Abstract

Education in 21st centuries is a technology-based learning that demands the creation of quality students in developing abilities in various skills. 21st century skills are divided into four categories including Ways ofthinking, Ways of working, Tools for working, Skills for living. Science is a discipline that has characteristics of scientific attitudes and practicums to achieve learning effectively and efficiency. The use of assessment in learning activities is a tool to see the development of students' skill abilities. This, of course, pays special attention to non-test evaluation instruments that are neglected in the affective and psychomotor assessment in science learning. The purpose of this study is to see the picture of science teachers in using non-test evaluation in the assessment of learning outcomes in the affective and psychomotor realms based on 21st century skills.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation techniques for data collection through questionnaires. The results showed that science teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Sungai Penuh were still low in using non-test evaluation instruments. The indicators showed that teachers have difficulty using non-test evaluation instruments, did not have time to prepare non-test evaluation instruments in the affective and psychomotor domains, and the conceptual assessment paradigm of the cognitive realm that is dominant in testing the abilities of learners in science learning activities.

Abstract

Desa Sukadana merupakan salah satu desa pesisir yang didominasi dengan profesi nelayan di wilayah Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Hasil tangkapan yang didapat para nelayan sangat melimpah, namun belum adanya inovasi dalam pengolahan dan pengemasan ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan tersebut. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat setempat untuk mengolah hasil ikan menjadi produk yang lebih menarik sehingga ini dapat menjadi ide usaha baru bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Dusun Teluk pada tanggal 10 dan 18 Januari 2024 di KWT Nina Maju dengan jumlah 15 orang. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan (demonstrasi masak) dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, kami melakukan kegiatan awalan seperti melakukan diskusi dengan KUB Geger Gati dan KWT Nina Maju terkait dengan kesiapan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengolahan. Pada tahap pelaksanan kami menyiapkan alat dan bahan yang digunakan serta mempersiapkan desain produk dan kemasan, selain itu dilakukan metode demonstrasi, dimana kami memperagakan tahap-tahap mengolah ikan menjadi abon yang diikuti oleh KWT Nina Maju. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan diskusi dua arah mencatat kekurangan-kekurangan yang terjadi saat melakukan pengolahan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Desa Sukadana memiliki potensi ikan laut yang melimpah sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menambah nilai jual ikan diolah menjadi abon ikan laut. Produk abon akan dipasarkan secara digital menggunakan teknologi seperti handphone atau laptop dan platform online. Usaha ini juga sekaligus dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui pengembangan industri rumah tangga.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is cancer that attacks epithelial cells or the outer surface layer of the cervix. This cancer is most commonly caused by the high risk type of Human Papillomavirus. The RFLP method uses restriction enzymes to cut certain nucleotide sequences at specific positions that produce fragments of different lengths. The purpose of this study was to determine the polymorphism that occurs in the E6 gene of the HPV 16 virus. This research was conducted using RFLP in silico. Virtual descriptive methods are used to analyze data and collect information about the object of study. The restriction enzyme HpaII was used in this study. The results showed that there were two alleles (A1 and A2) out of a total of 15 sequences of the E6 HPV 16 gene in Popset 636528409 indicating that there was a genetic variation in the gene.

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan bagian yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi organisasi dan mendukung daya saing dengan menyediakan informasi keuangan dan akuntansi bagi manajemen. Loukoumanna Store, yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan/snack yakni gelato, berdasarkan observasi dari data yang dikumpulkan, ditemukan bahwa pencatatan dan pengolahan data stok serta pencatatan transaksi pembelian masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian, yang menggunakan metodologi yang berpedoman pada System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi sistem. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi dalam kerangka kerja Agile, yakni Scrum. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang baik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di Loukoumanna Store, serta memberikan nilai tambah yang signifikan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan serta pengolahan data pembelian. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Efisiensi, Scrum, Pembelian. This research aims to design a purchasing accounting information system, which uses a methodology guided by the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design and system implementation. This research applies methodology in the Agile framework, namely Scrum. With this accounting information system, it is hoped that it can be a good solution to solve existing problems at the Loukoumanna Store, as well as provide significant added value by increasing the efficiency and accuracy of recording and processing purchase data. Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by high blood glucose levels which is commonly called hyperglycemia due to lack of insulin secretion. One of the matoa plants (Pometia pinnata) that has been used as a traditional medicine is matoa leaves which are efficacious as diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the secondary metabolite compounds in the ethanol extract of matoa leaves, as well as to determine the potential dose of ethanolic extract of matoa leaves which was effective in reducing blood glucose levels and on the histopathological description of the pancreas of male white rats induced by Streptozotocin. This study used a laboratory experimental method, divided into 6 treatment groups, each group consisting of 5 rats, namely normal control, negative control, positive control, treatment groups with doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg body weight. Data were analyzed using One Way ANOVA statistical test at 95% confidence level followed by LSD test to see differences between treatments. The results showed that the ethanolic extract of matoa leaves contained secondary metabolites of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and steroids. at a dose of 300 mg/kg BW showed effective results in reducing blood glucose levels with an average decrease of 99.6 mg/dL and the ethanol extract of matoa leaves had the potential to regenerate pancreatic cells in streptozotocin-induced male white rats of 0. 6±0.54

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs for developing Project Based Learning (PjBL)-based e-modules to enhance high school students’ critical thinking skills. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through classroom observations and interviews with physics teachers and students of grades XI and XII at MAN 2 Tebo. The results showed that physics learning is still dominated by the lecture method, with textbooks and student worksheets as the primary learning resources. Teachers have never used e-modules or fully implemented PjBL due to limited understanding of the model syntax and insufficient facilities. The most difficult material for students to understand is Thermodynamics, especially concepts such as internal energy, entropy, and thermal cycles, which are considered abstract and hard to visualize. Students expressed difficulties due to the lack of real examples and limited use of interactive media. They expect interactive digital learning resources equipped with animations, experiment videos, visual summaries, and exercises. Classroom observations also revealed limited technological infrastructure, such as few computers and projectors, as well as restrictions on mobile phone use. These findings emphasize the need to develop PjBL-based e-modules as an alternative learning medium to support contextual and engaging physics learning and foster students’ critical thinking skills in line with the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat SMP masih cenderung konvensional dan kurang memanfaatkan potensi teknologi digital untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa kelas 8 SMP Datok Sulaiman Putra Palopo dalam mendesain presentasi kreatif menggunakan aplikasi Canva sebagai media inovatif pembelajaran PAI. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan gabungan antara seminar interaktif dan workshop praktik melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 21 Mei 2025 selama satu jam dengan melibatkan 20 siswa kelas 8. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket kepuasan dan pemahaman peserta yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta sangat tinggi dengan 100% siswa merasa antusias mengikuti pelatihan, 90,5% merasa lebih percaya diri, dan 90,5% memahami cara membuat slide presentasi yang menarik dengan Canva. Pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan desain presentasi siswa dan menyediakan alternatif media pembelajaran PAI yang lebih visual dan interaktif. Disarankan agar sekolah terus mendorong integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan mengadakan pelatihan serupa secara berkelanjutan untuk mata pelajaran lain.

Abstract

The Nipah coastline in Nipah Hamlet, Malaka Village, North Lombok Regency has experienced coral reef damage that has impacted fish catches and community welfare. This community service activity aims to empower coastal communities through coral reef conservation to support the sustainability of marine ecosystems. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which includes the stages of discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. The results of the activity include an increase in coral reef conservation media, specifically spider media from 70 to 80 units and table media from 5 to 6 units. Coral reef conservation is carried out through long-term monitoring of the survival and diversity of organisms to restore the functions of damaged marine ecosystems and support coastal stability. Community empowerment in coral reef conservation at Nipah Beach has significant social and economic impacts, including increased fish populations that boost local fishermen's catches and promote the development of marine tourism, creating economic opportunities for coastal merchants. while active community involvement strengthens social capital and community capacity in sustainable marine resource management, making the synergy between environmental conservation and economic well-being a crucial foundation for the sustainability of conservation programs in the area. Coral growth monitoring is planned three months later since the planting was recently completed. In conclusion, these initial coral reef conservation activities are an important step in supporting the achievement of SDG Goal 14: Life Below Water.

Abstract

Konsumsi minuman instan terus meningkat karena kepraktisannya, namun sebagian besar produk yang beredar di pasaran masih rendah kandungan zat gizi dan senyawa bioaktif yang mendukung kesehatan. Sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengkarakterisasi serbuk minuman instan fungsional berbasis rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii dan buah semangka (Citrullus lanatus) sebagai sumber antioksidan alami. Ekstraksi bahan dilakukan menggunakan pelarut air panas, kemudian diolah menjadi serbuk dengan metode spray drying. Lima formulasi (P1–P5) disiapkan dengan variasi perbandingan rumput laut dan semangka, lalu dianalisis aktivitas antioksidan, mutu fisikokimia, kadar logam berat, kandungan fitokimia, sifat organoleptik, serta umur simpan produk. Formulasi terbaik (P4: 50% rumput laut dan 50% semangka) menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi sebesar 29,19% dengan nilai IC₅₀ sebesar 152,203 ppm (kategori lemah). Serbuk hasil formulasi ini memiliki kelarutan 60%, kadar air 6,2%, dan kadar abu 2,49%. Kandungan logam berat masih berada dalam ambang batas aman menurut SNI: timbal (Pb) sebesar 0,007 mg/kg, tembaga (Cu) 0,231 mg/kg, dan arsen (As) tidak terdeteksi. Skrining fitokimia menunjukkan adanya senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, fenol, steroid, dan terpenoid. Uji organoleptik menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang baik terhadap aroma, rasa, dan warna. Estimasi umur simpan menggunakan metode Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing (ASLT) menunjukkan daya simpan antara 20 hingga 35 hari, tergantung suhu penyimpanan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi K. alvarezii dan C. lanatus berpotensi sebagai bahan dasar minuman fungsional kaya antioksidan yang mendukung kesehatan dan inovasi pangan berkelanjutan sesuai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB/SDGs).
