Abstract

The study investigates the factors influencing consumer decisions and the impact of digital marketing on Instagram for Cafe Pyur For You's marketing strategy. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and interviews, the study finds that Instagram plays a significant role in attracting initial interest from visitors to Café Pyur for You. Many customers discover the café through content on the Explore feature, which drives visits due to curiosity, peer influence, and the desire to relax. Interaction with the content occurs fairly frequently, though it is still dominated by liking and sharing activities, particularly for promotional event content. Several factors influencing consumer decisions include promotions, testimonials, product quality, popularity, and price. Among all these factors, promotions and popularity have the strongest influence. A combination of creative content, active promotions, and authentic experiences is key to attracting interest and building customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a clear picture of aggressiveness among early adolescent online gamers. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data for this study came from interviews, observations, and literature review. The findings show that violent online games can increase aggression in early adolescents. Physical aggression, verbal aggression, and behavior that damages other people's property are examples of aggressive behavior.

Abstract

Sejumlah organisasi telah memahami pentingnya kegiatan evaluasi untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta pelatihan, salah satunya adalah BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Meskipun pelatihan berjalan lancar dan peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, masih terdapat kendala dalam mengukur pencapaian tujuan secara komprehensif. Kendala tersebut ditandai dengan belum optimalnya alat ukur untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan pelatihan menjadi tantangan utama yang perlu segera diatasi. Penelitian ini merancang pembaruan kuesioner evaluasi untuk mendukung kelancaran proses pelatihan, diharapkan form ini tidak terbatas di satu organisasi saja, namun juga bisa diterapkan organisasi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengadopsi model Organization Development dari Cummings & Worley (2008) untuk mendiagnosis organisasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumen untuk mengidentifikasi masalah pada berbagai level organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan kerangka kerja Organization Development. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, penelitian merekomendasikan kuesioner evaluasi reaksi level 1 Kirkpatrick untuk mengukur respon peserta terhadap pelatihan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi reaksi peserta pelatihan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan. Kuesioner yang telah dikembangkan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan umpan balik yang lebih komprehensif dan akurat, sehingga BPSDM dapat melakukan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan
