House of Risk (HOR) approach can be analyzed against potential risks in the company when conducting production and look at the degree of probability risk as well as the impact that occurs and impacts decision making so as not to be detrimental. The results of this study show that there are 5 risk events and 28 risk agents that become supply chain risks as well as recommendations to the priority risk agents

Abstract

Accurate assessment and thorough analysis of managerial performance are essential in obtaining enhanced business performance. A real-time monitoring system is necessary to support the decision-making process. This study aims to design a business intelligence dashboard containing real-time monitoring of water quality to support the decision-making of the management team of an agribusiness company. Four steps were used in designing the business intelligence (BI) dashboard: (1) scope and plan, (2) analyze and define, (3) architect and design, and (4) build, test, and refine. The study started with determining the scope and plan for developing the BI dashboard to monitor the water pond’s quality in real time. The requirements of system input and output were identified in the analyze and define phase. The data warehouse model and design visualization regarding the BI dashboard were determined in the architect and design step. The system's architecture was analyzed in the final step, build and test. Three months of data collection and interviews with the management team of the fishery company were performed to support each step in BI design. This study’s outcome is a BI dashboard providing real-time monitoring that supports the management team's decision-making process. This study still considers two water quality measures; therefore, future research can be conducted using other measures. Future research can also be performed on another agribusiness company to support the decision-making process and increase competitiveness.

Abstract

Purpose – The main purpose of this study is to identify patterns and directions of halal blockchain research and find out the development of halal blockchain research trends.Methodology – This study used data from various articles in the Google Scholar database with the publication year limited from 2011 to 2022. Data collection used Harzing's Publish or Perish software. There were 353 articles that matched the keyword and they were processed by bibliometric analysis. Findings – This study found the basic pattern in halal blockchain research, trends in halal blockchain research, the relationship among research, research gaps, researchers who research a lot on halal Blockchain and the most published publications.Implications – This study contributes an overview of bibliometric studies in the halal blockchain literature, which can widen the previous literature and show more focused study topics by examining the abstracts and content of published articles. Findings related to evaluative and relational techniques can be helpful information for researchers, especially those new to this field of study. This bibliometric approach can be invaluable, especially for graduate students in supply chain management, logistics management, and industrial engineering.Originality – The originality offered by this research is to process research documents based on halal blockchain journals on Google Scholar. Thus, a lot of information and knowledge about halal Blockchain over the last 10th years can be useful for further research.
