Abstract

The regeneration process in saturated dehydrator after working to drying the gas in the dehydration unit in the Natural Gas Liquified Extraction (NGLE) plant. This process is through the heating dehydrator process by flowing the regeneration gas into the dehydrator slowly (rump up temperature) until it reaches the heating temperature,and then holding the condition. Its condition is in accordance with the engineering design and followed by a rump down temperature which the dehydrator will be cooled down and ready for the dehydration process. This regeneration process works automatically in accordance with the engineering design which runs following the logic control that has been implemented into the Distributed Control System (DCS) in the Control Room. All order in DCS to obtain gas that has been moisture limited value which is allowed to be extracted. Regeneration gas was taken from the heat exchange between hot oil and regeneration gas in the regeneration gas heater package. This operation happend when the rump up temperature leaks the hot oil in the flange fitting of the regeneration gas heater package, its causes oil spillage (engineering design standart operation procedur). Its analysis case assumed the leakage is caused by thermal shock in the fittings of regeneration gas heater package in 2 % hot oil supply. To eliminate the thermal shock, a simulation of new models engineering design is initial by opening of the hot oil supply to the regeneration gas heater was changes with increasing its opening during stand-by conditions from 2% with a temperature at 45.72°C to 5% with a temperature at 51.61C in the Distributed Control System (DCS) logic control. The results goals with this implementation are no more hot oil leaks occur in the regeneration gas heater package. New models engineering design is stopping hot oil spillage, and maintaining operational continuity without having to spend money on repairing the regeneration gas heater package. process run in new models of engineering design, and this model becomes the new standard operating in start-up and commissioning plant process.

Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga pikohidro merupakan solusi energi terbarukan yang berpotensi besar untuk diterapkan di wilayah terpencil dengan sumber daya air yang melimpah. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah mendesain sistem yang efisien dan ekonomis. Dalam penelitian ini, alternator mobil digunakan sebagai komponen kunci yang dapat mengisi aki secara otomatis dan berhenti saat pengisian penuh. Alternator menghasilkan tegangan 12V yang disalurkan ke aki berkapasitas 45 watt, yang kemudian dialirkan ke inverter DC to AC 350 watt untuk menghasilkan listrik. Kecepatan turbin diukur menggunakan tachometer dan mencapai kecepatan stabil sebesar 186.9 rpm, dengan stabilitas debit air dijaga melalui penampang air. Metode penelitian mencakup desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian performa pembangkit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik, menghasilkan listrik secara stabil, dan memenuhi kebutuhan daya dengan efisiensi yang memadai. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan alternator mobil dalam pembangkit listrik tenaga pikohidro adalah solusi yang efektif dan efisien, serta menjadi alternatif yang layak untuk pengembangan energi terbarukan di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan teknologi energi terbarukan dengan memanfaatkan komponen yang mudah didapatkan.

Abstract

The palm oil industry in Indonesia has great potential in increasing the country's economic income. This is proven if in 2022 Indonesian palm oil will reach USD 40 billion or IDR 600 trillion. PT Sawit Inti Prima Perkasa (PT. SIPP) is a company engaged in processing FFB (fresh fruit bunches) into CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and PKO (Palm Kernel Oil). However, in its implementation there are still shortcomings in carrying out quality control maintenance. So it requires good utilization of CPO and PKO processing optimization. This research uses mix method research with the aim of finding out how to optimize CPO and PKO processing at PT Sawit Inti Prima Perkasa. The research result show that optimizing the management of CPO and PKO is related to good and comprehensive maintenance. Solving maintenance problems in the oil palm plantation industry will focus on repairing problems in the oil palm plantation industry will focus on repairing problems related to equipment., machinery or infrastructure used in iol palm plantation operations. Successfull productionrequires very thorugh quality control, problem solving and problem which is very useful as  a guide in dealing with and finding  solutions to problems that can occur in palm iol mills.so that the procces can run smoothly so that thr company does not experience significan losses and can avoid work accident.Keywords: Crude Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, maintenance troubleshooting

Abstract

This research introduces the design of a multifunctional animal feed chopper machine using a gasoline engine as the driving system. The gasoline engine used is Ecolite TE160 5.5 HP which can provide reliable power and performance to drive the feed chopper machine. The test material used is banana stems which are effectively finely chopper to obtain consistent and high quality chopper results. This design methodology includes identification of needs, mechanical design, material selection and testing of the tool. The working method of this machine is to insert the banana stem into the input hopper where the chopper knife rotates using a gasoline engine as the driving source. The chopper blade is specially designed with sharpness and thickness that suits the needs needed to get maximum and effective chopper results. The frame of this multifunctional animal feed chopper machine uses L 35 mm x 35 mm x 2.5 mm profile steel with a size of 105 cm long x 35.5 cm wide x 72.5 cm high. From the data obtained, the engine rotation used is 2500 Rpm. The results of testing this machine can be concluded that the heavier the material to be chopper, the longer the chopper time obtained, the thickness obtained is consistently 1.3 cm thick. Overall the development of a multifunctional animal feed chopper machine represents a significant advancement in pemp technology

Abstract

Kurangnya wawasan petani tentang peralatan pertanian akan mempengaruhi masa depan produksi pertanian dimasa yang akan datang, kelompok-kelompok tani seharusnya update dengan perkembangan teknologi alsintan. Kerena keterbatasan waktu banyak kelompok tani yang tidak memahami peralatan alsintan untuk meningkatkan produksi padi mereka. Seperti kelompok tani sosok sepakat guguak tinggi mereka masih awam dengan peralatan pertanian sehingga tim pengabdian UM.Sumatera Barat memberikan pembekalan sosialiasi pemanfaatan mesin potong rumput menjadi mesin potong padi (mower padi) pada kelompok tani sosok sepakat jorong guguak tinggi. Kegiatan sosialisasi dapat menambahawawasan para anggota kelompok tani dalam pemanfaatan alat pertanian. Pada hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan kelompok tani ini 76 % yang ingin menggunakan peralatan pertanian dan sangat memahami penyampaian materi menjawab 100%. Harapannya diharapkan anggota kelompok tani sosok sepakat jorong guguak tinggi dapat mengusahakan pertanian padi mereka lebih produktif dan berguna untuk meningkatkan pendapatan penghasilan sehingga tercapainya peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga kelompok tani sosok sepakat.
