Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction towards services in Mandiri Bank Branch Kolaka, as well as knowing how the correlation and regression of each variable of service quality on customer satisfaction by Likert Method. Tests were Carried out, covering Validity and reliability then continued with, test multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that the constant value is -0.027, 0.992 tangiabel, reliability 1.209, 1.433 responsiveness, assurance 1.070 and 0.300 products is not significant. It can be concluded that tangiable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance positively affect customer satisfaction significantly, but not a significant variable affecting product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the local government and community in managing tourism in Malaumkarta village towards increasing local revenue (PAD) of Sorong Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research method with the number of informants obtained as many as 7 (seven) people. Data was obtained using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, and then the data was analyzed descriptively based on the sources obtained. The results showed that the government has made every effort to develop tourism in Malaumkarta village by providing facilities and infrastructure to support tourism such as relaxing places (gazebos), public toilets, selling stalls, padang towers, and the construction of other facilities. However, the problem is that until now these facilities have not been used according to their needs, what was planned at the beginning was not implemented, especially the concept of local culture-based development for the Papuan people. In addition, until now the collection of retribution has not been implemented because the government is still focused on implementing development and empowering the community. The government expects good cooperation between the community in managing tourism because the community is the organizer of the sustainability of tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Istima’ (listening) materials based on the Audacity approach at SD Islam Cendekia Faiha Palembang. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes stages of needs analysis, design, development, and limited trials. The results of expert validation in both content and media indicate that the developed materials are highly feasible for use. The use of Audacity facilitates teachers in creating audio materials and enhances student engagement in learning. The resulting Istima’ materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with the characteristics of elementary school students.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Kehutanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong ini dilaksanakan di Kantor BMKG Kelas I DEO Kota Sorong dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan berbagai alat pengamatan cuaca yang digunakan dalam mendukung layanan informasi meteorologi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua jenis alat utama yang digunakan, yaitu alat manual dan alat digital. Alat manual meliputi Sangkar Meteorologi (Stevenson Screen), Penakar Hujan Manual (Ombrometer), Campbell Stokes Sunshine Recorder, Cup Counter Anemometer, dan Panci Penguapan (Evaporimeter), yang masing-masing berfungsi untuk mengukur suhu, curah hujan, lama penyinaran matahari, kecepatan angin, dan jumlah penguapan. Sementara itu, alat digital yang digunakan meliputi Barometer Digital, Anemometer Digital, Thermo-Hygrometer Digital, Solar Cell, dan Automatic Weather Station (AWS), yang memiliki keunggulan dalam pencatatan data secara otomatis dan terintegrasi. Seluruh data hasil pengamatan cuaca yang diperoleh melalui alat-alat tersebut kemudian diinput dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SYNOP, sebelum akhirnya dikirim dan disebarluaskan melalui sistem Computer Message Switching System (CMSS) kepada para pemangku kepentingan dan lembaga terkait. Kegiatan ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi mahasiswa tentang pentingnya pemantauan cuaca dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di berbagai sektor, termasuk kehutanan dan pertanian.
