Abstract

The aim of community service activities is to provide education to the community regarding the importance of a healthy, beautiful and clean environment. Environmental cleanliness is the main key in maintaining health. The implementing method for this activity uses socialization and social action. The activity is carried out for one week starting from observation, licensing, implementation, closing the activity, and making a report. The results of service activities provide a positive influence on the surrounding community, namely having an awareness of protecting the environment and implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, a clean environment and good sanitation will help prevent the spread of infectious diseases and create a safe and comfortable environment for children.

Abstract

Fraud is currently a concern for business stakeholders in companies and institutions, many entities are experiencing setbacks and even bankruptcy due to a lack of prevention and discipline regarding actions that can lead to fraud so that public trust in a company decreases. Fraud should be detected and prevented from the start, to avoid the company's credibility and accountability. Therefore, the aim of this research was to find out and comprehensively analyze the role of internal audit in the context of fraud prevention efforts. The research design uses qualitative descriptive analysis using a literature review approach. Data was collected in the form of journals or scientific articles totaling 16 articles from journal provider websites. Based on the results of analysis of 16 Sinta indexed articles for 2019-2024. There are 14 articles which state that internal audit has a role in preventing fraud. This finding is supported by the results of data analysis from several studies which show a positive and significant correlation between the role of internal audit and fraud prevention efforts. Then 2 research articles stated that the role of internal audit did not have a significant influence on fraud prevention efforts

Abstract

This research aims to describe the evolution of internal audit, focusing on identifying the most productive and cited articles, authors, countries, and institutions on this topic. The study used bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer software based on Scopus data, covering 490 articles published from 2017–2023. Data was collected using the "internal audit" keyword and analyzed to identify publication trends, author collaborations, and citation patterns. The results showed that the number of publications on internal audits continues to increase, with 2020 being the most productive year, with 80 articles (16.33%). The United States leads in the number of articles and citations, followed by Malaysia and other countries. Authors such as Eulerich Marc and institutions such as Brigham Young University are among the most productive in this study. The article " Influence of Audit Committee and Internal Audit Function Effectiveness on Enterprise Risk Management Adoption" by Callahan et al. is the most cited. The implications of this study show the importance of the evolution of the role of internal audit in risk management, control, and organizational governance, especially in the era of digitalization. Then, for further research evolution, other software and visualization methods can be used besides VOSviewers, such as CiteSpace or Gephi, to provide more comprehensive insights into the structure of internal audit research.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito and is still a public health problem. Dengue cases in the work area of the Peusangan Health Center continue to increase every year, so it becomes a threat to family health. This study aims to find out the factors that affect dengue prevention efforts in the working area of the Peusangan Health Center, Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. The study uses a quantitative design with an analytical survey through a cross sectional study approach. The population is the entire community in nine villages with a total of 19,271 families. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling of 99 families. Data analysis was carried out in univariate, bivariate, and multivariate manners. The results of the study show that education, knowledge, attitudes, the role of health workers, water reservoirs, and the existence of waste have an effect on dengue prevention efforts. The most dominant factor was education with a value of p = 0.000 < 0.025; CI 95% = 5,389–316,539; and OR = 41.154. It was concluded that the educational variable has an important role in the prevention of dengue. The Peusangan Health Center is advised to conduct regular larval checks every three months, carry out fogging, and improve health promotion through the application of the 3M Plus principle to reduce the incidence of dengue incidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan automasi dalam proses audit, mengidentifikasi manfaatnya, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap profesi auditor. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode tinjauan pustaka untuk menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dan automasi meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta efektivitas proses audit, terutama dalam analisis data skala besar, deteksi fraud, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti. Teknologi seperti machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), dan blockchain memainkan peran penting dalam menyederhanakan tugas audit. Namun, penerapan AI juga menghadapi tantangan, termasuk kebutuhan akan keahlian teknis, investasi teknologi, serta isu privasi dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran auditor tetap esensial dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis penilaian profesional yang kompleks. Integrasi teknologi membutuhkan penyesuaian pada kompetensi auditor, transformasi metodologi audit, serta penyesuaian regulasi yang relevan. Saran untuk penelitian lanjutan meliputi pengembangan model penerapan AI yang lebih efektif dan kajian mendalam terkait dampak sosial dan etika dari teknologi ini dalam audit. This study aims to explore the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technology in the audit process, identify its benefits, challenges faced, and its impact on the auditor profession. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through a literature review method to analyze various related literature. The results of the study indicate that AI and automation improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the audit process, especially in large-scale data analysis, fraud detection, and evidence-based decision making. Technologies such as machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and blockchain play an important role in simplifying audit tasks. However, the implementation of AI also faces challenges, including the need for technical expertise, technology investment, and data privacy and security issues. This study found that the role of auditors remains essential in complex professional judgment-based decision making. Technology integration requires adjustments to auditor competencies, transformation of audit methodology, and adjustments to relevant regulations. Suggestions for further research include the development of a more effective AI implementation model and an in-depth study of the social and ethical impacts of this technology in audits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Loyalitas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 27, peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta, dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 101 orang yang merupakan bagian dari divisi CCC departemen Kiara. Hasil penelitian ini didapat bahwa Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo (RSCM), Loyalitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo (RSCM), lalu Kompensasi dan Loyalitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signigfikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo (RSCM)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of gamification in English learning among grade X students at SMA Negeri 01 Padang Ratu. Gamification, which involves the use of game elements in an educational context, is expected to increase student motivation and engagement. Through a quantitative approach, data were collected from 66 students using a pretest and posttest. The results showed that there was a significant influence between gamification in English subjects on the communication skills of grade X students of SMAN 01 Padang Ratu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Gamification not only increases students' confidence in speaking English, but also helps them understand the material better. This study concludes that gamification is an innovative method that is effective in improving the quality of English learning at the high school level.
