Abstract

Marriage is a bond that binds two human beings in a bond called household. Where the basic principle of a marriage is the agreement ofboth parties who will marry to unite the principles and responsibilities in running the household in the future. Children are gifts from Godthat are entrusted to both parents to be raised and educated according to the rules that apply. In the laws and regulations in Indonesia, children are also protected by the state regarding children's rights to live and get a decent life and education. In its journey there have beenso many cases of underage child marriages that have occurred due to forced marriages. The rise of forced marriage at an early age hasattracted the attention of all parties, both from the government and society, to address this problem. The high number of child marriages isa threat to the fulfillment of children's basic rights. The research method used is an normative research method with a legal sociologicalapproach. Early age forced marriages occur due to several factors, namely cultural factors, parents' wishes, lack of knowledge about positivelaw in Indonesia, incidents of immoral violations, and economic factors. Each of the factors that cause forced marriage at an early age hasan impact that can affect the child's survival. Keywords: Forced Marriage, Impact of Early Childhood Forced Marriage

Abstract

Abstract

The valve mechanism system on a 4 stroke diesel motor functions as an opening or closing mechanism which is used as a way for air to enter the combustion chamber or as an outlet for residual combustion gases from the combustion chamber. To maximize diesel engine performance, valve clearance adjustments need to be carried out periodically. This research aims to determine the effect of variations in intake valve gap adjustment on fuel consumption on the Daewoo 4 DWY-30 diesel motorbike. This research uses experimental methods and is quantitative research, namely presenting the results of experiments in the laboratory on test objects. The research results show that there is an influence of variations in intake valve gap adjustment on fuel consumption. The highest fuel consumption is at the intake valve gap setting of 0.20 mm, and the lowest fuel consumption is at the intake valve gap setting of 0.60 mm.

Abstract

All individuals who have entered a household life certainly want the creation of a happy household, inner and outer prosperity and obtain the salvation of the world and the hereafter. Divorce is part of marriage, because there will be no divorce without first marriage. If in a divorce there is a dispute regarding the distribution of joint property, the resolution of a dispute regarding joint property can be submitted through the Religious Court. Property with husband and wife obtained during marriage, both husband and wife, have the same authority in the utilization of household life as well if there is a divorce between husband and wife either because of the death of one of the husband or wife (widowed) or divorce then the joint property have the same rights in the distribution of joint property.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal protection for building construction service providers amid corruption in state infrastructure projects. It highlights the significant issue of budget misuse in corruption cases, as reported by Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) in 2022. A major obstacle is the inadequacy of Law Number 2 of 2017, which fails to sufficiently protect construction service providers who primarily act as implementers without control over the budget. Additionally, the law removes criminal penalties for failure to complete projects, causing legal uncertainty and violating the principle of justice in the 1945 Constitution. Using a sociological juridical approach, the findings suggest a need to revise regulations to clearly separate the responsibilities of construction providers and budget authorities. For Indonesia to strengthen its legal system based on Pancasila and justice, the research calls for regulatory reforms to protect construction service providers from legal exploitation and ensure a more coherent national legal framework.

Abstract

This study focuses on assessing a composite material that uses pearly leaf reinforcement and a polyester resin matrix as a construction material for energy-efficient automobile bodies. The traction strength test and impact resistance test of thorn panda leaf fiber are conducted to evaluate the difference in fiber direction, namely induced and random. This discovery is anticipated to be advantageous for the development of energy-efficient automobile bodywork. The highest traction force recorded is 2199.63 MPa in the random fiber direction, whereas the lowest traction strength is 2077.43 MPa in the fiber direction. The pulling force increases when the direction of the fiber aligns with the pulling manner, resulting in more force. The impact's greatest absorbent energy strength is 0.623 j in the direction of the fiber, while the least absorbent energy strength is 0.595 j in the direction of the random fiber.

Abstract

During the implementation of Field Experience Practices (PPL) at SMA Negeri 10 Semarang, researchers obtained data that students at the high school still experienced several obstacles and deficiencies in the learning process, understanding learning objectives, and relating the material to other things. Using a good learning model will help students connect concepts both in mathematics and in other fields. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in students' mathematical connection abilities in Understanding by Design (UbD) with problem-based learning (PBL) assisted by LKPD. This research uses classroom action research (PTK). The research procedure used consists of several stages, namely problem diagnosis, planning, action, observation, data analysis, and reflection. The sample in this research was class X-9 at SMAN 10 Semarang. The research results showed that in cycle I the average student learning outcome was 72.08 and classical completeness was only 44.44%. This is certainly very far from ideal. In cycle II the average learning result for class X-9 was 80.44 and classical completeness increased to 66.67%. Even though it has increased, it has not reached the ideal target, so treatment is needed in the third cycle. In cycle III the average learning outcome was 86.89 and classical completeness increased to 88.89%. This was said to be complete and successful. Thus, UbD with PBL assisted by LKPD can improve students' mathematical connection abilities in learning.

Abstract

Lack of understanding of students about renewable energy can be produced from pumps, namely electrical energy. The energy produced by this pump is beneficial for rural areas that do not have electricity.  The purpose of this research is to modify the pump as a turbine for a micro-hydro power plant which can be used by students of the Mechanical Engineering Department, the University of Muhammadiyah Pontianak as learning media in the field of fluid machines and laboratory-scale energy conversion machines. The research subjects were 15 students of mechanical engineering and pumps that were converted into turbines to generate electricity. The data collected first comes from the performance test of a pump that has been converted into a pump as a turbine. Further data was obtained from students through a pretest with a conceptual type of pump used as a power plant. Then after the pretest, students were treated by using and operating a pump as a turbine as a learning media. From this media, students must also explain the concept and how the pump as a turbine can produce electrical energy in writing. The student's written results obtained were analyzed to determine the effect of the pump as turbine model on students' understanding of conceptual analysis. The result of this research is a pump that has been converted into a pump as the turbine. In addition, as a simple practical tool to test the performance of the pump as a turbine. There was an increase in students' understanding in terms of the ability to describe the concept of power generation sources from pumps and analyze the process and workings of the pump as a turbine to produce electrical energy.

Abstract

Hospitals are health institutions that are given a mandateby the state to provide health services which are reflectedthrough the role of hospitals in providing excellent medicalservices for all Indonesian people without exception. Thisincludes economically weak communities, in reality thereare many cases of rejection of economically weak patientsby hospitals, this is an act that goes against the mandate ofhealth law policy, including committing acts of abuse inmedical service agreements for patients who want healthservices for economically weak communities based on theprinciple of balance of agreement. This article, which usesdoctrinal research methods, looks at the issue of rejectionof economically weak patients by hospitals as a form ofMisbruik van Omstandigheden in therapeutic agreementswhich were born as agreements from the principles of civillaw and medical service agreement law. Ignorance ofeconomically weak patients - economically weak patientsare often helpless when they experience rejection fromhospitals for illogical reasons. Based on the study of thisarticle, it was found that in terms of medical services foreconomically weak communities, the position oftherapeutic agreements and agreements regardinginformed consent as a commitment to health services foreconomically weak communities is unclear, resulting in astate of bias or misbruik van omstandigheden carried outby hospitals for economically weak patients.
