Abstract

Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Jember  is the command structures of the Polri in the jember district. As for duty of the Polres regulation based on No 23 Tahun 2010/Bab 2/Paragraf 2/Pasal 5. Based on such regulation, Polres Jember cannot be separated from  handling the docket and publishing a police record (SKCK). Many cases handled and many request publishing SKCK from people can effect the officers experiencing difficulty and required to work more quickly in doing their job. This is due to the absence of the applications that can help the performance of the Polres Jember officer.In this study, these problems solved by building case files handling application at Polres Jember using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Case file handling application that has built able to facilitate Polres Jember officer to handling the case files and publishing SKCK.After tested, case files handling application at Polres Jember can resolve the existing problems in accordance with the SOP Transparansi Di Bidang Penyidikan Sat Reskrim Polres Jember Tahun 2009 and  Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 tentang Tata Cara Penerbitan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian. So this applications can  manage and archive the case files, managing PUSINAFIS data, managing SKCK data, and can generate crime reports and SKCK reports.

Abstract

Abstract: First of all, the development of technology, which has been developed at this time, has encouraged the acceleration in several fields; especially in the field of information technology. Associated to the requirement for information that has increased, commonly, parking management use a ticket to sign in and out of motor vehicles that has been parked. Along with the difficulties often encountered by users of parking services such as difficulty on finding an empty parking location, parking services where users have to revolve - around looking for an empty parking lot, and certainly not to get a parking space, in addition to the parking service users often forget where previously parked vehicle. The purpose of the present study was to identify a result to combine and develop the existing parking system environments by utilizing the parking area sufficient support for the implementation of the parking system settings. In conclusion, through a system of information that has been created, will make it more manageable for the user services and parking services manager, furthermore the aim of the thesis is expected to be one of the experimental developments in parking management. Keywords: Parking management, Parking services and  The parking system.

Abstract

P.T. JNE has implemented an official website with a www.jne.co.id address in which there are various menus that can be utilized by visitors, ie company profile, products and services, agency business solutions, career vacancies, to tracking shipment and shipping rates The influence of website quality on website P.T. JNE to user satisfaction will be analyzed in this study based on end user perception using webqem method. The data to be used in this research is by using an offline questionnaire. Then will be analyzed using variable from webqem method using some test that is like test of validity, reliability, assumption test and linear regression test. This research yields conclusion that usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency have positive and significant influence to user satisfaction with influence of 63,2%, the rest (100% 63.2%) = 36.8% is the other variable not included in this research.

Abstract

Tracer study is one way for schools or agencies to obtain graduate data that is used as input for improving the learning process. SMAN (State High School) 1 Kutorejo has conducted a tracer study since 2016 with an online system using the google form media. However, there are several problems regarding the current tracer study, including the absence of a special account created by the school, no real-time notification as a notification that the questionnaire has been filled out by alumni, and reports that require calculations are still using the formulation system through Microsoft. excel. Based on these problems, it is necessary. a tracer study system that includes login features, alumni data collection, questionnaire creation, questionnaire filling, real-time notifications and is also equipped with descriptive statistical methods for data presentation and waterfall method for the final project process. The results of this study are to help the counseling guidance of SMAN 1 Kutorejo obtain information about current alumni activities, find out information about the quality and teaching and learning facilities, and find out information about the quality of alumni. This information was obtained from questionnaires that had been prepared by the Counseling Guidance which were distributed and completed by alumni

Abstract

The production of raw materials is an important component in the Sablon Garment Surabaya for the smooth operation of production is highly dependent on the existence of raw materials. Therefore, the state of production of raw material in the warehouse Sablon Garment Prints must be really well-run, so that data ordering, receiving, and expenditures can be stored safely. Current conditions in the warehouse Sablon Garment Surabaya still a lot of data loss, data ordering, receiving, and expenditures are still not recorded properly.To solve the above problems, the storage and data recording of raw materials need to be converted into digital data and computerized form. To meet these needs, the application needs to be made on the production of raw material procurement Sablon Garment Surabaya. Stages of making this application begins with communication, planning, modeling, construction, and operation. Once tested, the application of the procurement of raw materials for production can produce digital data in the form of data of raw materials, supplier data, employee data, city data, the data for the brand, administrator data, ordering data, data on revenues, expenditures data, reports reservations, reception reports, expense reports and statement of changes in stock. Keywords: Keywords: Applications, Raw Materials Procurement, Raw Materials Booking.

Abstract

Toko Yuni is a motor vehicle spare parts store in Central Maluku District that sells goods in the form of motorcycle vehicle tools of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki brands. Customers mention goods to be purchased to employees, then employees take the goods on display shelves in accordance with customer demand, after that employees record the name of goods, the amount of goods and prices of goods purchased into a piece of paper then calculated using a calculator. The business process is still going wrong when recapitulating daily transactions resulting from missing selling note, it often happens to run out of supplies of merchandise and the goods can accumulate. The solution of these problems is with an application that can record the receipt of goods and sales of goods by applying inventory control using safety stock. with safety stock, inventory will not run out of goods, the system will provide notification in the form of alerts when inventory has reached safety stock.

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

CV Royalty Natural Indonesia is a company engaged in cosmetic products and is a subsidiary of PT. Green Angelica, which was founded in 2011. CV Royalty Natural Indonesia provides several beauty products including royalty day cream, royalty night cream, royalty bust-up cream, royalty cleansing soap, royalty hair tonic, royalty hair shampoo, royalty hair serum, royalty hair removal, royalty mustache cream and royalty beard serum. The marketing has constantly been done through e-commerce and existing social media. However, some obstacles emerge that may cause difficulties in managing data and information, and analyzing which products that are not optimal or the most favorite. Hence, it is not possible to identify the highest and lowest demand of their products which can adversely affect the company's sales target. In view of these problems, the objective of this study is to monitor and evaluate product sales performance in order to reveal which products have the highest and lowest demand and to be able to manage product data, sales data, and customer data. Based on the results of the application testing, it can be utilized by marketing managers in managing sales and customer data. Marketing managers are also able to specify which products have the highest or lowest demand and generate the product sales reports. In addition, this platform can be used to identify further pertaining to sales reports, reports per product, product lists, and sales performance reports. The results of this study showed that Tactical Dashboard can assist the marketing managers in monitoring and evaluating product sales and the target.

Abstract

Tujuan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui kegiatan hibah inovasi ini adalah untuk menghasilkan prototype produk paten sebagai bagian dari aktifitas komersialisasi produk inovasi dan menerapkan hasil produk paten kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan estetika lahan parkir mitra. Pelaksanaan program hibah inovasi paving block polisi tidur (speed bump) ini, dilaksanakan dalam empat tahapan yaitu: 1) Perencanaan Kegiatan, 2) Persiapan Kegiatan dan 3) Pelaksanaan Kegiatan 4) Evaluasi dan pemantauan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah, prototype produk paten paving block polisi tidur (speed bump) dan menerapkan kepada masyarakat, khususnya Universitas Dinamika, dalam rangka meningkatkan estetika lahan parkir mitra.

Abstract

SiCepat Ekspres is a freight forwarding and logistics service company. SiCepat Ekspres has an official website at www.sicepat.com. The problem is that the increase in the number of visitors to SiCepat Ekspres is much lower than that of competing companies. To maintain and increase website users or visitors, it is necessary to know the relationship between website service quality and user satisfaction. Therefore, a research was conducted on the effect of website service quality with the WebQEM method on user satisfaction. The quality of website services with the WebQEM method has four variables, namely usability, functionality, reliability, and efficiency. With the distribution of questionnaires as many as 131 user respondents or visitors to the SiCepat Ekspres website, after being processed and analyzed by the multiple linear regression analysis method, it was obtained that 1) the reliability variable affected the user satisfaction variable by 32%, meaning that every increase in the reliability variable would increase user satisfaction by 32%. , 2) the efficiency variable affects the user satisfaction variable by 26%, meaning that every increase in the efficiency variable will increase user satisfaction by 26%, 3) the usability variable and the functionality variable have no effect on user satisfaction.
