Abstract

Kinerja karyawan di perusahaan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi seorang pemimpin, yang meliputi tujuan dan arah perusahaan. Ketika didukung oleh gaji yang kompetitif, gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan motivasi karyawan, maka akan menunjang keberhasilan pada suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Ketiga faktor ini secara kolektif mendorrong kinerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk megetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada karyawan PO. Bejeu. Objek dari Penelitian ini ialah PO. Bejeu yang berlokasi di Jl. RM Sosro Diningrat No. 09 Ngabul, Jepara. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang di gunakan yakni semua karyawan PO. Bejeu yang berjumlah 52 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan ialah dengan metode SEM yang memanfaatkan perangkat Smart-PLS versi 4.0. Pengujian yaitu uji outer model, uji mediasi, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner maka ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan gaji memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan dan kontribusi pada hasil kerja yang lebih maju.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Gaji, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables Service Quality (X1), and Trust (X2), on the dependent variables of Customer Loyalty (Y) of J&T Express consumers in the Jepara branch. The respondents of the study were consumers who made purchases at J&T Express at the Jepara branch totaling 100 respondents. This study uses primary data by collecting data through observation with questionnaires. The data collection medology uses a survey using the accidental sampling method. The results of the multiple liner regression analysis had a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The result of the determination coefficient with an R square value of 91%, means that the model in this study can be explained by 91%, while the remaining 9% is explained by other variables outside the research model

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic education on Generation Z's entrepreneurial decisions from the perspective of maqashid syariah. The research employs a quantitative methodology by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z in Jepara, using the Slovin formula for sample determination and the Likert scale for data measurement. Statistical analysis was conducted to obtain a descriptive overview of the results, which were then analyzed based on maqashid syariah. The findings indicate that Islamic education significantly influences entrepreneurial decisions, particularly in safeguarding religion (hifz din) and wealth (hifz mal), thus encouraging the formation of ethical and socially responsible entrepreneurs. This demonstrates that entrepreneurship in Islam is not merely aimed at achieving material gains but also at attaining holistic community welfare in line with maqashid syariah principles.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai dalam puskesmas memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi penyelenggaraan layanan kesehatan di tingkat masyarakat. Oleh karena itu tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, remunerasi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia ramah lingkungan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Kembang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Kembang sebanyak 52 pegawai dengan metode sensus. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Dalam proses pengolahan data, peneliti menggunakan perangkat lunak khusus, yaitu aplikasi komputer SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh pengaruh positif signifikan lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, remunerasi, dan msdm ramah lingkungan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Cooperation, advice-giving, and providing extra services are examples of voluntary work behaviors Known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), this study aims to quantify the impact of Job Satisfaction (H₁) and Empowerment (H₂) on OCB (Y) through Organizational Commitment (Z). With a questionnaire serving as the primary data source, 149 employees of the Jepara Regency PUPR participated in the census method study, which employed multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction had no effect on organizational commitment or OCB. On the contrary, Empowerment had a positive effect on Organizational Commitment and OCB. Organizational Commitment also had an effect on OCB. Organizational commitment, on the other hand, was able to buffer the association between empowerment and OCB but not the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB.  Organizational Commitment's r-squared value was 0.494, meaning that Job Satisfaction and Empowerment explained 49.4% of the variable. While the r-square value for OCB was 0.457, meaning that Job Satisfaction, Empowerment, and Organizational Commitment together explained 45.7% of the OCB variable.
