Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi mitra dalam mengimplementasikan proses belajar mengajar daring di masa covid 19 adalah kurangnya pemahaman dalam mengelola kelas di dalam google classroom. Dalam pengelolaan kelas pada google classroom memanfaatkan laptop/PC sebagai alat pendukung untuk membantu mitra dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dikarenakan lebih efektif dalam pembutaan materi dan penyampaian materi kedalam google classroom. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan-pelatihan dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dalam pengelolaan kelas pada google classroom sebagai media pengajaran dan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic covid 19.Melalui Kegiatan Kerjasama dengan mitra dalam mengatasi permasalahan diatas, diperolah keluaran berupa keahlian guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada google class dan modul yang telah disusun oleh TIM PKM STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan. Harapan kedua melalui kegiatan ini dapat mengembangkan cara menggunakan internet dalam pembelajaran daring, dan menambah wawasan para guru dalam penggunaan internet sebagai media pengajaran daring dimasa pandemic Covid19 yang lebih luas. Dan menjadikan bahan pengembangan media pengajaran di Sekolah Menengah Pertama maupun Sekolah Menengah Atas di kota Medan.

Abstract

At this time, the company CV. Glofacia Oceanic in Medan City is looking for employees to be appointed as Managers and for the Selection of Candidates for Managers who have difficulties in selecting employees who have good work performance within the company, then based on work goals and attendance, which are evaluation materials for employee appraisals to become managers. For employees who are elected will be managers in the CV. Glofacia Oceanic. The number of employees becomes the owner of difficulties for company owners in selecting employees who are appointed to become managers, so it cannot be denied that in the selection of outstanding employees at CV. Oceanic Glofacia is often done not objectively. To find out which internal employees of the company are performing well, it is necessary to assess the performance of the employees. At the time of an assessment in choosing a prospective manager, including using a decision support system to help solve a problem. The method that will be used to select prospective internal managers is the Profile Matching method with the application of this method in selecting prospective managers, so there are no errors in decision making. So it is hoped that the Profile Matching Method can provide value objectively to employees and assist the company's director in providing employee performance appraisals.

Abstract

Al-Washliyah 9 Medan Private Middle School is a junior high school located in Belawan, Medan City, North Sumatra. Selection of the Best Teacher is a program initiated by Al-Washliyah 9 Private Middle School Medan to improve the quality and performance of teachers, which can affect professional allowances and promotions. A decision support system based on the Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method was developed to assist in selecting the best teacher. The implementation of the MOORA method uses a decision support system as expected with a percentage of accuracy of the calculation on the test results of 100%. Applying the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis method or abbreviated as the MOORA method in determining the best teacher at SMP AL Wasliyah 9 Medan. The reason researchers use the MOORA method is because several previous researchers used a decision support system using the MOORA method in solving / resolving problems in decision makers. With research using this method, it is hoped that the school leaders/principals at SMP AL Wasliyah 9 Medan can minimize problems at school in determining the best teacher at school. So that when determining the best teacher is faster and more precise.
