Abstract

Application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model Based on Lesson Study on Creativity, Creative Thinking Ability, and Learning Outcomes of Class II-B Students at SDN 1 Terara on Measuring Instrument Material. Based on the results of observations that have been made using students' learning practices in the field of Mathematics study in SDN 1 Terara for the 2023/2024 Even Semester Academic Year shows that students experience difficulties in mastering learning material on the subject of Measuring Instruments. Project Based Learning (PjBL) collaborated with Lesson Study (LS) is applied in this approach because LS is believed to be successful in improving learning practices. This implementation includes three aspects, namely: (a) Plan (Learning Planning), namely how a teacher designs learning so that students can learn actively. (b) Do (Learning Implementation) Implementation of learning that has been designed in the previous stage, where one teacher acts as a model and another teacher as an Observer of the learning. (c) See (Learning Reflection) After carrying out learning activities and observations, all parties involved reflect to discuss the learning that has been carried out and complete the parts that are still considered lacking.

Abstract

Kegiatan praktikum yang meliputi pengamatan dan pengukuran merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi pada mata pelajaran fisika. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Guru Fisika SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta mengenai materi pengukuran jangka sorong, terdapat masalah dimana benda ukur yang dipakai siswa untuk praktek berbeda - beda bentuk dan ukurannya. Hal tersebut menyulitkan guru dalam proses evaluasi kemampuan siswa. Sebagai solusi, dilakukan pembuatan benda ukur dan pelatihan penggunaannya kepada Guru Fisika SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta. Kegiatan diawali dengan pembuatan beberapa benda ukur dengan bentuk dan dimensi yang sama, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan penggunaan benda ukur dan jangka sorong. Kegitan pelatihan diawali dengan pemberian soal pre-test, paparan materi, praktek pengukuran, dan diskusi. Pelatihan ditutup dengan mengerjakan soal post-test. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan mayoritas guru belum menguasai tata cara penggunaan jangka sorong dengan tepat. Akan tetapi setelah paparan materi dan praktek langsung, terjadi perbaikan pemahaman. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan presentase guru yang menjawab dengan benar ketika post-test. Secara kumulatif, pemahaman guru mengenai fungsi dan penggunaan jangka sorong meningkat sekitar 24,24%. Benda ukur yang diproduksi menjawab harapan guru yaitu mampu digunakan untuk pengukuran diameter luar, diameter dalam, kedalaman suatu lubang, dan perbedaan ketinggian suatu obyek.

Abstract

Materials to enhance learning outcomes in primary civic education. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The study was conducted with second-grade students at SDN 01 Terara, involving a small group (n=6) and a large group (n=20). Data were collected through expert validation, questionnaires, and pretest–posttest assessments. The validation results showed that the instructional materials achieved an average score of 71%, categorized as valid. The practicality test indicated positive responses from teachers (70%) and students (70.1%), categorized as highly practical. The effectiveness analysis using the N-gain score revealed a moderate improvement in the small group (0.48) and a high improvement in the large group (0.58). These findings indicate that the developed animated video-based instructional materials are valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ learning outcomes. This study contributes to the field of educational technology by integrating multimedia learning with a systematic instructional design framework and providing empirical evidence of its effectiveness in primary civic education.

Abstract

A fracture known as a fracture is a disorder of continuity of bone and soft tissue around it. One of the measures for the treatment of fractures is surgery called Open Reduction Internal Fixation (Orif). As a result, Orif can cause pain side effects. Various attempts were made to overcome post Orif pain one of them with degung music therapy. Degung music is one of the complementary therapies that can be used to reduce the level of pain in post Orif patients. This study aims to determine the effect of degung music therapy on reducing pain levels in post Orif patients. The study design used a quasi experiment with a non equivalent control group pre-test and post- test approach with 12 respondents in the intervention group and 12 respondents in the control group. The results show that there is an effect of degung music therapy on the level of post Orif pain in the intervention group (p = 0.003) and there is an effect of standard therapy in the control group (p = 0.003) and there is a difference in the effect of degung music therapy in the intervention group with the standard therapy in the control group ( 0.045), with the results obtained in the control group the average difference in post Orif pain levels was 0.75, while in the intervention group was 1.58. The conclusion of this study is that degung music therapy can reduce pain  levels in post Orif patients, so that degung music therapy can be used as a complementary therapy option to reduce pain levels in post Orif patients .
