Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, iklim kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Prajurit Koramil 02 Batu Ceper Tangerang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Dari populasi 50 orang prajurit menjadi sampel sebanyak 50 prajurit. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja, iklim kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama sama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara parsial beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Iklim kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja. Penelitianinibertujuanmengujidanmenganalisispengaruhbebankerja,iklimkerjadanlingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Prajurit Koramil 02 Batu Ceper Tangerang. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik. The sampling method used is proportional random sampling. From a population of 100 employees with a sample of 80 employees. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, work motivation and work discipline together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on performance. Partially, leadership has an insignificant effect on performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisa apakah ada pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, serta pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian explanatory research, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 70 responden atau seluruh populasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK GP dengan objek penelitian yaitu guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan regresi liner berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji korelasi antar dimensi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi profesional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi profesional secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan pengaruh dari ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 70% dari hasi nilai R atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,700.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Sumber daya dalam hal ini terkait dengan kinerja karyawan. Salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah motivasinya dalam bekerja . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. Bawana Margatama yang bekerja di Head Office PT. Adira Multifinance, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probality dengan sample jenuh, sehingga sample yang diambil sebanyak 47 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara partial dan simultan variabel motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bawana Margatama. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa motivasi intrinsik lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bawana Margatama dibandingkan dengan motivasi ekstrinsik. Dengan diperolehnya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, baik itu motivasi intrinsik maupun motivasi ekstrinsik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention di PT Deporindo Telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang didisain untuk melihat ada tidak dan kuat atau lemahnya hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Dari seluruh karyawan sebanyak 112 orang , dan dengan metode sensus 98 orang memenuhi kriteria untuk diteliti. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 64,5% turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasional dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Hasil regresi menunjukkan kepuasan kerja (X1) artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara komitmen organisasional (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Nonprofit organizations (NPOs) play a crucial role in societal development. However, achieving financial transparency and accountability remains a persistent challenge. This study systematically analyzes global research trends, emerging themes, and financial transparency and accountability gaps within NPOs from 2015 to 2024. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA-P approach, data were extracted from peer-reviewed articles in the Scopus database, with thematic analysis and bibliometric tools, such as VOSviewer, employed for synthesis. Findings reveal the transformative potential of digital tools, such as blockchain and social media, in enhancing real-time transparency while also highlighting structural and contextual barriers to their implementation. Key recommendations include fostering board diversity, professionalization, and cross-sector collaboration to strengthen governance frameworks. Despite advancements, regional disparities in technological adoption and underexplored cultural contexts present opportunities for future research. This study contributes to academic discourse and evidence-based practices, empowering NPOs, regulators, and donors to effectively address evolving transparency demands.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work environment, and emotional intelligence on employee performance. Methodology/approach – The research design is causal quantitative with SEM PLS data analysis method using the SmartPLS 3.0 application with the population being employees of one of regional civil service agencies in Indonesia and a sample of 184 employees using purposive sampling in determining sample. Findings – From this study, positive and significant effect given by competence, work environment, and emotional intelligence on employee performance. Several indicators that have the greatest influence on the variables studied include accuracy, teamwork, and emotional control so that these indicators can be reviewed for improvements to increase performance. Novelty/value – This research has contributed to the development of existing research construct models. This study further strengthens the influence of the variables of competence, work environment, and emotional intelligence on employee performance and answers the previous research gap. there are indications of other variables that can affect employee performance and this is an opportunity that can be taken for further research.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal's decision making, organizational commitment, organizational climate on teacher performance at Private Vacational High School Kota Tangerang Methodology/approach – This research is causal quantitative with survey method used in data collection. The population is a private vocational school teacher in Tangerang City with a sample of 100 respondents using a random sampling technique. Findings – The results showed that 1) There is an influence of Decision Making on Teacher Performance, with the interaction between school principals and teachers in making decisions to be a big influential indicator. 2) There is an influence of Organizational Commitment on Teacher Performance, with commitment to career development according to the period of service being an indicator of great influence. 3) There is an influence of Organizational Climate on Teacher Performance, with the principal's efforts to encourage teachers to foster gifted students being a big influential indicator. Novelty/value – The interaction between the principal and the teacher in making decisions is a major indicator of influence, so the principal should be able to maintain interaction with teachers in order to decide on appropriate policies for the progress and improvement of teacher performance in schools. Then, career development according to the period of service is a big indicator of organizational commitment, it is necessary to have talent management in this case the teacher and the right career succession so that it can improve teacher performance. Finally, the coaching of gifted students in this study is alleged to have a major influence on the creation of a good organizational climate, talented students are expected to become good influencers for schools so that the school's learning situation and climate will be good and teacher performance will increase because the students are talented.
