Abstract

The world of information technology is currently developing very quickly, so many private companies are trying to expand their business, especially in the field of information technology. Small to medium companies also need a stable and safe internet network so that the company can grow. Companies that have branch offices in geographically separated locations must use a Wide Area Network (WAN) to be connected. SD-WAN is a special software from Software-Defined Network (SDN) technology, which is used on WAN (wide area network) connections. This research aims to provide solutions to small and medium companies to increase the SLA (Zero Downtime) of their connectivity. Currently, by implementing SD-WAN to improve the performance of head office and branch networks with a low budget. Using the PPDIOO method which is Cisco's life cycle network design approach to support computer network development. The PPDIOO method is an abbreviation of the research design used, namely Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. After implementing SD-WAN, this becomes a solution that can replace the function of the Juniper router currently used and reduce the burden of internet subscription costs due to its implementation. This SD-WAN simply uses 1 internet link and 1 MPLS link.

Abstract

The spread of online gambling as a cyber crime has become a major problem in Indonesia. This type of cyber crime has a huge influence on various levels of society, both from a social and economic perspective. This research aims to examine the role of digital literacy in mitigating the spread of online gambling using a literature study approach. This study examines the definition and components of digital literacy and their impact in dealing with the risks associated with online gambling, which is now one of the most popular types of cyber crime in Indonesia. Through a literature review, this article explores existing theory and data on digital literacy and its effectiveness in increasing public awareness and protecting individuals from the risks associated with online gambling. The findings from this research indicate that digital literacy plays a key role in equipping society with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize the dangers and impacts of online gambling, while also identifying several gaps in the literature that require further attention. The conclusion of this article emphasizes the importance of integrating digital literacy in mitigation strategies and offers recommendations for improving digital literacy programs to combat the spread of online gambling in Indonesia.

Abstract

--- In the current decade, supply chain companies are focusing on project management to increase the performance. The companies are struggling with different issues related to the project management. These issues have adverse effect on supply chain project performance. The important issues include; information communication technology (ICT), management capabilities and relationship capabilities. However, these issues can be resolved with the help of information communication technology (ICT). Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine the role of information communication technology (ICT) in supply chain project success. To achieve this objective, primary data is collected from supply chain companies in Indonesia. The employees of these companies were communicated to get data. For this purpose, a survey was carried out in which survey instrument was used for data collection. Results of the study demonstrated that information communication technology (ICT) has the ability to decrease various issues such as management capabilities and relationship capabilities and promote supply chain project success. Information communication technology (ICT) helps to transfer the possible effect of management capabilities and relationship capabilities on supply chain project performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilanteknologi informasi pemuda Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat,melalui pelatihan dasar jaringan komputer. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, sebagianbesar anggota Karang Taruna belum memiliki pemahaman teknis yang memadai mengenaijaringan komputer. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan praktiklangsung, mencakup pengenalan konsep jaringan, instalasi perangkat keras, konfigurasijaringan, serta pengantar keamanan jaringan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatansignifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan nilaipre-test ke post-test dan keberhasilan praktik lapangan. Peserta juga menunjukkanantusiasme tinggi dan kepercayaan diri meningkat dalam mengelola jaringan lokal.Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan berbasis komunitas mampumenciptakan dampak positif terhadap transformasi digital di tingkat akar rumput.

Abstract

The increasing vulnerabilities of modern enterprise network security systems highlight the necessity of adopting a more comprehensive and adaptive security approach than traditional VPN infrastructures. This study explores the design and implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) using the Cloudflare platform at PT FHI, focusing on addressing the weaknesses caused by uncontrolled remote access and legacy security models. The research adopts an experimental methodology based on the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which includes systematic phases such as needs analysis, architectural design, system implementation, testing, and performance evaluation. Data were collected through structured interviews with IT managers and security specialists, direct observation of network logs, and comprehensive testing involving three different categories of end users. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in role-based access control, granular authentication, and the elimination of unrestricted access to internal resources. Additionally, real-time monitoring and alerting features available through the Cloudflare dashboard enhance visibility and responsiveness to potential threats. The implemented system successfully applies the “never trust, always verify” principle by blocking unauthorized access attempts, enforcing continuous validation, and producing detailed audit logs. Performance evaluation results confirm stable connections, acceptable latency for critical business applications, and an overall improvement in network security posture while maintaining operational productivity across departments..
