The main objective of this study is to examine how restorative justice can be effectively implemented in Indonesian society by strengthening its legal culture. The research methodology employed in this investigation is normative research, which encompasses a comprehensive review of existing literature and an analysis of pertinent legislation and policies. The prevailing legal culture in Indonesia places significant emphasis on punishment and incarceration as forms of justice, thereby influencing the acceptance and execution of restorative justice practices. Nevertheless, various endeavors have been undertaken to integrate restorative justice into the community's legal culture. These initiatives include establishing supportive legal frameworks, providing training and capacity-building programs, implementing pilot projects and experiments, advocacy campaigns, public awareness campaigns, and community engagement. However, several obstacles and challenges need to be addressed, such as shifting legal paradigms, insufficient knowledge and awareness among the general public, resistance from offenders, and limited resources. To overcome these constraints and challenges, concrete steps are needed, such as increasing public knowledge and awareness, establishing supportive legal frameworks, active community engagement, and resource optimization. By addressing these constraints and challenges, restorative justice can be more integrated with the legal culture of Indonesian society, providing a positive contribution to conflict resolution, restoring social relationships, and improving the justice system in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik iklan, kualitas produk, dan harga, terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Fitur TikTok Shop. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang merupakan pengguna aktif fitur TikTok Shop. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS melalui serangkaian uji, seperti uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, serta analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik iklan, kualitas produk, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi periklanan yang menarik, penyediaan produk yang berkualitas, serta penetapan harga yang kompetitif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen di fitur TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pelaku usaha dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital, khususnya melalui media sosial berbasis video pendek seperti TikTok.

One of the efforts that can be made to strengthen household food security is to use the yard as a source of independent food production. However, the use of the yard is still limited to aesthetic functions and has not been used as a source of family food. The community service program aims to increase public understanding and awareness of the importance of using the yard for food security. This activity was carried out through a socialization method for the women of the Aisyiyah Branch Leadership in three sub-districts in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara. The implementation method includes the delivery of educational materials, interactive discussions, the preparation of follow-up Actions, and participatory evaluation. The results showed that most of the participants (±85%) experienced an increase in knowledge about the concept of food security and productive use of the yard. Participants also compiled RTL as a form of commitment to apply the knowledge gained in daily life. This activity shows that community-based education has great potential to encourage changes in people's attitudes and behaviors in building independent and sustainable food security.

The main objective of this research is to examine the concept of justice in labor law which has developed in the context of the post-modern era as marked by rapid social and technological changes and a more inclusive view of justice. By using normative research, researchers will conduct an in-depth analysis of relevant literature on the philosophy of justice, labor law, and postmodernism as part of primary and secondary legal materials. The data collection process will involve a thorough literature review, analysis of legal texts, and examination of related documents and articles from reliable sources. The differentiation of this study from other studies is its comprehensive analytical approach to understanding justice in labor law and its focus on changes and adaptations that occur in the post-modern era. these findings will explain the concept of justice in the workplace that has adapted to the challenges of the times. In addition, this study aims to identify obstacles and opportunities in building a fair, diverse and efficient employment system for all stakeholders. By paying attention to social dynamics, technology, and postmodern values, researchers hope that labor law can be more responsive and flexible in maintaining a sense of justice and the balance of power between employers and workers.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan menggambarkan kondisi ketahanan sumber daya air, sanitasi, dan hygiene rumah tangga di Desa Sambori dalam konteks perubahan iklim dan kesehatan lingkungan melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta survei kepada warga dengan dukungan Kepala Desa Sambori sebagai fasilitator. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sangat bergantung pada mata air pegunungan yang dialirkan melalui pipa gravitasi sederhana, dengan warga berperan dalam pemeliharaan jalur pipa dan pengaturan distribusi air, sementara pemerintah desa mengoordinasikan kebijakan pemanfaatan sumber air. Keterbatasan penampungan dan distribusi menyebabkan ketidakmerataan suplai air, terutama pada musim kemarau. Dalam aspek sanitasi, sebagian besar rumah tangga telah memiliki jamban sehat, namun pemanfaatannya belum optimal karena terbatasnya ketersediaan air, sehingga praktik kebersihan seperti mencuci tangan, mandi, dan mencuci pakaian belum dilakukan secara rutin. Perubahan iklim berdampak pada menurunnya debit air dan terganggunya kegiatan pertanian, meskipun masyarakat telah mengembangkan strategi adaptasi seperti penampungan air hujan, sistem giliran penggunaan air, dan reboisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan air berbasis komunitas, edukasi PHBS, serta dukungan kebijakan adaptasi iklim untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan masyarakat Sambori.

Unequal access to international scholarship information remains a significant barrier in Indonesia. This community service program aimed to promote equitable scholarship literacy through a digital mentoring approach via the Tatra Academy platform. The program followed four stages: needs identification via Instagram, resource planning, online implementation via Zoom and YouTube, and demographic evaluation. Analysis of 1,102 cleaned registrants revealed a broad nationwide reach, including participants from frontier and underdeveloped (3T) regions. The program demonstrated high inclusivity across generations, engaging 369 participants under age 20 and 34 participants over age 40, supporting lifelong learning. The initial session on Hungary and Poland scholarships recorded the highest enthusiasm, followed by the AAS/MANAKI series and technical guides for essays and CVs. Findings show that digital platform integration effectively overcomes geographic barriers, democratizes information access, and supports inclusive human resource development.

Pelatihan perangkat lunak SAP2000 menjadi penting dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa teknik sipil dalam perancangan struktur jembatan, khususnya jembatan truss baja. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan pelatihan SAP2000 yang difokuskan pada desain jembatan rangka (truss) baja, mencakup pemodelan geometri, pembebanan, analisis struktur, dan interpretasi hasil. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep desain struktur dan penggunaan perangkat lunak berbasis analisis elemen hingga (FEA). Pelatihan ini juga memperkuat keterampilan teknis yang relevan dengan dunia kerja teknik sipil masa kini.

The Moment-Resisting Frame System (MRFS) equipped with shear walls shows a significant increase in structural stiffness compared to systems without shear walls. The results of the inter-storey drift analysis confirm that the presence of shear walls reduces the horizontal deformation of the building, thereby increasing lateral stability. In addition, the use of shear walls contributes to the efficiency of reinforcement requirements, as seen in the column reinforcement ratio of 3%, which is lower than that of structures without shear walls, which reaches 5%. Although the mass of the structure with shear walls is greater, namely 4747.96 kN compared to 3853.08 kN in structures without shear walls, this system still offers advantages in terms of more efficient use of main reinforcement. Overall, the integration of shear walls in the frame system provides better structural performance through increased stiffness, reduced deflection, and optimised reinforcement requirements.
