Abstract

In the implementation of a construction there are several alternatives in its implementation which are used as cast in situ concrete which in its construction is planned in advance, all concrete work is designed manually by assembling reinforcement in the building made. While concrete pre cast (fabrication) is produced from the production process where the manufacturing location is different from the location where the structural elements will be used. This study aims to compare the cost and execution time of a concrete cast in situ precast with the Flood Control System for Loa Janan and Rapak Dalam Systems using data such as image data, material prices, wages and equipment. And from the results of the calculation analysis, the results of the concretion on the project are obtained that the concrete in situ requires 138 days with a total cost of Rp. 1,277,041,400.00, and the pre cast concrete takes 140 days with a total cost of Rp. 1,285. 503,600.00 So that from this research, the comparison result is that the implementation of cast in situ concrete is considered cheaper and more efficient with a cheaper price ratio of Rp. 8,462,629.65 and 3 days faster time for flood control work for Loa Janan and Rapak Dalam systems.

Abstract

In a mass production system, work stationsare designed base on the production process flow. This layout is called flowshop. The advantage of flowshoplays on it simple material flow. Therefore, the material transportation time can be minimized and the total production time is shortened respectively. Generally, flowshop scheduling applies Johnson algorithm, Campbell, Dudek and Smith (CDS). Nevertheless, those algorithms are just an approach. Therefore it can’t provide an optimal solution. This article explain the flexible flowshop scheduling with Mixed Integer Programming (MIP). Every parts type scheduled will not enter the same work station and some work station are served manually by an operator that leads to a dynamics process time. Simulation is applied to estimate the process time in those work station. A case study is utilize for this purpose. The makespan of the proposed model exhibits a 14 minutes shorter that the initial time.

Abstract

Article 33 in 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is the essence of strategic industry operative. Consistent with supply chain management (SCM), the objective is to fulfil costumer value. Therefore, SCM performance measurement become significant. The current measurement was not developed from the article 33. This research objectives are to study the current measurement framework and to discover research gap to develop measurement framework suitable for strategic industry in Indonesia. The method used in this research is systematic literature review. This study found that there is no performance measurement that developed upon article 33. Further performance measurement development is crucial to accommodate article 33 and grounded theory is promising for such work.

Abstract

Retail owners need to utilize transaction data for customer buying patterns. By knowing the pattern of customer purchases, retail owners can adjust the layout of the store and the layout of goods on the display rack or a planogram to increase product visibility which refers to increased sales. Not many retail owners are aware of the benefits of using a good planogram and how to design it, so it is essential to provide training related to planograms to the public so they can know how to create planograms properly and correctly. Community service will be conducted from July to October 2022 in Sleman, Bantul, and Temanggung Regency and its surroundings, with interactive mentoring methods with material delivery and questions and answers. Submission of the material contains definitions, benefits, and illustrations of the application of the planogram in the retail industry, as well as the stages of planning the planogram. With this community service, it is hoped that retail business owners who participate in the mentoring can utilize transaction data at each retailer to develop a planogram based on customer purchasing patterns, thereby increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Sales transaction data contains rich information potentially used to support company competitiveness. However, interpreting and utilizing transaction data in developing marketing strategies remains a challenge, even for big companies. Therefore, this research aims to develop marketing strategies using data mining techniques. A medium-sized company focusing on producing and selling traditional motif clothes (batik) will be used as a case study. The negative sales trend is the biggest issue currently faced by the company. Hypothetically, this problem is caused by imported products sold at lower prices or changing consumer behavior after pandemic covid. Currently, the company only implements simple analysis of its transaction data. The analysis of transaction data, conducted through five data mining stages, yielded a shift from purchasing small quantities to larger quantities, increased purchases during the final week of each month, and increased purchases on religious occasions. Furthermore, the analysis revealed that 31.29% of all transactions were attributed to loyal consumers, and 192 customers exhibited in Cluster 1 (high transaction quantities and high transaction values). Further investigation also revealed that customers categorized as loyal customers and Cluster 1 have different behaviors that can be used to develop further customer relationship programs. Future research can be conducted by employing data mining techniques to study the organization's assortment of products. Management discussions reveal that changes in consumer buying behavior extend to the selection of items and batik themes.

Abstract

Increased public consciousness regarding the significance of meeting nutritional needs, such as calories and animal protein, causes the demand for food from livestock to increase, one of which is sheep meat. The rising population contributes to a continual increase in the demand for sheep. This study aims to assess the viability of the livestock industry in the Sardonoharjo Sub-Village of Wonosobo, Ngaglik Kapanewon, Sleman Regency. This study uses different models in animal husbandry, namely the first (X1) sheep farming in general and the second (X2) farming with farmer partners. Then the investment parameters used to determine a feasible and profitable business are the R/C Ratio , the B/C Ratio , and the BEP. Analyzing the feasibility of a sheep business through two distinct models reveals that the farming model involving farmer partners (X2) proves to be more lucrative over three years. With a higher R/C Ratio  and B/C Ratio  value, it is more feasible, as well as a lower BEP price, so that it breaks even faster and is more stable against price changes compared to model X1.

Abstract

Purpose – The main purpose of this study is to identify patterns and directions of halal blockchain research and find out the development of halal blockchain research trends.Methodology – This study used data from various articles in the Google Scholar database with the publication year limited from 2011 to 2022. Data collection used Harzing's Publish or Perish software. There were 353 articles that matched the keyword and they were processed by bibliometric analysis. Findings – This study found the basic pattern in halal blockchain research, trends in halal blockchain research, the relationship among research, research gaps, researchers who research a lot on halal Blockchain and the most published publications.Implications – This study contributes an overview of bibliometric studies in the halal blockchain literature, which can widen the previous literature and show more focused study topics by examining the abstracts and content of published articles. Findings related to evaluative and relational techniques can be helpful information for researchers, especially those new to this field of study. This bibliometric approach can be invaluable, especially for graduate students in supply chain management, logistics management, and industrial engineering.Originality – The originality offered by this research is to process research documents based on halal blockchain journals on Google Scholar. Thus, a lot of information and knowledge about halal Blockchain over the last 10th years can be useful for further research.
