Abstract

This descriptive research with the survey method aims to determine the level of knowledge and understanding of junior high school students in Sleman, DIY on corruption, and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The cluster sampling technique was used to obtain data from a total of 20,748 students from 137 junior high schools in Sleman Regency in 2017, through a questionnaire consisted of 10 answer choices. This research was conducted from 21 May to 21 August 2017 and analyzed with the SPSS version 16 with a 95% level of confidence and a margin error of 1.86%.The data collected was descriptive, therefore, it does not need further explanation or test hypotheses (Azwar, 2015). The results of this study are used to determine the intervention steps that need to be taken in anti-corruption campaigns in the millennial generation.

Abstract

Work stress is a critical issue in organizations because it impacts employee psychological health and performance. Initial findings among employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service indicate moderate stress levels, necessitating psychoeducational intervention. This community service activity aims to improve stress management knowledge through interactive lectures, brainstorming, and discussions. Evaluation using a pre-post test analyzed with Shapiro-Wilk and paired samples t-test on 20 participants showed a significant increase (t(19) = -6.124, p < .001) with a large effect size (Cohen's d = 1.369). These results confirm that psychoeducation is effective in improving participants' understanding of work stress and coping strategies. This program is recommended for ongoing implementation as part of employee capacity building efforts.

Abstract

Abstrak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pemaknaan subjektif work-life balance (WLB) pada Wanita Angkatan Udara (Wara) yang menjalankan peran sebagai prajurit militer sekaligus ibu dan pengelola rumah tangga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan tiga informan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan catatan lapangan, kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan epoche, reduksi fenomenologis, variasi imajinatif, dan sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kerja Wara, seperti sistem kerja shift, standby on call, serta kewajiban memprioritaskan dinas, memunculkan ketidakseimbangan waktu, energi, dan komitmen antara pekerjaan dan keluarga. Namun, keseimbangan dipahami bukan sebagai pembagian waktu yang sama, melainkan sebagai kepuasan subjektif ketika individu merasa mampu menjalankan seluruh perannya. Pencapaian WLB didukung oleh faktor internal berupa kemampuan komunikasi, profesionalisme, dan waktu untuk diri sendiri; serta faktor eksternal berupa dukungan pimpinan, rekan kerja, pasangan, dan keluarga. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa WLB bagi Wara sangat dipengaruhi kemampuan merekonsiliasi tuntutan peran dan keberadaan dukungan sosial organisasi.Kata Kunci : work-life balance, Wara, peran ganda, perempuan bekerja
