Abstract

Work stress is a critical issue in organizations because it impacts employee psychological health and performance. Initial findings among employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service indicate moderate stress levels, necessitating psychoeducational intervention. This community service activity aims to improve stress management knowledge through interactive lectures, brainstorming, and discussions. Evaluation using a pre-post test analyzed with Shapiro-Wilk and paired samples t-test on 20 participants showed a significant increase (t(19) = -6.124, p < .001) with a large effect size (Cohen's d = 1.369). These results confirm that psychoeducation is effective in improving participants' understanding of work stress and coping strategies. This program is recommended for ongoing implementation as part of employee capacity building efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran keterampilan sosial sebagai mediator pada pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama di Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas dan metode survei yang melibatkan 350 siswa SMP di Kota Makassar yang diperoleh melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Multidimentional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire (ICQ), dan Prestatie Motivate Test (PMT). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa, keterampilan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan sosial, dan terdapat peran mediator variabel keterampilan sosial dalam pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa.

behavior, with ecological responsibility acting as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among public senior high school students in Makassar City. Data were collected using a set of valid and reliable Likert-based instruments, including the Environmental-Portrait Value Questionnaire (E-PVQ), the Environmental Identity (EID) Scale, the Responsibility Scale, and the Littering Prevention Behavior Scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the final model demonstrated a good overall fit. The findings reveal several important relationships. Value orientation was found to have a positive and significant effect on environmental responsibility, indicating that students with strong pro-environmental values tend to feel more responsible for their environment. Environmental identity also positively and significantly influenced environmental responsibility. Furthermore, value orientation showed a positive and significant effect on littering behavior, suggesting that values can directly encourage responsible waste disposal. In contrast, environmental identity did not directly influence littering behavior in a significant way. However, environmental responsibility emerged as a key factor: it positively and significantly predicted littering behavior and served as a mediator in the model. Environmental responsibility successfully mediated the influence of both value orientation and environmental identity on littering behavior.Keywords: value orientation, environmental identity, responsibility, littering behavior, high school students

Abstract

Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis hubungan antara Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) dan turnover intention pada karyawan berdasarkan hasil penelitian empiris yang telah dipublikasikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap sepuluh artikel nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan dalam rentang tahun terakhir dan relevan dengan topik LMX dan turnover intention. Hasil sintesis literatur menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penelitian menemukan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara LMX dan turnover intention, di mana kualitas hubungan pemimpin–anggota yang tinggi berkontribusi pada penurunan keinginan berpindah kerja. Selain itu, beberapa penelitian mengidentifikasi variabel psikologis, seperti psychological empowerment dan psychological well-being, sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Namun demikian, temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh LMX terhadap turnover intention bersifat kontekstual dan tidak selalu signifikan pada lingkungan kerja tertentu. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa LMX merupakan faktor penting, namun bukan satu-satunya prediktor turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Leader member exchange, turnover intention, lirerature review
