Abstract

Jumlah penderita kanker kolon yang tinggi mendorong penelitian akan pengobatan yang lebih efektif dan mengurangi efek samping dari pengobatan masa kini, salah satunya adalah dengan pengobatan secara herbal. Kulit buah kakao (Theobroma cacao) memiliki kandungan pektin yang diketahui dapat menekan pertumbuhan sel kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi aktivitas antikanker kolon dari pektin kulit buah kakao (Theobroma cacao) pada tikus yang diinduksi dengan 7,12-dimethylbenzen(α)anthrasena (DMBA) dengan dosis 20 mg/kgBB. Tikus dikelompokkan menjadi empat kelompok yaitu kelompok I kontrol negatif, kelompok II pektin dosis 8 mg/kgBB, kelompok III pektin dosis12 mg/kgBB, dan kelompok IV pektin dosis 16 mg/kgBB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis uji tertinggi, yaitu 16 mg/kgBB memberikan aktivitas terbaik dalam memulihkan kembali sel goblet yang rusak akibat induksi dari senyawa karsinogen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pektin kulit buah kakao (Theobroma cacao) memiliki potensi aktivitas antikanker kolon pada dosis uji.Kata kunci: DMBA, kulit buah kakao, pektin, sel goblet.Kata kunci: DMBA, kulit buah kakao, pektin, sel goblet

Abstract

Abstract-The growing attention towards the supply chain due to the extensive achievements of organizational goal is the motivation of this study. Thus, the goal associated with this article is to explore the links of inner and outer green supply chain management (GSCM) and eco-drawing on the environmental sustainability in Indonesia. The goals also consist the mediating role of government elasticity among the links of inner and outer GSCM, eco-drawing and environmental sustainability. The data were gathered from the workers of the quality management department with the help of questionnaires and analyzed the data by PLS-SEM. The findings show that inner and outer GSCM and eco-drawing have positive link with the environmental sustainability. The results also show that government elasticity has positive mediation among the nexus of inner and outer GSCM, eco-drawing and environmental sustainability. This study is suitable for the policymakers while making the policies regarding environmental sustainability along with GSCM and firm performance.

Abstract

Abstract-Recently, supply chain practices are consider are the effective practices because it enhance he business performance by improving their processes and also capture the emphasis of the researchers. Thus, the ongoing study’s aim is to inspect the role of market strategies and market performance along with the supply chain performance on the firm performance of the textile sector in Indonesia. The examination of mediation role of supply chain performance among the links of market strategies, market performance and firm performance. The workers of marketing along with the supply chain department are the respondents and data were extracted from them by questionnaires that was analyzed by PLS-SEM. The findings indicated that market strategies and market performance have positive impact on the firm performance while the outcomes also elaborated that supply chain performance has positive mediation among the nexus of market strategies, market performance and firm performance. These findings give the insight to the regulators that they should improve their emphasis towards the supply chain and marketing performance that enhance the firm performance of the industry.
