Abstract

The decision support system (DSS) for employee performance appraisal is a decision support system used in the employee performance appraisal process at PT. Surya Toto Tbk. Currently, the employee performance appraisal process is still done manually (paper based) so that the reports produced are not real time. From the existing problems, this research aims to analyze and design a decision support system according to the existing criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the aim of being able to be developed into a Web-based DSS. The method used begins with communication with management, especially the perpetrators of employee performance appraisals. Furthermore, planning, data collection process, analysis, design and finally making reports are carried out. The conclusion of this study provides a suggestion for the addition of subcriteria from the existing criteria. After calculating with AHP, the value that appears for the work outcome criteria (A) on the quantitative subcriteria A11 with a score of 0.123, qualitative A12 with a score of 0.033, delivery A13 with a score of 0.024 and Implementation of SOP A14 with a score of 0.018. The score is for a very good value (BS).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah pola belanja masyarakat, terutama melalui platform e-commerce seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan Lazada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap e-commerce tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini dipilih karena dapat memberikan penilaian yang objektif berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner yang melibatkan 50 responden. Kriteria yang dianalisis meliputi kemudahan penggunaan, variasi produk, kecepatan pengiriman, kemudahan pengembalian barang, dan responsivitas layanan pelanggan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Tokopedia memiliki nilai tertinggi dalam kepuasan pelanggan dengan skor 0,9795, diikuti oleh Shopee (0,97) dan Lazada (0,9695). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Tokopedia menjadi platform e-commerce terbaik berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola e-commerce untuk meningkatkan aspek-aspek yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang e-commerce. Diharapkan, dengan pengetahuan ini, platform e-commerce dapat bersaing lebih baik di pasar dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study determined Key Performance Indicators (KPI) using four Balanced Scorecard perspectives to improve the performance appraisal system in the Production Engineering department of a pharmaceutical company in Tangerang. The Balanced Scorecard is a management tool for implementing strategy and measuring performance using four perspectives. These KPIs serve as an effective performance measurement tool for organizations and managers in providing annual performance appraisals for all employees aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and strategy.The total balanced score resulted in an A score of 0.915, based on the grade system (>0.90 ~ 1.00). The patrol achievement and maintenance performance KPI indicators achieved 100% of their targets.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment is an important element in supporting the achievement of a company's strategic goals. This study aims to analyze employee performance measurement using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method as a basis for determining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at PT. Z. The BSC approach involves four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey technique using a questionnaire for 40 employees and 30 respondents for customers. The results show that BSC-based performance measurement provides a comprehensive picture that can help management in setting more focused, measurable, and strategic KPIs. The implication of this study is the need for companies to integrate the BSC into their performance management systems to improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) selama enam bulan kepada bayi merupakan hak setiap anak. ASI memiliki manfaat yang sangat besar untuk tumbuh kembang seorang anak. Nilai gizi tinggi yang terkandung di dalam ASI memiliki manfaat kekebalan dari berbagai macam penyakit yang tidak dimiliki oleh susu pengganti, Selama pemberian ASI, pihak keluarga, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat harus mendukung ibu bayi secara penuh dengan penyediaan waktu dan fasilitas khusus. Tata letak adalah suatu landasan utama dalam dunia industri. Tata letak fasilitas dapat didefinisikan sebagai tata cara pengaturan fasilitas-fasilitas guna menunjang kelancaran proses produks, regresi linear sederhana adalah hubungan secara linear antara satu variabel independen (X) dengan variabel dependen (Y). Analisis ini mengetahui arah hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen apabila variabel independen mengalami kenaikan atau penuruan. Nilai konstanta (a) yang diperoleh sebesar 2.29 dan nilai koefisien regresi (b) sebesar 0,8870.
