Abstract

Everything is changing with the transformation of the digital world, including app-based online motorcycle taxi services. These services have become a major innovation that simplifies users' transportation needs. In Indonesia, Gojek and Maxim are among the popular applications, including within the environment of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) Palembang. Their popularity has drawn attention to understanding the competition and the value they offer. Using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, a comparison between Gojek and Maxim reveals the strengths and weaknesses of each. This method evaluates aspects such as attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The UEQ questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis results showed that Gojek scored positively on 5 variables (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, novelty) and neutral on 1 variable (stimulation). Meanwhile, Maxim scored positively on only 1 variable (perspicuity) and above average on 5 variables. The comparison indicates that Gojek significantly outperformed Maxim in 4 variables with higher average scores, making it superior in delivering a better user experience compared to Maxim.

Abstract

School libraries play a vital role in supporting the learning process, but library management at SMA Islam Al-Amalul Khair Palembang is still done manually, causing various operational constraints. This research aims to design and implement a website-based library information system using the Agile method to improve the efficiency of library management and services. The system development method used is Agile with stages including planning, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this research is a library information system that provides features for searching book collections, digital book borrowing and returning, visitor attendance, fine management, and reporting that can be accessed by librarians, students, and school principals. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness of library services through process automation, structured data management, and provision of information that is easily accessible to all library users at SMA Islam Al-Amalul Khair Palembang.

Abstract

The design of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method at PT Media Jaya Konstruksi aims to optimize project scheduling planning and control. PERT was chosen because it can analyze uncertainties in project task completion time by estimating optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely durations. The system is designed to facilitate the company in managing the complexities of construction projects, estimating project duration, and identifying critical paths that impact project success. The system development methodology follows the PERT approach, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Key features of the system include creating PERT diagrams, calculating critical paths, simulating project schedules, and generating automatic reports. Additionally, the system is equipped with an interactive dashboard to visualize project progress and support data-driven decision-making. The design results show that the PERT-based information system can help PT Media Jaya Konstruksi identify project bottlenecks earlier, reduce the risk of delays, and enhance project management efficiency. The system's implementation is expected to support the company in increasing competitiveness and maintaining client satisfaction through more structured and timely project completion.
