Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine in vitro inhibition test of lime peel liquid (Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle) against E. coli. The E. coli isolate was cultured on Muller Hinton Agar (MHA) media. Antibacterial test in this study using diffusion method. Negative control (K-) using CMC-Na 0.1%. Positive control (K+) using oxytetracycline antibiotics. The treatments were given lime peel liquid (Citrus aurantifolia, Swingle) with concentrations of 100%, 75%, 50% and 25%, respectively. The study design using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method, with six treatments and four repetitions. Data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test, Moreover, the Post Hoc Mann-Whitney method. The inhibition zone analysis results were showed that K + had significant differences compared to all treatments K-, 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25%. K- was found to be significantly different from treatments 100%, 75%, 50% and 25%. The results showed that the lime peel liquid has the potential as an antibacterial activity against the growth of E. coli in vitro. Concentration of 25% has shown the presence of inhibitory zones on Mueller Hinton media that have been inoculated with lime peel liquid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth, identitas merek, dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Erigo di Kabupaten Kebumen. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 konsumen pengguna produk Erigo. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21 for Windows. Teknik analisis yang digunakan mencakup analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif, meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, uji determinasi, dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth dan identitas merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan desain produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut, yaitu electronic word of mouth, identitas merek, dan desain produk, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Erigo di Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract

One of the keys to the sustainable development of society and the nation is quality education. Educational management plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education in schools. Educational management encompasses planning, organising, directing, and controlling various aspects of education. Planning involves setting academic goals, developing curricula, and planning learning activities. Organising includes allocating resources, assigning tasks, and forming effective work teams. Directing involves coaching and developing students, and controlling learning activities. Educational management improves the quality of education through strong and visionary leadership, effective resource management, relevant curriculum development, ongoing evaluation, and strong collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and the community. In the digital age, the appropriate use of information and communication technology is also crucial to improving the quality of education. To enhance the quality of education in schools, educational management must adopt an inclusive, responsive to change, and student-centred approach. This means prioritising teacher professional development, closely monitoring the learning process, and increasing parental participation and involvement in their children's education.

Abstract

Inovasi pengembangan e-modul interaktif materi umrah dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya ketersedian bahan ajar berbasis elektronik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Hingga saat ini pembelajaran masih didominasi dengan penggunaan bahan ajar cetak, hal ini menunjukkan kurangnya inovasi dan variasi pembelajaran di tengah perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu upaya dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut adalah dengan mengembangangkan e-modul interaktif sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, inovatif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menghasilkan e-modul interaktif materi umrah serta menguji tingkat kelayakan e-modul berdasarkan hasil uji validitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method dengan metode R&D dan menerapkan model pengembangan Alessi dan Trollip yang mencakup 3 tahapan, yaitu berupa planning, design dan development. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis kritis terhadap hasil wawancara guru, angket kebutuhan siswa serta uji validitas para ahli bidang media, materi dan bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan e-modul interaktif materi umrah layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar di kelas maupun mandiri untuk siswa MI, hal ini berdasarkan hasil validasi bidang media sebesar 95% (sangat layak), bidang materi sebesar 96% (sangat layak) dan bidang bahasa sebesar 77% (layak).
