Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bakteri nitrifikasi ke dalam media budidaya terhadap kualitas air dan peforma darah ikan tengadak. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulanggan, Sebagai perlakuan adalah konsentrasi konsorsium bakteri nitrifikasi 0,5 mL, 1,0 mL, 1,5 mL, dan 2,0 mL/L air yang ditambahakan setiap tiga hari sekali. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan bakteri nitrifikasi dapat mepertahankan sebagian besar kondisi kualitas air media pemeliharaan. Kualitas air selama penelitian seperti suhu, DO, pH berada pada kisaran optimal untuk kehidupan ikan. Nilai rata-rata total amonia nitrogen (TAN) juga berada pada kisaran yang dapat ditoleransi oleh ikan yaitu 2,50–3,67 mg/L, namun kadar nitrit sedikit lebih tinggi yaitu 0,70–0,80 mg/L berada di atas kisaran optimal bagi ikan. Penambahan bakteri nitrifikasi dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar hemoglobin, leukosit, hematokrit dan glukosa darah, namun perlakuan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap jumlah eritrosit ikan tengadak. Perlakuan konsentrasi bakteri nitrifikasi 1,0–2,0 mL/L media menghasilkan jumlah eritrosit yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan konsentrasi 0,5 mL/L. Kadar hemoglobin, leukosit dan hematokrit darah ikan tengadak berada pada kisaran normal ikan, sedangkan untuk jumlah eritrosit berada di bawah kisaran normal ikan. Pemberian bakteri nitrifikasi dengan konsentrasi 1,0–2,0 mL/L media dapat mempertahankan glukosa darah tetap berada pada kisaran normal. Pemberian bakteri nitrifikasi dengan konsentrasi 1,0 mL/L media merupakan konsentrasi yang terbaik terhadap peforma hematologi ikan tengadak terutama sel darah merah dan sudah dapat meningkatkan glukosa darah pada kisaran normal. Abstract

Kelapa Jaya is a peasant group that uses nira coconut to make coconut sugar. The production process is still traditional. The farmer's group is still using a manual mixer so it takes a long complaint time, six hours. Besides, the product still does not have a brand so its sales value is still low. Therefore, it is necessary to transfer technology to accelerate the production process and increase the sales value of the product. This community partnership program (PKM) aims to: (1) transfer the efficiency technology of production processes with automatic complaints. (2) increase the sales value of products with labelling and merck. This PKM uses an action or participatory approach with the PKM team acting as a trainer, accompanist, observer, supervisor, and evaluator of the success of the program carried out by the farming group. PKM results show that the automatic nira sugar mixer can accelerate the process of grinding by 17%. The device can accelerate the re-grinding process from 6 hours to 5 hours. This can happen because of the uniform grinding and heating so that the nira clamps faster. There has been an increase in the knowledge and skills of each partner by 70%. Partners have been able to increase the sales value of the product by giving the brand and label on the coconut sugar products sold. A survey of partners showed that 100% of participants were satisfied with the program. The automatic Nira mixer successfully accelerates the coconut sugar production process. Partners have been able to produce cocoa sugar products faster and sell products with attractive packaging.

Abstract

Area-based development emphasizes the optimal management of local resources to achieve community welfare. Kampung Beting, Pontianak, has great potential in transportation and river tourism but is hindered by a negative stigma as a center for drug trafficking. Through community service programs, business transformation is applied to the boat mining group with automation, installing waterproof canopies, using solar cell lights, and rebranding. The results show increased operational efficiency, revenue, and a regional image change. Innovative marketing strategies that capitalize on historical and cultural potential have successfully enhanced tourist attraction and local community welfare.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence/AI) menuntut generasi muda memiliki literasi digital yang kuat agar mampu beradaptasi dan berinovasi diera digital. Namun, masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan AI secara produktif dan etis. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menggunakan media digital, mengenal teknologi AI, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran terhadap etika dan keamanan informasi. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 30 siswa dari kelas X, pelatihan menggunakan metode workshop, ceramah interaktif, dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari skor rata-rata pretest 61% menjadi 87% pada posttest, dengan penilaian terhadap aspek konsep literasi digital, kemampuan menggunakan Canva, pemahamam etika digital dan kemamanan informasi, kreativitas desain serta kemampuan kolaborasi dan komunikasi digital. Tema desain yang diangkat dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Literasi digital untuk Keamanan dan Etika Bermedia Sosial, dengan karya terbaik berupa poster edukatif bertema Bijak Bermedia Sosial dan Lindungi Data Pribadimu. Hasil desain terbaik menampilkan desain poster edukatif dengan komposisi visual menarik, pesan jelas, serta relevansi tinggi terhadap isu literasi digital. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini efektif meningkatkan kemampuan dan kesadaran digital siswa serta dapat menjadil model pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah. Kata kunci: Canva; Desain; Etika Digital; Kecerdasan Buatan; Poster ABSTRACTThe development of information technologu and artificial intelligence (AI) requires the younger generation to have strong digital literacy in order to adapt and innovate in the digital age. However, many students still do not understand how to use digital technology and AI productively and ethically. This training activity aims to improve student’s skill in using digital media, familiarise them with AI technology, and raise their awareness of information ethics and security. The training was attended by 30 students and used workshop methods, interactive lecturers, and hands-on-practice. The evaluation results showed a significant increase from a pre-test average score of 61% to 87% on the post-test, with assessments of aspects of digital literacy concepts, the ability to use Canva, understanding of digital ethics and information security, design creativity, and digital collaboration and communication skills. The design theme raised in this activity was Digital Literacy for Social Media Security adn Ethics, with the best works being aducational posters with the themes of Wise Social  Media Use and Protect Your Personal Data. The best design featured education posters with attractive visual compositions, clear messages, and high relevance to the issues of digital literacy.
